Bought from their Ft Wayne auction and it was a nightmare. Stood at the door for check in and nobody came. They only have ONE day with THREE hours for pickup for the entire auction. Theres no handicap accessibility and I walk with a cane. Ive worked for an online auction and been to many different ones, but NEVER has there not been someone to help load or equipment to make it easier. The pictures didnt show, nor was it mentioned, that the 3 totes and lids I bought were broken. I should have known better when they take money off my card just to register to bid. Ill take this on the chin and will never be back.
