I have enjoyed all my time at Landis Hollow! Tiffani and the staff is very kind and responsive and helpful. The application process was simple and easy and we were able to view our actual unit before renting it. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The price is basically unbeatable.

We have lived here for over a year, and we love it so far. The rent price is very fair for the quality of the duplex. The location is perfect as both my roommate and I attend UCA. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Massey properties worked with us when we moved from our old apartment to make sure we werent spending extra money we didnt need to. They tend to the yard and make sure it is kept clean and tidy. Very grateful for our home here!

I called about one property in Conway,AR. I turned in my application which was still available and when I called back to see the status of it, Tiffany mentioned someone has already put a deposit down. My question was why tell me to turn in an application if someone was already in the process of getting it and if I could get my money order back. She said I couldn’t because she has already ran my application with 7 other peoples for the SAME property. Why run our applications if you’ve already selected someone to rent it to? Seems money hungry to me!
