HORRIBLE SERVICE and the TECH TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO GIVE HERSELF A TIP!!! So make sure you check your bank account! I went in for a mani and pedi. Only got the pedi due to it being rushed the whole time, was NOT RELAXING AT ALL!! She asked me repeatedly if I wanted shellac so many times and I kept saying no, so that’s was really annoying too. While getting pedicure they had me pic a color for my toes, they weren’t organized so I chose multiple colors and they couldn’t find any of the colors and I had to go with some random color. When my rushed pedi was complete after the short time I look at my nails and they had a clumpy old nail polish job. Another tech had to retouch my toe nails.

Getting pampered sure does feel good, walked into Bella’s for the first time and got a seat quickly and got taken care of quickly, the host was very welcoming, polite and friendly, they did an awesome job and I will be back when I’m in the area, not a wine or margarita person but I got a free strawberry margarita on the house (pretty tasty). Today my mom and I went for two pedicures, and were in and out within 20 mins. The selection of polishes looked outdated and messy considering the prices they charge. We were seated and asked what we wanted and noticed the lady’s attitude drastically changed after we told her we wanted the simplest pedicure. She looked mad and definitely showed it with the service being that the whole pedicure was done in under 12 minutes. One of our pedicures had globs of paint where she rushed through and the polish on the other pedicure was see through where the man didn’t do enough coats. To top it off I noticed he didn’t put a top coat and after asking he said he did but it was “super super clear.” The rest of our 20 min visit was spent trying to find someone to fix the horrible and effortless job they did. Poor service and hospitality for a salon that charges above average.

I went to get my nails done and I have been before without any issues. I got dip powder and I got a chip in the first hour after having them done. So I went back and got it fixed. Then I noticed I have two small chips again after I already went back once the SAME DAY! I will not be returning.

I had my nails done by Steven he was so nice and did such a wonderful job on my nails! He took his time and made sure I liked every part of the process! I love them! I will be making the drive to Lubbock just to get my nails done every time!

My technician rushed me the whole time! Not a relaxing experience AT ALL!!! If Im going to pay $55 I would not like to feel like hearded cattle!!!!

My daughter and I went in to get pedicures,the man and woman that worked on us finished our service in 12 minutes!!!! they dis not cut cuticles,nail polish on both pedicures was sloppy!! This place sucks!!!

So my daughters nails we 60 and my sisters pedi was 50 and our total was 130....yea it didnt add up. The pedi was great. The guy did a great job. The full set of nails were awful. The color did not reach the side of the nail so it looked half way painted. They were not filed so the underneath was bumping and jagged. When asked to fix the owner was very impatience and rough. Im still boggled over the bill not adding up..dont go here of you want quality. Make sure you know what youre paying for before they poke your eyes out.

I was very impress with the service that I got at Bellas. The ladies where nice and even though they where busy they still made a point to check in with my sister and I and make sure we where okay and had everything we needed at the time. It has been like 5yrs since I had had my nails done and they did a wonderful job. I do believe I have found my nail home. THANK YOU BELLA NAILS.

The man was a bit rough.. I have arthritis in my feet. He hurt me a couple of times. The people were nice n friendly.

If you are looking for a place to get your nails done, look elsewhere. My mother and I went to get mani pedis here and did NOT have a good experience. My mother asked for water and received tap water in a dirty glass that still had lipstick from another customer on it. To me, that is unacceptable. In another one star review posted below, someone else commented that this shop refuses to buy bottled water for their customers. I’m appalled by that because their prices are some of the most expensive in town; they can definitely afford to buy bottled water like every other salon does. My mother also showed me a cut on her right foot from the man who did her pedicure. She’s in a lot of pain and I’m hoping her cut will not get infected. Overall, this salon is too pricey to cut so many corners. There are lots of places to go where you will get better service and cheaper prices. Their lack of service and cleanliness has just lost them two more customers.

Not happy. The lady working on my pedi was disengaged and she did not do a good job. This is the first time that Ive had a problem here, but Ive had others tell me that they had problems as well. Time to find a new nail salon.

I wish I could say our experience was good but it wasnt. She rushes with me and forgot to put the top coat on my toe nails! She cut my skin around my thumb. She kept looking at the clock on the wall. Not relaxing at all! 120.00 down the drain. My sons was ok. He didnt have much done.

It has to be said that Rachel at Bellas is amazing at doing nails. I love the way she does them. There always happy and in a good mood.

Went to this place and asked for bottled water. They only have tap. Said they quit buying water for their customers because they dont want to be out that money. I was buying 3 nail sets and 3 pedicures with Shellac. Total bill was nearly $300. Asked them to please have bottled water when I come for a fill in two weeks. Their response was that no they wouldnt be buying bottled water for customers anymore. I commented they might lose business over it and they assured me they would not lose any business at all. I said, well maybe just my business then. And they just shrugged.It is incredibly terrible customer service as well as extremely poor business practice to tell a customer bringing into YOUR business close to $300 every few weeks that no, you cannot buy a $2.00 case of bottled water to have on hand for them when they come in to get fills and shellac pedicures. Amazing and really just laughable that they would throw away a customer over a bottle of water. Terrible way to run a business. We will not be back to either this salon or their sister property on Slide.

I have given up on this place. I have been now 4 times the past 2 months. (Every 2 weeks) and it has been a bad experience every time!They cut corners so they can finish quickly, and they charge WAY too much!They never pushed my cuticles back, or cut the excess off after unless I asked, then they charged me for a full manicure... they put the polish way too far away from my cuticle to begin with, so I walked out of the salon looking like they were already grown out.Then finally, yesterday I got Rachel to do them, and she did everything I asked, it was pricy, but I was happy with the result until NOW!I got a full gel set done yesterday, and the PAINT IS CHIPPING OFF ALREADY!The prices would be worth it if the results were better. I won’t be going back.

My nails look good but I asked for an express pedicure, then half way through the pedicure I realized it was not. and I had to pay the extra 20!

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a $50 pedicure that she took 10 minutes on she didn’t cut around my cuticles and barley scrubbed my feet. They guy doing my moms nails next to me never turned her water off and soaked my brand new toms my moms shoes and my daughters diaper bag. My daughter got her toes painted and I asked if I could hold her while they did it to help her keep still (she’s 3) and hold them until they dried so she wouldn’t mess them up they told me no and started doing my nails and of course she moved and messed them up and they didn’t fix them. They were really rude for the most part.They gave us $5 off the remaining price was $250 it was not worth it at all.we will never be back.

They were nice and friendly, but there was a very long wait for them to get to me and then I asked for the milk and honey pedicure its $50, I asked if each step up in price meant you got a longer massage etc. I was told yes, if thats the case and I paid $50 for a mere 30 minutes from beginning to my nails being painted and paid out then I imagine you barely warm the seat with the basic pedicure. I would have been happy with a half hour for $30, but not $50. Way overpriced for what you get.

Never going here again!! I asked for a dipped coffin nail with a matte finish and I got nothing close to what I wanted. Very disappointed.

My nail girl left and they wont tell me where she works now. How petty. Dont waste your time coming here they only want your money. They dont care about their customers. What a horrible way to run a business.

I recently got my nails done with shellac and just wanted that taken off to have more shellac done. The lady asked if I wanted a manicure and I said no. She asked me a few more time and I kept saying no. I could tell she did not like my answer and proceeded to do a piss poor job on my nails. Ive heard good things about the salon which is why I went in the first place but I do not think Ill be returning.

First time going to Bella’s nails and spa and I will not be going back. Went in for just a simple service. I had acrylic/ shellac on my nails, wanted them removed. I had a lady rushing to cut them off (I would’ve liked to have kept my length of my natural nail underneath, but instead she just cut them short to make it easier to remove) needless to say she filed my nails down and shaped them a little but left a lot of the acrylic on my nails.

First time to visit. The cashier was super sweet and helpful. The nail tech did a great job on my nails.

I got my nails done here this was my second time ever to go there. Haley did my nails and she did exactly what I asked. She was a little fast and rough but I trusted her process and they look ahhh-mazing. I am so impressed. Cant wait to go back.

They destroy your nails down to a nub. I went in for the dip and came out with no fingernails at all. Way over priced! They get in a hurry! Ill never go again after the damage they did to my nails.

After coming in with a simple request (white dipped nails with white paint toes) there were too many problems. My cuticles were never treated except to being burned by the rotary file for prep, the nails were already uneven and thick, and then the person doing them touched them before they were done, messing them up, and didnt fix it well. When it came time to pay I was a little set back by the $90 before tip for plain color. Then only about three days after my service my nails began yellowing from the bad clear coat and a few days later the white dip started cracking from the old dip powed. The serivise was on June 29 th I believe

Ive been going to Sophie for several years now and would not trust my nails to anyone else. I also love that because of the size of the spa it never seems crowded or loud there. Its always a peaceful experience.

Good service. More expensive than most places. Price is kind of a turn off and pedi chairs arent the best, but the people are kind.

My first time here I loved it. But I came back and tried to make an appointment but the guy I had last left and they were rude to me. Then the girl doing my nails made me bleed 4 times and the laughed and didnt even say sorry.

The actual experience is nice, unless the person doing your nails doesn’t think you are paying for yourself (I had walked in with my mom and sister. Side note: they sat us on opposite sides of the building). He still served me fruit and water but wouldn’t talk to me until he asked if I was paying for my own nails. Then he was very interested in having a conversation. It was very pricey for what I got and then, the NEXT DAY they started chipping. It has only been a week since I got my nails done, and all of them are chipped or fell off. I got shellac French tips. They should have lasted longer than a week especially for the price. I will not be going back to Bella’s.

The customer service at this nail salon is underwhelming to say the least. Took my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday and we were in and out of the door in less than 20 minutes. The tech was very rude and didn’t even wait for her nails to dry before insisting we check out. She also rolled her eyes every time we didn’t want the more expensive option. Then the rest of the workers just made excuses for the tec including the managers. They also insisted we were there for an hour and the recite from lunch was 25 minutes before we were pushed out the door. Will not be returning and literally my sisters heart is broken.

I have gotten both pedicures and manicures here, and they do a very good job. It is a little more expensive than other places so be prepared to pay a little bit more, the cost is worth it though.

This place isnt worth the price. I came for just a Basic pedicure. It was 30 dollars, and it only took them about 10 minutes. I wasnt expecting an hour-long pedicure. I know I just purchased the basic one, but 10 minutes is ridiculous. And they also charge me an extra dollar just to have the safety plastic around the pedicure bowl. I will definitely never be back.

I won’t ever recommend this place. I came in with A picture and ask them if they couldn’t do it and they said yes but then when I sat down they told me It would not look exactly like the picture but they will try so I ended up doing the shellac and chrome on both my hands and toes when I should of just left. It isn’t exactly what I wanted and there are blemishes because she said “no one really does chrome on their real nails because it’s not as smooth” and I am thinking why did you not tell me this before hand!? Then surprise surprise it was $110. I took a brochure with their prices and after looking at it I honestly was over charged. This place is a rip off. I would of gave it 0stars if I could.

Absolute terrible experience. Me and my friend got the same nail treatment and was charged a 40 dollar difference. The reason was because it was a different masseuse and they charge differently. 120 dollars for a mani/pedi. They will charge you more if you’re not paying attention and ask questions up front. They asked multiple times to swipe my card for payment when i wasn’t even halfway through the session. STAY AWAY!!!

A young lady by the name of Kim did an excellent job on my nails, Ill keep going back for her to do my nails.

Would definitely give 0 stars. Gave a literal 5 min pedicure and overflowed the pedicure bowl and soaked my cousin and her mother’s shoes.

The nail techs are super rude and rush through everything. My polish is bumpy and my nails are crooked. When you talk to them to tell you what you want they don’t listen and continue their conversations with the fellow techs. I will not be coming back and I don’t know when I will be doing my nails again for how bad they cut up my cuticles and then put nail polish remover on the cuts to “stop the bleeding” yet it only burned even worse! I would not recommend this to anyone!

I GOT VERY BASIC MANI PEDI, NOTHING removed no fills, no polish anything. During pedicure my ankle started tingling and itching, when I reached to look at it, the tech said, put in water. I didnt think about it till I got home and have what looks like bites or small scrapes on inside of foot just under ankle bone. Very disturbing. Also, $65 for a mani pedi that separate would have been 10 and 25 is strange, but I just wanted out of there. -- addition to original post, my friend with me also has the same bites; on lower part of leg.

They try to nickel and dime college students. $1 for lining the bottom of the pedicure tub, and trick you into buying more expensive services by claiming the menu only has those most expensive listed.This place has zero remorse for how badly they treat customers, and Ive received crappy dip nails that were uneven and goopy, and now I spent $50 on a pedicure that should have been $30. Im never coming back.

My stepmother and I came here and were beyond surprised at the lack of service. Minus the girl who was somewhat of a receptionist, nobody else that worked here came close to how nice she was. The shop was essentially empty but we were nonetheless rushed through every other part of our nails, they didn’t even file my nails during my manicure. It was disappointing.
