I have been going to Xperience for a couple of years now! The atmosphere is calming, clean and the staff welcomes you with big smiles. Every time I’m offered a beverage and they keep me informed of how long my wait time will be. Lindsey has been my number one girl! She is the absolute best! My time at Xperience I get the hydrotherapy and 60 min massage. 10/10 every time! I highly recommend Xperience!!! I will be a lifelong customer!

Not relaxing at all, the phone was a major distraction. Workers coming in and out making appointments and fixing cancellations. The lady doing my nails answering the phone and coughing really bad.i felt the attention was on everything but me. The pedicure was nothing compared to Nails 2000. They really know how to cater and pamper your every need.

I would have rated this place zero stars if I could. I Had a massage here a few months back, and I was extremely disappointed. After I laid down on the bed and the massage therapist came in I heard her rustling around and then I heard metal clinking.... then wheels on the floor. She was SITTING in a rolling chair and reaching across the table to massage my back, applying little to no pressure! WORST MASSAGE of my life. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here.

I have been here several times. I have never had anything done here I didn’t love. Trey and Lindsey are both awesome massage therapists and do a great job of working on problem areas while also giving a great relaxing massage. Kaci does great pedicures and manicures and is so friendly and helpful. I don’t go anywhere else at all anymore.

Spent the day here with my SIL and had such an amazing experience! I received a massage and facial from John and a pedicure from Kaci. Both were outstanding and funny! My SIL and I even talked about making this a monthly tradition before we had left. Definitely recommend!

They do amazing at everything here, facials, waxing, nails, hair and massages. They have monthly subscriptions and individual singles packages as well as couples packages.

I went in for a massage with Bianca and she was phenomenal! I have issues my sciatic nerve and she really worked with me to relieve my pain. I’m happy to say I have found a new massage therapist! Thank you Bianca!

Oh how I miss this place! I absolutely LOVED getting Swedish massages and hydrotherapy here when I used to live in Lubbock. This place has the best staff and equipment there is to offer. Owner, Dawn, is bright, cheerful and ever glowing with her welcoming smile. Lindsey was my favorite. Her massages were amazing. I always felt less stress and 100% lighter every single time I left this place. Another plus is the wine (or any other drink) given to you prior to your massage, and water post massage (sometimes with a sweet snack)! I highly recommend Xperience! Go, Go, GO!

They were wonderful! Very personal experience, the people were very nice, everything was explained to me as it happened. Had a wide range of packages for great prices. I havent been able to try everything but Im excited to try them!! Ive received multiple massages from there and they have always been wonderful. Got really rough at one point during one massage and told the massage therapist it hurt a little, she apologized and was thankful I said something. Not everyone likes the same type of pressure during a massage. I want pressure but not KILLER pressure. She was GREAT! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!! Theyre great!!

I love this spa! Charity is amazing for massages and the entire staff is friendly! Its is very clean and up to date with modern decor. Lindsey is a great manager and runs a tight ship. Erin is the receptionist and very friendly and greets you a smile every time! They have all kinds of hydro stuff like showers with multiple shower heads and a jacuzzi bath and just all kinds of cool stuff! If youre looking for a regular spa to join or frequent then I would recommend giving it a try. Prices are very reasonable and not over priced by any means.

I went for a 90minute combo massage with Erin. Shes a magician! I was half asleep the whole time! I went in with tight shoulders and hips and left feeling like a brand new person. My muscles were so tight, but now I feel like play dough and could honestly just sleep for the rest of the day!! Check in was a breeze, everyone was super polite and friendly, and Erin made sure to check in on me every once in a while during the massage to see how I was feeling and probably that I was still breathing hahaha! I had an excellent experience and I really hope to come back again soon!

A while back I ended up going here because the place I normally went to was booked. My experience was so awesome now I only go to Xperience when I need a massage. Staff are friendly and professional. The environment is clean and relaxing.

I got a Brazilian wax done here. Worst experience ever! The lady struggled with gripping the hair, it was literally a nightmare. I have NEVER had this problem before. I am very comfortable and very well familiar with waxing, and I have never experienced such discomfort. The job was literally 1/2 finished (still cant believe I paid full price for it). I told the receptionist at the desk, how it was still hairy, and how the lady struggled, and all she said was, Next time, make sure you ask for the mirror while youre getting waxed .....Sorry, but there will never be a next time.I decided to try European Wax center, and it was AMAZING! the girl had zero problems with gripping or with the hair coming off.My husband and I move around alot, and finding a good wax place can get difficult. This place made it a nightmare!

The facility is decent and peaceful, and the staffs are super friendly and professional. All three masseurs have great technique to get me relax from intensive work stress and soothe the muscle pain every time. I start to schedule regularly and highly recommended to everyone.

Worst place to get your hair done. I texted the stylist a picture of what I wanted & told her again when I arrived what I wanted. When I got there, she quickly told me she had to leave in a couple of hours so she could not fully style my hair. I should have left then & not let her near my hair. But I told her as long as my caramel highlights & haircut were done properly, then no big deal for me. I didnt notice until I got home that the high lights were not evenly distributed, had the ugliest color, & had damaged my hair. I quickly texted her & ask her if she could correct this the following day. Her first response was that she could not fit me in. Then she could fit me in but only in a 30 minute slot which did not encourage my confidence in her to do a good job. She kept insisting Id come in next week when Id already told her that I couldnt, since I was only in town for the weekend. I talked to the manager first thing next morning, she said another stylist could fix my hair. I was relieved. Then she called to tell me that he couldnt fit me in after all. I asked for a refund, she told me no refunds on gift certificates). It was a gift from my husband. My husband saw how upset I was & took me there to talk to the manager in person. The stylist who did my hair came out to greet me & told me just to come back in 2 hours so she can add a toner. I said no toner since it will just wash off in a few weeks. She then left back to her station where my husband and I, the receptionist & another couple waiting in lobby area could over hear her rant about me to another stylist...extremely unprofessional. The manager finally gave us a refund & the owner returned my call eventually. I went to a different salon that was able to fit me in even though it was late in the afternoon at that point. They were able to fix my hair. The hair stylist there didnt want to charge me the regular rate for the services...guess she felt bad for me. But I was more than happy to pay her the full amount as she had really earned it along with my continued patronage.

Ive been to this salon twice to get my hair done and both times were terrible. They take foreverrrrrrrrrr and my hairstylist had 2 other costumers at the same time as me. Why couldnt he just schedule us all at different times? Also while I was under the blow dryer I saw about 2 cockroaches just crawling around on the floor. And then one of the girls thats supposed to wash my hair left to go get her lunch, so I had to wait about 40 minutes for her to get back before they could rinse my hair. I really think they just forgot about me. The last time I went here he told me he wouldnt dye my hair black like I wanted because I would end up regretting it and I should just stick with brown. Honestly I will never go back there to get my hair done again it was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.
