Both so sweet I would recommend going here ! I’ve been to a few places in Lubbock and none compare to the cleanliness, friendliness and pricing of chic nails . I also got my eyebrows waxed and she did amazing 10/10

I called to make an appointment, they mentioned I had been there before, which I never have. They then put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and then hung up on me for absolutely no reason. I would not recommend this facility. I also tried to call back to make sure they do not have an appointment set and they wouldnt answer the phone.

I was way past due on getting a pedicure so I sprang for the deluxe.I was very happy with the results. Recommend😉

I like this nail salon because it is run by a husband/wife. They work quickly and efficiently. They are quietly friendly and dont play on their phones/computers. Occasionally their young daughters are there and help with cleaning, bring customers beverages or color palettes and check customers out. Very clean salon and not crowded. Waxing, manicures, pedicures. Might want to check them out!!!

They are very rude, poor customer service, they don’t know what the doing not recommend this place to anyone .

I walked into this shop it was 1 customer getting her nails done the man asked what i needed i told them the lady looked and said i have. another customer to get feet and nails so i asked. What that mean you cant do my nails they both said No what kind of place is this i have never been to a nail shop that turn people away idk if it was the color of my skin or what bad business

Kate and Andy are always friendly and helpful. Family owned business with great service. Kate gives amazing pedicures. Highly recommend if you have an ingrown toenail.

I went here recently yesterday to be exact and I showed the nail tech a picture of the shape I wanted my nails he proceeds to do my nails but they were looking nothing like the picture so I told him could we start over and he told me and I quote “ I will take them off and you can go some where else and get them done” and I asked well can the other nail tech do them they both denied my service. I will never go back here ever and I don’t recommend anyone else going there either if they cannot do their jobs I did not disrespect or even get angry went them I just grabbed my bag and walked out and I was the only person in there. So just a heads up

Being new to the city I luckily found Chic Nails where Andy gives a great pedicure. The establishment is clean and professional and my toes look great !

I have been going to Katy and Andy for years. I have always had good service and been pleased with my nails. They are fast and efficient.

This was the worst place I have been to. I learned my lesson! He didnt listen when I told him one nail was too short, I swear I could have done a better job buying the supplies myself! I wanted oval shaped and I ended up with 4 nails slightly pointing left. My nails looked so bad! DONT waste your time and money here!
