I got facial and hair message from Angel at Ashburn location, I enjoyed it a lot. She is very thorough and takes very good care of individual’s needs. It was a very relaxing experience. I would recommend Angel to anyone who is looking for a great facial/message experience.

Place was fair, and I had done a facial treatment in Sana Spa. ANGEL was very professional and expertise in what she was doing . She did a great job with my facial treatment. I am 1001% happy with ANGEL. She’s my favourite. I will go there again and get more treatements from Angel. Thank you Angel & Sana Spa.

Eyebrow threadingWould never go back to the salon. Ended up with too thin, two different eyebrows. They dont communicate to the client at all to know what they want.I miss the pregnant lady staff who did it for me earlier. She was so good at it.

I love Sana Day Spa. It’s a very lovely place and I go there often to get my eyebrows threaded. The ladies are all so friendly and they thread very well. I also go there for my haircuts; they do that well also.

Great place to get threading done. It is comparatively less painful. The ladies do a really good job. Appointments are easily obtained. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded here. They also do a good job of cutting and styling hair. They offer so many other services as well.

Joti did an amazing job on my Brows!!!I like for them to look thicker so I’ve been growing them out but they still had a ways to go. She cleaned them up so beautifully, that they actually already look thicker. She also shaped them according to my face :DI feel pretty.

Saku is amazing. Went there to get hydrating facial before the party. The employee were very professional and very friendly. Even though the store was busy, they took the time to make sure I was given good service. I left the store happy and satisfied.

I have been to a few places in the area to have my eyebrows done, but Sana Day Spa does it best! Ive given up finding some place closer to home and go out of my way to get them done at Sanas. Ive had a few different women do my eyebrows for me and every single one of them has done a fantastic job. And to top it all off their eyebrow threading is the cheapest of anywhere Ive been, even outside of NoVA. They are a third of the price of the eyebrow place in the Fair Oaks mall and shaped my eyebrows 20x better. I really cant stress enough how happy I am every time I leave here!

This place is awesome I always go to saku for eyebrow threading and all my facials. She is amazing and does a great job every time. If you are looking for a place definitely give this place a shot and ask for Saku !

Had a good experience, this was my 1st visit today and Meena did a good job with my eyebrows. She also spent a few minutes massaging my face and eyebrows. It felt so good. I would definitely recommend this place atleast for threading. Yet to experience their facials.

I went in here for eyebrows and pedicure. And though the service is advertised on their rate card, they do not provide pedicure services (as of now). Eyebrow threading on the other hand, was available and very well done. Hardly any pain and beautiful shape, not to mention she was done in 2-3 mins, which is the fastest yet, as my eyebrows are complicated.

Wonderful spa with all services, I love deep tissue massage and facials. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bottom line: Good if youre in a pinch but keep looking for better services elsewhere.Ive been twice for an eyebrow threading. It teeters on the pricier side for an eyebrow threading - $7. You must pay in cash, kind of a hassle.I just had my brows shaped and cleaned a bit. The woman did a decent job but I was hoping for a more refined, striking look. They are average looking - kind of like I just tweezed really well along a line. I pay for some experience for the shape of my face.They have an online appointment system but dont care too much to follow it (I scheduled an appointment, walked in and said they were ready for me, but then later asked my name on the appointment book.)

Eyebrow threading that is affordable!! The ladies are so nice and the spa is beautiful. $9 cant beat that

Just yesterday I went to the Sana Day Spa location in Chantilly and had booked an appointment with Marium for my daughter to get her eyebrows and upper lip threaded. She took less than 10 minutes rushing the entire process making her feel extremely uncomfortable and all together making her crying at the end of it because of how her eyebrows turned out. She realized what she had done when my daughter showed her, but she did nothing to change it and seemed like she didnt care WHATSOEVER. My daughter even had multiple red marks where she aggressively applied quick strokes to her nose, cheek, and forehead, even though she only needed her eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Never will I book with Marium again. Her work is very sloppy and she seems extremely impatient.

Worst employee etiquette!Ms.Sana I am so sad to review you because of your one employee behaviour which i witnessed yesterday. I was there for threading service when this incident happened. One of the other employee did no wrong by offering a chair to a pregnant lady when this rude employee ran out of her way to offer it to her customer.I remember her name after the entire incident as Indira. She was so rude and very dramatic in front of bunch of employees and also customers. Everybody were blindly watching instead of saying her to shut up.This is not the first time i saw this kind happening right in-front of customers but feel sad that your reputation is going in vain because of this. We love your spa and your talented employees but please have a line of control of what they do in front of your clients. I just felt really bad that no body spoke to support that other employee Ms.Mariam who became the scrap goat for helping the pregnant women.

My wife went for a body massage and it was not a good experience. would not recommend this.

I went for eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing last evening, there was a new hire that signed me in..I was looking for a different esthetician, since she was busy I went with the new hire without knowing that she was a naive for just upperlip waxing which any good esthetician can handle easily. She started off and there came a disaster on both sides of my upperlip, my skin was pulled off. she was arguing that it was normal burning sensation it was a BIG ruined New Year Eve ever! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT PARTICULAR LADY.. ASK BEFORE YOU START AND WALK OUT IF YOU KNOW IF THE PERSON IS NEW!PS- I had my eyebrows done by a different esthetician.I was not charged for any of the services.Perfect mood, party, new year got literally ruined up..

I read a lot of reviews about this place before I went. But I am very disappointed. Hard to describe from where to start. When I entered the staff is too busy with their phones sitting on the couch.. I did not even understand if they are clients like me or working staff. I had to ask them Do u work here.... even then nobody turned upto me. After few mins the receptionist with name ANGEL says sign up in the book. I had taken a prior appointment for facial and since I was stuck in traffic and was 15mins late which I informed over the phone.. then they said you are fine please come.. when I had reached the place.. the lady says you do not have enuf time for facial make a fresh appt which I did. I went the next day the facial which was supposed to be for 1 hour as per their say the previous day... it was only for 45mins.. they cud have done it the previous evening itself. No.2 : The next day none of the staff even had the courtesy to even put a smile or even ask How are you? ... esp the lady who did my facial by name MARIAM put her face as if she is doing it for free. But what caught my attention was all these ladies were seen very courteous with American customers. I will never go there again. I would have given only 1 star but gave 2 bcoz the facial was not bad.. it was OK. Def. not upto the reviews listed below. Never will go there again!!! Desi ladies at your own pleasure.. go there if u are in a desperate situation like me!!
