I spent my 40th birthday at the Woodhouse Spa and loved every minute of it! From the moment I walked in they were warm and welcoming and I felt like royalty! We had a massage, facial and pedicure and every service was top notch! I will be back and would highly recommend this place! No detail is left undone! They had a sign with my name wishing me a happy birthday and every staff member wished me well too! Amazing day!

I love the Woodhouse Day Spa in Maple Grove. I have celebrated my birthday there for the last 3 years and every time I go the staff makes me feel like a close friend welcoming me into their home. The services are always well done and leave me feeling like a million dollars. I highly recommend this spa.

My coworkers and I scheduled facials and massages for an event and we were impressed. When we arrived the staff had our names written on our lockers with our robes and slippers ready to go. We all felt relaxed and had amazing services. The atmosphere is amazing; dim rooms, essential oil smell, and quiet music. I highly recommend the Illuminating Facial - my skin looked and felt AMAZING afterwards.

This will be the 3rd Woodhouse I now have been to and I’m in love! My Mellow Mama massage was the perfect conclusion to a busy holiday week and my toes are now ready for the summer with my new sparkles! I’m an even happier lady now. My locker had my name and it was a joy to relax between my appointments in the relax room. The staff was friendly and on point with anything I wanted. Have to go back soon.

After passing my feedback along about my less than great first experience here, the owner reached out to me. Amy is kind, genuine and really cares about the guest experience. I was impressed by the way she dug in to all the issues with my experience.My sister and I were invited back and my experience was excellent this time! We both had The Woodhouse Escape and would absolutely recommend. The service is relaxing, has several different elements to it and I left feeling refreshed.I loved all the little details that make the experience at Woodhouse more personal- like the name cards and the locker set up. I also enjoy the high quality touches of the spa that make the experience feel even more luxurious- like the thick and comfy robes and sandals. And THE QUIET ROOM. It is gorgeous! I love the raised inset ceiling. The fireplace. The rounded walls (no hard corners). The driftwood table. So lovely and relaxing. Had a positive first massage experience with Isaac G. Its really hard for me to find therapists who can help me relax without exacerbating my underlying chronic pain issues. The receptionist staff was lovely as well. Thank you for such a pleasant visit :)

Avoid this spa. They have a ton of rules. All to benefit them, none to benefit you. Wanted me to wear Shorts and boxer briefs to get a massage. What is that?? Never met someone more afraid of the human body in 50-years of getting massages.

Went there for my birthday and had the woodhouse escape and renewing acne facial and was so relaxed and sleepy after I think I found my oasis in the cities. I will be coming back every month now as a treat to myself.

Ive always been a Spalon Montage gal, but recently moving to Maple Grove I needed to find a new day spa location closer to me.... and The Woodhouse Day Spa definitely didnt disappoint!I did the twos company package with my husband and even with all the covid health and safety guidelines they had in place I thoroughly enjoyed it. This place is so cozy and relaxing, not to mention they clearly have everything so seamlessly organized...it truly is a well oiled machine.Every single specialist we saw was incredibly professional, kind and did such a great job! Ive truly never had such a nice relaxing and also in depth pedicure. (It honestly left me angry with every other pedicure Ive ever had in the past at various nail salons across the U.S.) The deep tissue massage was amazing and left me feeling virtually tension-less and the facials left us both glowing!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Its so worth it, Ill definitely be back very soon!

I have to write a review as my facial with Molly was exactly what I needed. She was so friendly and kind and the experience overall from start to completion was what I waited all of COVID to finally have again. The spa is clean, relaxing, and my face is glowing and I am so happy with my services and experience. Go early and relax before your services, I ate three cookies afterwards as calories at the spa don’t count. This was glorious.

I got a neck, back and shoulder massage as well as a seasonal pedicure.The robes and slippers were a nice touch, but the spa itself wasnt as beautiful as I would have thought it would be. The quiet room was fine, but the massage room was too basic and too bright during the massage. The neck, back and shoulder massage was amazing - my therapists name was Kelsey (I think). I would 100% see her again.Also, the room for the pedicure was very bright and not relaxing. It looked just like a nail place in a mall would look. The pedicure itself was fine but not worth the spa cost of $65.Id recommend getting a massage at this location, but I wouldnt recommend nail services.

Me and my other two friends made a last min appointment, it was our very first time getting a professional massage and they were all very welcoming and positive. I did the deep tissue massage and had a long time knot on my lower back due to dance and I forgot who but she was able to finally got it out. Although I was very sore the next few days. But I still enjoyed my time there, it was very luxurious and calm.

We had a great experience 1 year ago, but this time we were very dissatisfied. We booked 80 minute massages and pedicures. My husband waited 20 minutes for his massage (they were late and he was done before me. My massage was extremely awkward and the person talked for the first 20 minutes. They tried to convince me to switch to some sort of therapy instead of my Swedish massage. Once I decided to just stick with the same massage, the person was very short with me. Asking about how the pressure was and when I said he could go a bit harder (mind you he was hardly doing anything) he said this is all I do for this massage. I’ve had many massages in my life and it was very clear this person was not following even the basics. Very choppy strange massage.To top it off, it was very weird when the person had to “step out for a few minutes” during my massage. I’ve never had that happen before. I attempted several times to reach the owner or manager and was unsuccessful. Needless to say, we will never go back. Save yourself the money and go to massage envy. The only thing woodhouse has going for them is it is very nicely decorated inside. I’ve had way better massages at massage envy.*Of note (unable to reply to response from owner): I was told the owner would reach out to me in a a day. I did not hear anything. I called and left a message a few days later. I received a voicemail and returned it a few weeks later due to a death in the family. I left a voicemail with a manager on her “personal phone number” as instructed and never did hear anything back. Either way, it was not a pleasant experience. It want resolved and I will never go back. I would not recommend this place.

It was my moms anniversary and I wanted something special for her and but it didn’t go the way we thought it will be the place is beautiful and pricey I feel like they change more for the look of the place we asked for deep tissue massage and we both didn’t get it we where so disappointed when we went to pay the girls ask how was ur massage and we told them we didn’t get what we ask for so the manager said we will charge u for regular massage The regular massages still expensive that was nice of him but they still charge me for tip that was 33 dollars so it The amount was still the some price so basically I didn’t get any discount i wouldn’t recommend my family and friends too pay too much and not get what they come for

I am consistently blown away by the top notch quality at Woodhouse Day Spa! I have been going to this luxurious Spa from the very beginning. I was a guest within the first few weeks of it opening and I am hooked!! From the service with a smile front desk to every little detail in the Quiet Room. No shortcut is ever took with the pampering. Here is my typical experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. I arrive and check in with a friendly front desk person where there is a sign with my name on it welcoming me. I am then brought back to the Changing room where a robe, slippers and a little Welcome Back gift always await for me. I have been there over 8 times and its always different. It could be chocolates, a cookie or even a bath bomb. It makes me feel special. I change into my robe and slippers, put all of my belongs in a locked locker and head out to the Quiet Room. There is always someone waiting to escort me and ask me what I would like to drink. I typically say wine or a mimosa, cuz why not!? So I sit myself down in the beautiful Quiet Room with the warm fireplace crackling. A warm lavender neck roll is put around me and I sip my champagne as I wait for my therapist. There are some light snacks to munch on too as well as fruit infused water. It is pampering extraordinaire! Then my massage therapist comes to bring me back to the massage room. Nice lighting and a heated massage table wait for me. Then I do my 50 minute massage. I have had 3 different therapists and they are all great. I was a bit nervous at first because I like deep tissue massage so I wasnt sure anyone was going to be able to use the amount of pressure that I like. But everyone of them have been great. Recently I started getting pedicures and facials too. I like to make a day of it. Massages, facials, pedicures, shopping and lunch! If you want a day of pampering, I highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa. I am a client for good!

Had the most amazing evening at the spa! My boyfriend and I got pedicures and a couples massage. Both our nail technicians and massage therapists were wonderful. From a very easy and reliable appointment booking process to being greeted upon our arrival and being offered beverages in the VIP room, the customer service is top notch. Our spa services were beyond our expectations; we felt pampered, well cared for and extremely relaxed. We have both been here before and will continue to enjoy coming here and telling friends/family about our great experiences!

Belinda is the best aesthetician ever! I finally found the best eyebrow guru around. I have been getting my brows done for years. No one, and I mean no one, does brows as gorgeous and beautiful as Belinda does. I am so happy with my brows. She has a loyal customer for life😁 I hope she never, ever leaves.

Massage was good. No communication during by therapist or after as I normally have. I only tipped 15%, usually I leave at least 20%, but I dont feel this was warranted due to lack of feedback.

My partner insisted we go and so we did. Great massages. My partner enjoyed her skin appointments as well and we will both be back.

This was THE WORST spa experience I have ever had. They switch my massage therapist at the last minute and the one I had was awful. His nails were digging into me the whole time. The employees were incredibly rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, she was rude as well and acted like a child. They don’t care about their clients and let their employees get high in the parking lot. Don’t waste your money!

The quality of their nail services - super clean and professional nail studio with no hidden upgrade surprises and a full spa experience for $65 is unmatched. My massage was so relaxing and my facial made my skin look and feel amazing- and that service was also so relaxing! I recently visited their Woodbury location to celebrate with a friend and she was so impressed as well.

A friend and I came to Woodhouse for our first ever massages, and the experience was lovely! The facility is beautiful and we were given a tour upon arrival. Everything is appointed wonderfully and the service was excellent. We felt very pampered and doted upon. The quiet room was an oasis, and the apple cinnamon water was a very nice treat. The massage was very enjoyable and the whole experience was very relaxing. We did not feel rushed at any point in the process, and would definitely return.

Refreshing! I was treated like a queen. My massage was dreamy. The staff were so attentive and happy, the manager was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and not annoyed with my questions as a first time spa goer (many questions!). My nail person commented on how she enjoyed working there and suggested so many services that I could try when I asked her what else was good to try. The treats in the waiting area were fresh and full and I was so relaxed in my robe and sandals. I truly didn’t want to leave. Can’t say enough about my time here. I will be back!

Great atmosphere and great service! I got the agave pedicure with Kimberly. It may be more expensive than a regular pedicure but it is also much more relaxing and worth the cost. Kimberly did a great job and I will definitely be returning to Woodhouse in the future, highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. I got a gift card for a spa day and it was amazing. The entire staff was amazing. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt very refreshed and calm after my day there. Prices are a bit high but I would highly recommend this place for a gift or a day to pamper yourself. You wont regret it!!

Woodhouse Spa is a welcoming addition to Arbor Lakes. I love the serene, calm, cozy atmosphere. The relaxation room is a luxurious and peaceful area to calm down and relax before and after any service you get. My favorite spot is sitting next to the fireplace while I sip on some herbal tea. They also provide healthy snacks and wine. I usually stick to massage therapy and reflexology services but I recently experienced the Woodhouse Signature Seaweed Leaf Pedicure and it was refreshing and delightful! Everything is very clean and organized in an eye-pleasing environment. The staff is very welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa!

I have tried 6-7 different services at the Woodhouse and have never had a single negative experience! If you havent been yet, you must go! The very first facial I ever had was their signature Minkyti Facial and Ill never be able to try another because it was so heavenly I dont think it can be topped! Its the perfect mix of hot and cold sensations combined with a scalp, neck and shoulder massage that had me fading in and out of sleep. I didnt want it to end! My second favorite is the Lavender Seaweed and Sugar Glow Scrub under the Vichy shower - which is a one-of-a-kind experience in itself! Whichever service you choose, you cant go wrong! The staff are incredibly sweet and the owner is so lovely! They make every guest feel like VIP. Plan to arrive early so you can enjoy some time in the quiet room with a lavender neck wrap and a cozy robe to fully relax from the hustle and bustle before your treatment. Its a true spa experience that had been missing in the Northwest burbs until now!

I love this Spa. I have been coming here since the day it opened. It is so calming and the staff is always fantastic. I was so excited when I heard they offered Bridal services that I jumped at the opportunity to have all my ladies with me at this great place!My mother and I spent countless hours talking to the owner and the staff. Amy assured us everything was set for the day: We were promised the large space due to us having 12 people and then we had mimosa, wine and some snacks brought in for a 5-6 hour retreat at the spa! Everyone was beyond excited as my mom, sister and I had been talking up this spa since the day it opened.The day came where we finally got to enjoy our spa retreat and it very quickly came crashing down into a burning mess. Upon arrival, we checked in as normal and were brought back to the changing room. She told us to find our sign with our name, a little gift and then to get changed and meet her outside. We looked around and none of the 8 robes in the room had our name on it. We inquired, she apologized and asked how many robes we needed. I told her 12 and her eyes got huge...She just started handing us robes and asked us to find a locker.Needless to say, the spa (who had known we were coming in for 3 months) did not have anything ready for us. There were Congratulations Jane Doe! signs for other parties, robes set up, etc. for them, but it was very evident that they had no idea (or didnt look at the schedule to know) we were coming into the spa that day. They did not offer us the neck wraps or have enough working lockers for us to store our items.Understanding things happen, we decided to concentrate on the pampering ahead of us and got changed. She takes us past the large room to the small room: chairs/stools were crammed in next to each other and lining the entire outside of the room. We were then told that this was the VIP room and even though we were promised the large room this was the room for events (the room was not finished being set up either). So we had to cram 12 people in a small room. The room got hot (we tried to open the door between the rooms and were told to keep it shut), we couldnt move around and we all started to sweat, my ladies got annoyed and most of them ended up leaving immediately after their service instead of enjoying each others company.It was a complete disaster. The fun, relaxing spa day we were all looking forward to after months of planing was cramped, hot and incredibly disappointing with the lack of attention to detail. I truly wish they could have experienced the spa the way in which I intended them too- the way I have been treated in the past (feeling fully pampered and fantastic), but because of what happened, none of them want to return.To top it off, the most frustrating part of this whole experience: I got a pedicure next to the owner the day before and we were talking about how excited all of the ladies were to come in.UPDATE: The spa did reach out to communicate what had happened on their end on the day of and even apologized for the experience we had at the hands of a couple of their front house staff members (clarification: not the spa service staff). Being I have been here before and received a fantastic level of service, I figured something was going on. As sad as I am that this happened on a special day, it was refreshing to hear them take responsibility and apologize for the events of the day. This company truly cares about their business and making sure each guest feels great when walking back out the doors.

Relaxing, private, and professional. All of my staff encounters were incredibly pleasant and it was evident they cared deeply about the guests.I must say that Sophia was a standout to me, as was Paula who gave me the best massage of MY LIFE. The friendly staff, the quiet room, the locker area and my massage therapist we all top notch. This is a MUST DO for a treat yourself day or on a regular basis for self care. This place is beautiful- walking in you immediately feel relaxed. The spa experience is top notch here - I’m giving low stars simply because my massage wasn’t what I expected. They were running a great special with Greg - 80 minutes for the price of 50 - what I didn’t know is Greg does more “sports” type massaging - so my experience felt more like a physical therapy session and less like a relaxing massage. I was pretty disappointed BUT I’ll be booking again just with a different therapist - if you’re looking for a “pain relief” massage rather than “relaxing” Greg is the guy for you. I’ll update at my next visit to see how the other therapists are....

Wonderful, relaxing experience! My daughter and I went to the Woodhouse Day Spa for a mother/daughter day. We both had deep tissue massages and facials; hers for teen skin and mine for aging. The services were better than Ive ever had before and exactly what we needed to ease the stress of work, school and a heavy soccer schedule. The unexpected benefit was sitting in the quiet room together. In our plush robes, surrounded by calming music and aromatherapy, we sipped on infused water and got the chance to chat without distractions. What a treat! Our service providers were wonderful -- just the right balance of interaction and quiet time. We were asked every step of the way if everything was what we expected - and it was better. I saw and felt results immediately and am excited to go back for more! #zen

I don’t give many reviews but I felt compelled to as this is a wonderful place. I shop in Maple Grove often and walked by this spa a few times before peeking in. I was so surprised to find a beautiful, luxurious spa! I received a gift card for Christmas and was excited to use it right away. I enjoyed the environment, the staff were incredible and the place in general has a great vibe. The spa is fancy but not pretentious, I felt pampered and also was able to relax. I had the Winter Wellness package which included a truly relaxing and wonderful salt stone massage, a facial that left my face bright and glowy and a pedicure that was really nothing like anywhere else I’ve been. The nail room is really gorgeous, there were no loud distractions or foul smells like other nail salons and I just simply relaxed and almost fell asleep! Anyways, highly recommended all around. The energy in this place was really great and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed.Angelique gave me my massage, and she was perfect. She catered to the areas of my body that needed the most help, and checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure and table temperature was comfortable while still allowing me to relax and enjoy the experience. I was just here this weekend with my mum. I think this was the best Mothers Day I have ever spent with her! Usually we go out to a nice dinner or shopping, but this year I decided to give her a spa day. Our experience was absolutely amazing. My mum got the illuminating facial, followed by a lazy day renewal body treatment. Then, we both finished with a perfect relaxing lavender pedicure. My mum came out refreshed and happy. I highly recommend that spa for anyone, especially if you want to spend a spa day with a friend. Loved the atmosphere, the luxurious feel, and the hospitality team. Coming back for more!!!

First of all, I have to admit that I never write reviews for places, but when I left the Woodhouse, I knew in good consciousness, I needed to tell everyone about my experience.My daughter and I went to the Woodhouse Spa for some mommy and me time. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by such a pretty, friendly, smiling staff. A staff led us to the beautiful changing room and gave us the most cozy robes and spa sandals we have ever worn-and were picky! We started to feel like royalty. Well, it didnt end there. While in the second room, the waiting room, we sat in amazing lounging chairs with tasty beverages and healthy snacks. The soft music, lighting, and ambiance were soothing-absolutely incredible! And can you believe we didnt even get our pedicures yet? The pedicures were outstanding-the pedi chairs were out of this world, and the pedicurist was so experienced, polite and lovely. Seriously, the cleanliness and newness of this spa, excellent staff and peaceful, comforting experience will definitely bring us back. Ive told all my friends and Im telling you- If you want to be seriously pampered and treated like a queen in a very luxurious spa, youre in the right place. This place does customer service right. My husband already knows where to go to get a gift card for my next birthday, Christmas, and Mothers day. I cant wait to schedule to go another time with a friend. Beautiful spa. The nails area is so special. It never smells like fumes and the area is actually quiet and relaxing. I love to get my nails done as a small treat to myself and I have never experienced such as professional atmosphere. Clean and my nails looked amazing. As a new customer, and someone who works in the industry, I am seriously impressed. Forgive me as I cannot remember the receptionist’s name...but I️ will brag on her forever. She greeted me with a smile and couldn’t wait to show me what Woodhouse had to offer. (I was also offered wine at 10am and that never goes unnoticed!) Hot Stone massage with Kaiti was incredible. She made me feel so comfortable and changed my thoughts on professional massages. Then off to an illuminating facial with Dena...she too made me feel comfortable by applauding the way I already take care of my skin, and showed me new ways to help maintain. That girl knows her trade! Last but not least was a Warm Agave Pedicure with Dy. Very personal and down to earth. Truly enjoyed my experience. Thanks so much, Woodhouse!

By far THE best spa in Minnesota. You are greeted with a smile and given a tour upon arrival. After you change in to your robe and sandals you relax in their cozy, quiet, and ambience filled lounge. This spa is very luxurious and personable. Would recommend for any service!

; I didnt want to expect the ultimate pampering experience, but this was the ULTIMATE PAMPERING EXPERIENCE! Nice fluffy robe and slippers. Beverage of choice (mimosas, wink wink!). Ambiance and music. Returning customers get little surprise treats in their reserved lockers. I wont spoil it too much. You just have to trust me and just go treat yourself at least once. Once was enough to convince the boyfriend (who was unsure about getting pampered) that these types of splurging is worth it. Go, you wont regret it!

I hope the services are better than the scheduling system. I called over a month in advance to book to couples massage to celebrate me and my boyfriend’s anniversary. After I gave them my info including credit card number to reserve the spot and told I was told that it was all set. I chose to schedule with this place because of the stellar reviews. I was even pleasantly surprised when they said they’d have a sign and complimentary champagne. I was even more excited after that.I called back today, a few days before we are supposed to get the massages, to confirm the appointment and I was told I wasn’t in the books. They re-booked me and looked up my name to get my card information from my file and said that was there either. While I was excited to get a massage because I have never had one before, I am really frustrated that they lost my credit card information in the first place and had I not called, we would have showed up without appointments because it wasn’t booked..Update: the services are well worth it (Joy and Kenzie were amazing!) and will probably go back to enjoy services and a lavender mimosa. They had a sign made up for walking into the spa to celebrate our anniversary and the environment was soothing... however, I am still frustrated from the original booking experience and lost information. While our actual experience was relaxing, nobody reached out contrary to the comment below..

This was a phenomenal escape! Im a mother of two young girls and the Spa Classics package was just what I needed! The spa is gorgeously decorated and creates such a relaxing, plush and pampering atmosphere and experience. The robes themselves are heaven and the signature scent used is amazing, however you can choose from others if its not for you. The staff were professional and experienced, and made you feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be back!

First time was amazing I booked a second session right off the bat. My husband was just as pleased. We get high quality massages on vacation coming here was just as nice without leaving home! Hopefully Ill be booking monthly for us.

My wife’s first experience was not what we had expected only because of the online booking process. She booked the Tula service and expected gel polish which we found out is not available with that service. Amy worked with us to make sure we felt appreciated and apologize for the inconvenience. We will definitely be going back because the techs and masseuse have nothing but shining reviews. I am very satisfied.

It is obvious everyone has been highly trained and cares about your experience. I highly recommend the agave pedicure. I cannot wait to share this place with friends and family.

Huge shout out to this spa and all the employees. I had such an amazing experience for both my visits! In December, my husband and I visited the day before our wedding as a way to relax in preparation and the service we received was impeccable. They put us in a private quiet room and offered champagne and little cakes. There was a little mix up with male versus female therapists but it was only a minor hiccup and turned out to not be a big deal (I thought my husband was uncomfortable with a male therapist in the room but turned out that was a misunderstanding and it didnt matter at all). I returned yesterday for a little personal care and did a spa day - massage, facial, and pedicure - and again received the same impeccable service. The quiet room is just as relaxing as the services provided. Hannah provided probably the best massage Ive ever had! The illuminating facial offered excellent glowing skin results (although as a heads up wasnt a super relaxing process as steps had to be explained due to the type of facial I signed up for - I guess the organic discovery facial is more of the relaxing style). The pedicure was pretty standard however the technician did provide a new nail color recommendation which I love, and she was very friendly! My only recommendation for the spa would be to not allow cell phones in the quiet room at all. In theory it shouldnt be a big deal if people are on them quietly however multiple people had dings go off, one listened to a voicemail, and one lady even answered and talked on her phone for almost 5 minutes! She moved to the back of the room and apologized after but I found it very disrespectful she answered the call at all/didnt step all the way out of the quiet room. Overall, I would 100% recommend this spa to anyone and everyone! It is a luxury and you will spend a pretty penny but its worth every cent:)

This is a stella(r) place! ha! Seriously though where has this been all my life? Spa services that I usually only get to enjoy while on vacation are now available right here! I enjoyed a salt stone massage and an agave pedicure and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and dont race to get there. Get there early and settle in to the quiet room and enjoy a little me time!

This place is first class. I purchased gift certificates for my mother and sister for Christmas and they enjoyed their services 12/29. They won’t stop talking about it. It was a busy day of celebration there and still the staff didn’t miss a beat. My family can be hard to please and they came home raving about this place! In the end, I got to be the gift giving hero so that’s why I’m here raving too. I may even head in myself as I heard the massage was incredible. Highest rating from me- thanks Woodhouse!

Loved my experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa in Maple Grove. It is a beautiful space with all the fine touches including comfy robes and sandals, a quiet room to relax in between services and enjoy spa snacks, as well as a great variety of spa services to select from. I enjoyed a massage with Ka and also had a facial and pedicure. The pedicure chairs are a wonderful surprise! They step you into the chair and then reveal the bubbly tub as they glide you back. I loved it. The agave nectar pedicure is really excellent and is cheaper than the much less nice and loud nail salons. I relaxed with a warm neck wrap and enjoyed every moment. I will definitely be back to try the other services soon.

This is an experience you dont want to miss! From the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you are escorted out, you will feel at home and at peace. The Woodhouse is not kidding when they say theyre an escape right in your backyard. When you arrive, you are greeted with a smile from one of the friendly and welcoming hospitality members. They seamlessly lead you into the changing lounge where you receive a pair of sandals and one of the most comfortable robes I have ever had the pleasure to cocoon myself in! From there, you enter the quiet room where you relax before your treatment. You receive a warm, lavender scented neck wrap and any beverage your heart desires while you wait. I experienced the lavender and seaweed sugar scrub pedicure and loved every minute of it. I was so relaxed, and my nail technician did a beautiful job. When I was done, I was allowed to relax in the quiet room again with a beverage and some snacks. I cuddled up into a blanket on one of the gorgeous chaise lounges and closed my eyes for a few minutes. Where else can you do something like that? On my own time, I made my way back to the changing lounge and out to the front desk to check out. I did not feel rushed at all, and the check-out process was again, seamless. The hospitality member even held the door open for me as I left. You really cannot experience anything like this anywhere else. It is a unique and beautiful escape from daily struggles and I highly recommend it! You deserve it!

This spa was amazing. I went in for a dual massage, and spent close to 3 hours there. That was by choice. There is such a great atmosphere, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I briefly met the owner as well, and she was absolutely lovely! Will definitely be coming back here, and have been telling everyone I know about this place.

My sisters and I just had the most wonderful spa day together. We received gift cards for Mothers Day as a surprise from our families and the services we all enjoyed and the experience was excellent. We decided this needs to be a quarterly gathering for us. Welcoming staff, relaxing room to enjoy before and in between services and overall quality of services was the best we have experienced. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed coming here for a massage. I had been going to a monthly membership place previously versus a spa, and it was really nice to come back to more of a spa atmosphere and get pampered. And the lavender mimosa... yum!Would definitely recommend, I know I’ll be going back!

A friend brought me to the spa to get a facial and a pedicure. I was very impressed with my services. Having rosacea I was expecting a bright red face following my facial.( This would be the norm from past facials elsewhere) but instead I left with a beautiful, dewy complexion! Fantastic experience.I’ll be back.

Wonderful Spa! Ive had multiple services and each one was fabulous! The quiet room is so calming and relaxing as well as the employees cordial and very knowledgeable about their services. Wouldnt go anywhere else to rejuvenate myself!

I have used Woodhouse Day Spa on a regular basis for over a year now. I find it to be very relaxing and pampering. I get massages, facials and pedicures monthly and I am 91 years old. Im sad that I didnt discover it sooner! I cant wait to go back next month. It doesnt hurt to be pampered, and Woodhouse Day Spa knows exactly what to do. Thank you so very much.

Why didn’t I know this existed until now? This is a gem located right in Arbor Lakes. All the goodies of a luxury spa tucked away for us suburbanites to enjoy. The basic spa services are excellent but do yourself the favor trying the unique services too- the Vichy treatments, HydraFacial and seaweed pedicures are to die for. So happy to have found this spa.

Woodhouse Day Spa isnt just all about self sanctification renewal but the high ceiling, the fireplace, the many small gesture, a handshake, a smile, a welcome has the exposure of acceptance. And thats just the beginning. Minnesota has four seasons that our skin competes with, body treatments, and facial products here are exclusive, nails on the other hand, pedicures, and manicure is high end in mute colors. The front desk reminds me of how our youth and voices were once before taken to a such great consideration.

OMG! Make an appointment now! This place was amazing! I am a stay at home mom to 3 little kids and it is hard to find alone time especially something amazing (besides going to Target alone)... As soon as you arrive - you feel relaxed. They escort you to a changing room filled with plenty of toiletries (if you need anything) and a full access to a shower. You slip into a luxury robe and some sandals and head to the relaxation room.The room is filled with a fire, chaise loungers, fur blankets, hot tea, and snacks! It is hard to unwind and this place does it for me! My mind is usually filled with what preschool the kids will attend, what groceries we need, and did I spend enough time with my toddlers today.. BUT here you can sit down with a good book or magazine and relax (they even encouraged a nap) The massage was fabulous and I followed it up with a pedicure. I had Dy for the pedicure and she was a doll! Such a sweet lady and has been in the field for years. She definitely knows what she is doing! When I finally (reluctantly) had to head home (and relieve the babysitter) the checkout process was a breeze. When checking out I met the owner Amy, she is wonderful! She has a passion for relaxation and makes sure everything is up to her high standards for a luxury spa. I cannot wait to go back and I have encouraged all of my friends to head there!

Its very clean and well decorated. You feel pampered from the moment you walk in to when youre leaving. The massage was amazing and I received deep tissue and never felt pain.

This is a great spa. I have been here many many times and have gotten to know many spa service providers. I see Greg for sports massage to make sure I am in the best shape and flexibility for sports and I see Dy for my pedicures although she probably thinks its crazy how ticklish I am. This is a hard working and caring team at the spa. Oh and I like the express HydraFacial, too. Highly recommended.

This place is heaven! I got a Hydrafacial, the big one! It was awesome! Belinda was my Esthetician and she was amazing. She was explaning and told me what she was doing, which was great cause I like to hear what everything is doing for my skin. She also didnt make me feel pressured to upgrade anything during the treatment. I have had facials before and felt like all they wanted to do it up-sell me on anything possible (which is super annoying). My skin feels incredible! It was SO soft the next morning. The facial was expensive but it was worth it. Also, the robes are the best thing I have ever worn in my life. I probably will be buying one for myself this winter.

The Woodhouse Spa atmosphere is so luxurious and beautiful. I cannot say enough amazing things about this spa, no little detail was missed. The receptionists are all super welcoming and friendly. I love the soft robes and sandals that are specific to my shoe size. The quiet room is just exquisite, you get to relax while waiting for your service with a warm neck wrap. There is yummy fruit infused water and fancy trail mixes for snacks. I had a lavender and seaweed sugar scrub pedicure, which was amazing! They offer CND vinlyux for polish which stays on longer than normal polish. I also had a Himalayan salt stone massage which was so relaxing. The owner Amy is very accommodating and so sweet! The spa ambiance is spot on! My experience here was absolutely perfect and I will be recommending The Woodhouse Day Spa to everyone! Thank you so much for a wonderful spa experience!

Enjoyed our time here celebrating my besties wedding. We all enjoyed our nail treatments and having the whole nail area to ourselves was relaxing and fun. We laughed and relaxed. Our nails all looked beautiful as well.

Treated my girlfriend and myself to a couples massage here and it was great. She loved it. I had never been to a spa before and was happy they had thought of the guys with our own locker room. I know we will be back. She will be a lot.

Update: 9/6/2020Service: Deep Sleep MassageCON: I was disappointed that they didnt inform us on the changes they had for their services for Covid. They arent providing warm neck compression and no showers. It would have been nice to know that prior so you wouldnt walk home with oil on your back. I didnt like that we still had to pay full price for the services. My boyfriends sandals and rope were not in his locker and had to go ask.Pro: My massage was great and glad they still offered wrapped snacks. Our greeter/receptionist was very friendly and kind!!!Woodhouse does a good job in ensuring their clients are well taken care of. I enjoyed what was provided in the bathroom and the quiet room before the massage. What made me most disappointed was the massage itself, which is suppose to be the best part. I had an 80 minute massage. I felt like my masseuse was only touching me and doing super soft strokes. I did mention to soften up on the neck and add some more pressure on the arms and legs but at the end, it felt as if I didn’t even get anything done.

Absolutely fantastic service and ambiance! I highly recommend it.

The best experience Ive ever had at so. This last visit was for the honeybee and berries pedicure. My technician was amazing and did a fantastic job. The quiet room alone is worth the experience for this momma. I love the plush robes, Sandler, and neck wrap is so relaxing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a relaxing experience.
