When I first went last Friday the experience was not bad. I expected more from the Pedi with the massage and hot wax than what I did. My nail polish came off the next day, off 2 of my toenails. The lady that did my manicure was very sweet and did a good job at getting the nail how I wanted, but the next day it looked like I needed a fill on my left hand and my middle finger was starting to come off a tad. I didnt get to go back immediately to have it looked at or fixed given the fact that I was oit of town and was already rushing to get out. So I finally had a chance today to go speak in person to them to see what we can do about getting it fixed. The whole procedure was 85 so surely they could accommodate right! Well they didnt do nothing about the toenail polish, ok I could live with that. And they put glue on the nail that was coming off, they shorten 2 of my nails but didnt even make them look similar to the others instead of coffin type it looks now like French manicure on 2 of my nails. I honestly should of left them the way they way before. Idk if the lady that fixed it this time just did it cause she thought I was being a nuisance but I was very polite and just trying to get my point across. I mean we spend tons of money for it to be done correctly and if not hopefully fixed. Very disappointed in my nails now so for this reason Im giving a 2 star rating! Also the two that were shortened look crooked so yea. Nothing against the rest of the workers but the man and the lady with very short hair I wouldnt recommend. The lady that did my nails originally I would, like I said I think she did great other than that issue with looking like I needed a fill the next day. And the Hispanic lady that did my friends pedi well she did a good job and her nail polish is still on.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN LUBBOCK! Everyone is super friendly & talented! Comfortable and clean. I especially love the paraffin on my hands afterwards.

The nail tech was friendly but the quality of my shellac polish is the worse that I have seen. It is lumpy and one of my nails polish is peeling. I could not tell how bad they were at the salon, I guess because of the lighting — but I noticed as soon as I was at home. I didn’t not realize that a nail tech could mess up shellac polish until now. It makes me sad because this used to be one of my favorite places to get my nails done, with the previous owners when it was called KC Nails. I paid for my nails and my daughters shellac nails — $56 wasted. I will never go back there again.

Lady put nail polish all over the toe. I kept telling her what are you polishing that is my toe,there is no nail... Needless to say worst pedicure ever. $55.00 down the drain... Never again

Amy is the sweetest nail tech ever! She manages this nail salon great! She always does my nails perfect. The gentlemen that did my nails here also was super gentle and very kind! I will choose this nail salon over any other here in Lubbock! My only bad experience here was that there was a new nail tech that just started here and she made a rude comment about one of my nails. Other than that little unfortunate experience I would give 5 stars!

My friend and I went in to get a mani/pedi... My nails came out good, but as for my friend they came out horrible and were very lumpy. We decided to go back and get them fixed cause they were so bad. The staff is extremely nice but the one nail tech they had was not very good.

Ms. Amy is an awesome women. We unknowingly went thirty minutes before they closed. Ms. Amy and her staff, had an full house and still politely welcomed us. They got us in and didnt rush to do our nails. They took their time and the nails looked exactly like the picture my daughter showed her. Ms. Amy and her staff apologized for the wait and thanked us for waiting. To be honest the wait wasnt bad at all. Im grateful they didnt turn us away or treat us rudely. I Highly Recommend them. They will forever have my business..

I got a manicure and pedicure they were not clean. I got a initial b they don’t reliable what I wanted. My brother got a wax and they did a horrible job. I would NOT recommend coming here!!!

Staff does excellant work.....they engage in conversation with customers not just each other....I would recommend it to anyone. They take appointments and walk ins and cleanliness is a priority here.

They stayed open late for us so we could get our nails done, they were very kind to us and our nails came out GREAT!! I love them and i will definitely be going back next time!!

I have always been a faithful customer going every 2 weeks if not weekly getting full set or a pedicure and a wax and they have always been so nice then all of a sudden they started being very rude or would say they were busy come back and nobody was there they started doing a horrible job I went back give benefit of doubt but nope I was wrong I will no longer be taking them my business
