I had three different companies come out and give an estimate and let us know what the problem was. From the moment I made the first phone call to Orkin they have been nothing but excellent! Our rep Brian is the best! Response is timely! Able to fit us into the schedule more than once on very short notice. He is extremely professional and definitely cares about solving your problem. We had the termite spray service instead of the tenting done. We also purchased the warranty which allows the company to come out as much as you need them if you see any other issues with the termites. Brian is the best rep! Cant say enough about him! The company is very lucky to have him!

Second time that I received a text that Orkin was on the way and a second text stating they had arrived. No one arrived. Two appointments with the same situation. I scheduled this service for Saturday 8-10;00 am At 9:15 I called the office to report no one had arrived even though I received a text they were here and was told they would instruct the person to return ASAP. This is unacceptable. I scheduled an early Saturday appointment for a reason and I can not wait around for service “if or when” they show up. It is dishonest to text “we have arrived” when they haven’t arrived. I am so disappointed in this company. Orkin is a national company with a well known brand and should have better standards. You are not the least expensive pest company but I chose you because of your national standing. I will not recommend you to anyone in south Florida that is seeking a reliable pest control service. The office personnel are awesome and the previous technicians were professional and efficient but today’s technician is horrible. He just called me and told me I didn’t answer my door. That is NOT true and I told him so. He continued to argue and was disrespectful to the point I told him I didn’t want him in my home. . Shame on Orkin for allowing a person to represent your company in this manner. When my contract is up, I will move on to a different company and share my experience so no one else faces this problem.

We use them for a generic spray against any manner of bugs. We have a separate spray for mosquitos. I am not certain how effective the mosquito spray is in S. Florida, but for the rest, we have always been happy.

These guys went straight to the problem and got the room with the problem and they extinguished my termites before it became a bigger problem!! Gary and his associate were on time polite used lights on the walls with their specialized tools they found little holes where the dry wood termites were getting bad.They were careful with my walls and were very professional!!!! The tech just left so I am not sure if the results - but they have great hours of operation and responded the next morning.. I called at 11:00pm so that was impressive. Was not aware Orkin offered blown in insulation. Did some research is cellulose product treated to repel bugs, pests, vermin and per unit measure better R value. Have not gotten competitive quote but appears reasonable.

We just started service today for those little sugar ants. The tech treated inside and outside and left baits everywhere we are having issues. Even moved the stove to treat. Hoping this works. Price is pretty good and the service is good also.

My technician is wonderful. Thorough, attentive. Couldnt be better.Although I have sometimes had problems with the billing policy.. Not the amount... The whole way it is handled (home office.. Not local) But Omar and the service I get keeps me happy.

Above and beyond!The only thing that knocks the rating down is scheduling. The people that schedule the appointments are a joke, either they don’t listen or they are incompetent and are incapable of doing their job. I am given an appointment at the beginning of the week, at my Prefered time if possible, then only the day or two before the appointment to have the time changed. We are very busy and have things to do on the weekends and have to plan around the appointment. This happens consistently and I have called the office to complain but it keeps happening. This was never an issue before.Hopefully the person in charge of scheduling will be replaced, as changing appointment times the day before are completely unacceptable.

Reynold has been our regular spray man for many years. He is very pleasant to deal with and if I have any problems he responds promptly. We have no pests and are very happy with our service.
