The atmosphere and esthetics are not the most relaxing or enjoyable. The prices are good & lower than all other shops. You get what you pay for.

Have been going here for 5 years and they have always done a great job. I have always gone to Yen. I never leave disappointed

My friend and I came here because the prices were cheap, it said $28 for a full set. Mine costed $60 and my friends $50. Now I did get ombré so I expected it to be a bit more expensive but not $60. My friend just got a plain solid alternating color and it was $50. They filled my friends nails down so far she started bleeding twice. My friend also had nail polish in clumps on her hands. While they were filling down my nails I felt like my nails were bleeding too they went way too far. The sparkles on some of my nails look so weird and don’t match the rest, also not to mention there is a hair in one of my nails under the clear topper so I can’t get it out. Same price as any other salon so don’t waste your money. Go someplace nicer.

It had been a long time since I had my nails done. Weve ALL been there. Tiffany was warm, kind and professional. Im glad Ive found her! I needed that👍🏽 Everything is setup up beautifully to maintain proper social distancing.

Quick fairly clean place to get your eyebrows done. They had an immediate opening after I called. I ran up there in 5 Minutes and they fit me & my daughter in. They have a small private place dedicated in the back for you to go and it seems really clean. Fairly affordable too two people for 35 bucks including a lip

I really am pleased with the work Christine did with my mani-pedi. She was willing to give me exactly what I wanted. She was helpful and very efficient. I love my new color and the willingness for her to go above and beyond was so appreciated.

It was an amazing experience at the Da-Vi Nails in Maple Grove. The hostesses as well as the owner are extremely kind and very cheerful crew. They were welcome and created a fun visit. I definitely recommend this this place for everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Im changing my review. Used to go there a lot and tipped well. They caused an infection in my daughters toe and completely made up a story about discussing it with her before her pedicure. Never happened. She has never had a hang nail and never said more than Hi how are you, to any of their nail technicians. It took 2 months to get a refund for the medical expenses (about $20). They refunded the pedicure cost (as we suggested) also or it would be a 1 star review. Have found another nail place that does a much better job of filing, painting, massage, etc.

This place has very bad customer service skills. They see you standing there waiting but ignores completely. I dont see how they even stay in business. Never going back to this place and I see why all the bad review are true.

Yen does both mine and my sisters nails, we love her! She is sweet as a peach too. I will not go to anyone else.

I will never go here again, first and last time the shape of my nails they’re all different shapes she polished on my cuticles and the polish has a bubbles and lamps in it. A day later my polish chipped and now I’m back here and they’re acting like I did something wrong, The quality and the customer service is very bad and this is my very first time doing a review I need to share this cus I walked out crying cus that how disappointed I was I low-key just want to take the nails off and go to a different nail shop and get them done but that’s a waste of money I got to wear these ugly things for two weeks

They cut my nails way to short and Caused ingrown toenails on both of my big toes. This was the most painful pedicure ever

Use to be a great place, but after not going for some time staff changed. The lady who did my nails today had a very bad attitude and didnt know how to paint nails. Foot baths werent very clean. Ill never return.

Put me in the chair and left me there for 15+ mins. Most painful pedicure of my life!! Accidentally cut my big toe nail WAY too short. I will NEVER come here again!

This place is awful. They are too expensive, barley communicate, and when they took off my nails they cut every single finger! I was offered no aplogy OR compincation!

Just returned from going to have my gel nail polish touched up after it started to come off of 4 nails within 3 days. After waiting about 1/2 hour Amy said you just have one nail to fix and I said no there are 4. Mind you they arent really bad and if I hadnt paid so much extra for the gel I wouldnt have had them fixed. She was so rude, she said then you must be peeling it off. Really? It was just coming off of the tips. I looked at her and said no and I cant believe you are implying that. She then would pull and push my hands and sigh about doing them. I told her one even looks like its cracking. She didnt really fix it just put polish over it. I had planned on giving her $5 for fixing them but nope not now. I did tell her I have never had you fix them before this is a 1st. I have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years. NEVER been treated so bad. Wont be back. To many other places to pick from in Maple Grove.

So unfriendly! If you need them to fix a nail they literally argue with you! So disappointed and do not advise you to try!

They dont speak or understand English, and so they screwed up my nails and I had to undo and redo them at home.

They quoted me a price for my nails and it was higher by the time they were done. Not quality work.

The service received was terrible, sloppy, and the so called manager was unprofessional and rude once stated that the nails were not up to par. I do not reccomend this nail salon to anyone.
