Great location with good stylist. Highly recommend checking in online so you dont have to wait in store. This location has serval TVs with live sports (when available) which is nice. I find that the full MVP expirence is a bit overkill but can make the visit more enjoyable for some.

I have been getting mine and my sons haircut here for about two years now after switching over from a different haircut place due to a negative experience. My son and I have enjoyed every single one of our visits so far. Staff is always nice, place is always clean, and price is fair. My son can be a little difficult at times to get his hair cut but the staff has always been nice and friendly and worked through it with him, they always give him a lollipop afterwards which of course he loves. Cant speak from a womans perspective but for men/boys this is a great place to get your haircut.

I highly recommend this establishment. The stylists here are wonderful, always cheerful, and in a positive mood. The environment is really friendly. Ellie has been cutting my hair now for over a year. I always go with the MVP because she does such an awesome job!!! She knows what to do with my uncooperative hair and recommends the right products. I wouldnt go anywhere else, unless of course she moved to another state. I would recommend you check in on line to avoid a wait.

Experience was great, first time inside a sports clips. They are professional and friendly and though I am sure wait times vary they got me quickly and they cut, shampooed and styled my hair and gave me a hot face treatment as well as neck and shoulder massage and it literally took less than 30 minutes. Being picky about my hair has been an issue more often than not but it got done right the first time.

My stylist took extra attention in detail to make sure my hair was cut just how I liked it. And she offered some great tips. Will be back again!

I take my son and my husband here every 2 weeks for haircuts. Every stylist here is amazing and pays attention to details. I have never been disappointed when leaving. My boys always get the MVP treatment and they love it!!

Friendly and fast

Ive been to this Sport Clips twice. The first person to cut my hair was apparently no longer there (that was pre-corona virus). Danyel took lots of time to understand what I wanted and the haircut turned out great. Unfortunately, they do not require customers to wear masks which puts the staff at risk. Otherwise they have reasonable safety protocols in place.

On two different occasions this location did not staff its store sufficiently after 5 PM. If it caters as a no-appointment-necessary service seeking male patrons, it should reasonably schedule staffing adequate to operate between 5 PM and 7pm. This is a time working men would need to use for haircuts. Worse though, is the attitude expressed by the employees as they are dismissive and do not care if potential patrons or long time customers are served. They should have a better attitude and maybe suggest times that might work for the patrons in the future.

Red head didn’t listen to a word my fiancé said and that’s the second time she has butchered his hair. Definitely will not be going back.

We moved up here to Prescott from Mesa Az, and needed my sons hair cut fast. He had his first day of kindergarten the next day and I wanted him to look amazing. We walked in and immedialty were greeted so friendly by Brandy. They were closing in half an hour and had already mopped the floor, it was still wet! It Brandy was so nice and welcoming.She was great with my 5 year old son, she was so fast, efficient, friendly, and my son loved her! She kept his mind on other things by talking to him about his favorite dinosaur, his favorite color, she was amazing. I will only come here now to get his hair cut. He looked amazing and had a great first day. Brandy if you read this, thank you so much! We will definitely be back soon!

I have had extremely poor service at this location and PV location. I swore I was never going to either place again. I was in need of a haircut today and working right next to this location, so I broke down and went in.I had the pleasure of having Rachel cut my hair, I was extremely pleased with the service and care she provided. Very polite, friendly and professional. Very rare these days to have great customer service like she gave. Make no mistake my 5 stars arent for sport clips they are for Rachel. Sport clips business gets 1 star. Thank you Rachel.

Worst hair cut my husband has ever had. The lady had no clue what she was doing and has no business working in a salon. My husband walked out of this store with what looked like a toupee was glued to his buzzed head. Very uneven. They didnt even bother to brush off hair trimings from his ears and shoulders. Did not even attempt to trim his neck line. I strongly recommend NOT going here.

What an amazing place for a great trim and thinning. Even though its kinda geared towards men, my stylist Dorothy-Anne really took time to make sure my cut was right for me! My hair is super thick and she did great making sure it didnt get weird chop lines and now I can wear it up without a headache!

Went to go get a haircut, and was there ten minutes before they opened .The open sign was lit and the door was unlocked so I went in signed in and sat down to wait for someone to be able to cut my hair. After about 5 minutes an employee came out and told me I couldnt be there and how did I get In. I explained I was there for a haircut and she told me to leave because they werent open for another 5 minutes. So I left and wont be going back anytime soon.

Im not knocking this company but the manager needs help. Works to many hours cutting hair and not enough hours actually being a manager of her employees. I wont be back due to certain circumstances but I hope the owner reads this and stays in tune with this location and its needs...

I took my little boy in for a haircut and came out with an ugly cut that was precisely the opposite of what I asked for. It was unpleasant experience that included the stylist telling me she disliked kids and then acting like it throughout the cut.
