Kimber did an awesome job today at the Hermitage Embasy office! She was very thorough in explaining all she was doing and helping me know what to do to keep my teeth healthy.

Embassy Dental in Donelson were very nice and polite to me has a customer. I had a bone stuck under my gum from getting my tooth pulled out last fall. I had no idea it was a bone into the doctor at Embassy Dental pulled the piece of bone out. The bone was the size of a nickel almost. She did a very extremely excited job. My mouth feels 100% better now thanks to her. :)

Over two years ago I had dentures made and I received temporary dentures and then the Covid hit I have been calling to get my permanent dentures and I receive no phone calls back. I have spoken several times with someone in the office and they promised me they will call and never did. I paid $2000 for these dentures and I have never received the permanent one

Had a crown put on one tooth and my out of pocket expense was almost $700. A week after it was installed, I was noticing an extra sensitivity to cold and warm liquids and food where the crown was. Called Embassy Dental in June 2021, about a week after installation to let them know and to see if this was normal. The manager says it usually takes at least 2 weeks for everything to seal and was told to call back in about a week or so. Called back 2 weeks later with the same problem, asked to speak to manager and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes before I finally hung up. Called back almost every day after that for about 2 weeks and no one every answered the phone! A place of business that never answered the phone no matter what time I called is pretty strange! A couple times the call rolled over to customer service and they said they would send them a message to call me. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE! After not being able to reach anyone I realized I had an appt. in about 3 weeks for a cleaning so I decided to take it up with them at that time. A couple days before my upcoming appt. they called me to confirm my appt, at this time I asked to speak to a manager. She apologized for the phones not being answered and for the problem I had been having. She said she would schedule extra time at my appt. to talk to the dentist about my problem. He basically said it would need to see an orthodontist, which sounds expensive. I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of communication, customer service and down right bad service. I will NEVER visit this location again!

TERRIBLE!!!! experience at this place. The Dr. was very aggressive with me and did not ensure my comfort. I am not satisfied with the work this company has provided and will NOT RETURN.

The most expensive dental service ever. This place charged me 800 dollars for x-rays. I would hate to see what the actual bill would look like. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I only had 800 in my insurance allowance. Thanks you caused harmed to me.

The dental hygienist and the doctor were very nice and informative and very educational. They are my new primary dentist.

If I could give less than a 1, I would. No one let us know that the office was closed on the day of our last appointment. No one has phoned to reschedule. I was given a referral for the endodontist and after driving across town and taking a half day off of work, we were told that they don’t accept the insurance. That was in May. I have since emailed them a half dozen times about another referral and have yet to receive a reply. I have been going here for many years and this is the worst service I’ve received since the beginning of the year. Oh and I submitted payment for a bill in April and they never applied it to my account so my bank put the money back in my account. Now guess who is sending me another bill for payment??!!

I felt like I was at a mechanics shop with all of the up-selling that was going on. I decided to give them a try after moving 30+ minutes away from my regular dentist. Big mistake. My other dentist is well worth the drive after this experience.They tried to sell me a $544, out of pocket, deep cleaning that they insisted I needed. Youre nowhere near getting gum disease, but if you dont get this deep cleaning, your teeth could fall out!! It was a scare tactic to get me to agree to unnecessary services. All of this was after waiting 30+ minutes to be seen by anyone.Stay far, far away.

My first experience with Embassy Dental, from beginning to end, was WONDERFUL. Each and every person I talked to was great. They were sincere, nice and helpful. I called with an emergency and they made time for me. Although they were very busy the hygienist worked quickly and efficiently and she still took time to make sure i was understanding the process and was comfortable. The doctor was amazing as well. I feel so strongly about this offices outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend them at every opportunity!

I went to Embassy Dental to have teeth cleaned and pulled, and found the dentist to be really professional and personable with me, but when my mom had her teeth cleaned they gave her a detailed dental plan that totaled over 10,000.00 for work she had never been told she needed before. The dental hygienist also shared with her that they work on commission, which explains all the previous reviews that people experienced a real SALESMAN like approach - we will never go back there - despite the dentist being very likable, the fact that their services are commission-based rather than patient-centered is unethical at best!!

This was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. This group of staff was so nice, friendly, and made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time! I definitely wont dread going back to the dentist with them there. I hope they stay at this embassy dental location for a while!

These reviews are the most ridiculous Ive ever heard. I had a horrifying experience from the time I walked in to the office to the time I finally could not take it any more. It was hard to walk away since they already had full payment for a full set of dentures which included temporary and permanent. The doctor talked down to me and other patients and was generally disrespectful. He pulled out all my teach and sent me home with blood running out of my mouth. I received my partial dentures but never received my permanent dentures yet they refused to refund any money for that portion of the service that was paid for but not provided. Appointment wait times averaged 45 minutes to 1 hour. One visit I was even told it was taking so long because my spouse was late for their appointment earlier that day, no kidding! Dont waste your time and money. I went to Affordable Dentures and am paying less for more that includes outstanding service. I would not recommend Embassy Dental and if you do go you go at your own risk...

WOW!! Embassy Dental is the greatest. Dr. J Moore, Lisa, and all of the staff are awesome. Dr. Moore is very personable and goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable and definitely relaxed. Im glad my friend recommended Embassy Dental for my dental needs. My veneers look great!😁

Ive been going to this dentist for the last 5 years. Im to my 3rd primary dentist in the office and just had a replacement filling done today. As always the staff is super clear, honest and so friendly. The dental work went great!

I have always been treated warmly at Dental Embassy Donelson. They explain toyou what is to be done and quickly get to work on you. They even suppliedsun glasses for me the first two or three times I was there. The bright lightsdo not agree with my contact lens and so I was made so comfortable. I reallyliked my doctor and Tonja really knows how to clean teeth and always doesa great job and she will tell you what you need to do to keep your teeth ingreat shape.

The dentist I saw was great, but he’s leaving at the end of December ‘18.The fill-in hygienist took less than 10 minutes to clean my teeth and I still had visible plaque on my lowers. Maybe the regular hygeinist does a better job??Disappointing.

I was given a quote for a procedure, so I booked an appointment based on that quote. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the procedure was going to cost DOUBLE what I was quoted. Naturally, I was upset by this after driving over 35-minutes to get there. The woman behind the desk was very flippant about it and could have cared less about the situation or about losing a new patient. I went home and sent an email to the Administration to voice my frustration about my experience and to this day I have never heard back from them... Ill never go back or recommend Embassy Dental. 👎

Ever since I have been diagnosed of gum disease, I have been frequent with Embassy Dental, it is more like a house to me as I virtually know every one there. The doctors are the best, affable, hospitable and caring. If you want quality service and care, come to Embassy Dental. The staffs are also helpful. Thanks for the unyielding help and strength you gave me.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. My family and I have had so many issues with the billing from Embassy Dental. We have both primary health care insurance, as well as supplementary dental. I was given a quote for a procedure last June, with my responsibility being $250 out of pocket. I postpone the procedure for 2 weeks to make sure I wasnt going to be responsible for any additional amount. On the date of the procedure, I again asked them to run my insurance to make sure billing was correct. I was again told I would only need to pay $250. I have since been billed for an additional $600. They claim they wouldnt have quoted me for services without providing a written estimate of costs-which they didnt. I have asked them to have their dentist call the insurance company, but that dentist no longer is employed here. This is not the first time we have had billing issues-they routinely have billed us for services that insurance covers at 100%. I have never experienced such a headache with dealing with healthcare services. They refuse to take any responsibility for their billing mistakes. I would take your business anywhere but Embassy.

Think at least twice...This was my first dental experience since moving to Nashville after years with a great private practice in IN. What a world of difference.Start with the used car salesman approach to getting a new patient signed up on a treatment plan. Sadly I didnt leave right then.Then... there was not one singe person working in this office for the entire 2-3 months of my treatment...not even the doctor ! There were some nice and capable folks along the way but several that were neither.Eventually the treatment that was pitched was executed. Im not at all sure of the integrity of the work or what might be next ... It will not be be at Embassy in Donelson...

Don´t go! They are not worth your time and money!I can´t recommend it. I tried to be patient with these folks but they are nothing but professional.

I had a crown put on 2 years ago and it recently cracked for no reason. I called the office manager and she said because I hadnt been going to them for my yearly hygiene procedures, they wouldnt replace the crown for me free of charge. That was never mentioned to me at the time of the replacement. She didnt even try to discuss with me a discounted rate on the replacement of the crown. I dont think that is a good way to treat a patient taking into consideration how much I spent that year alone with that office.

Dr. V and Serena were GREAT! I was very nervous about getting a crown and some fillings done. They made sure they explained each step of the process and continuously made sure I was comfortable & pain free!!!!!

Dont go here. I needed 3 teeth extracted, instead they took 800 dollars worth of xrays and recommended a deep cleaning. I was in pain and they did nothing to help. I wonder if the dentist knows what ethics are?

Dr. Bozeman is great! The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. Love this dentist office - one of my favorites ever!

All of the employees from start to finish were very nice. As a new patient, the first visit took about 2 hours. Everything that i need done was explained as well as the cost, which out of pocket is about 6,000.00 dollars with insurance. The only thing i didnt like was the cost... But it is what it is. I am going back next month to have work done. They are doing their best to get everything i need fixed as i can pay for it.

I do not recommend Embassy Dental in Donelson. Don´t fall in this trap.Reviews are fake for this.They make you wait too much. They don´t explain what they are doing.I went there because I wanted a simple cleaning.They first made me go to a evaluation appointment -- I don´t know what they need to evaluate to clean your teeth. I waited over an hour before the dentist saw me.Then they scheduled the cleaning appointment. But they forced me to do an X-ray which I didn´t want and didn´t need. They made me wait another hour. I went back without cleaning -- because I needed to work. I will never come back.On top of that there was a very impolite receptionist -- she was overweighted, by the way...Shame on this pseudo-professionals. They just want your insurance money and don´t have any respect for the costumer. Don´t be a fool like I was.

What can I see when it is even difficult to make an appointment IN PERSON...no thank you. I will go to a more welcoming office

Dont go here. I only wanted to have my tooth filled and they went ahead and recommended so many unnecessary expensive procedures. I ended up leaving without getting what I went for.

Hey Robbie, this is Ali lol. Anyways great service, i saved almost $250 because another Dentist on Thompson next to 100 oaks wanted to charge me $586 for two wisdom teeth being surgically removed. I left there because they kept giving me the run arounds because there cone Xray machine was broke. I took my business to Embassy Dental and Robbie was the best. We talked about life, work and made me feel at easy. Procedure took maybe 30min or less. Great place and saved money.

My first time visting this office...They took xray all on teeth...Thanks for their comfort and tried got me to understand clear abt my gum diseases (periodontitus) early stage but unfortunately my ins wont covered til Nov i decide make a payment til paid off i able get my treatment asap

There are big screen HDTVs in every room displaying videos promoting their services - those tvs, the commercials they run on local stations, and everything else in their expensive looking office are paid for by the customers theyve railroaded.I went in for a cleaning and walked out with hundreds of dollars worth of x-rays that were not covered by my insurance, a care plan for over $5000 worth of dental work (with dates scheduled for the first surgery), but NO DATE scheduled for a cleaning. My main concern (and the only thing actually covered by my insurance) was of no concern to them.Bottom line: For Embassy Dental in Donelson its not about patient care, its about the patients cash. Prepare to be taken for as much money as youll allow them to take.

I have not used this guy in years And I would never go to him again...I made a mistake the first time...Keep sending me unwanted e mails I’ll continue my review.
