Im not much of a flashy person when it comes to nails Im very basic. But I love the nude look very much, I feel like he did an amazing job. I will be back!

My daughter and I went for the first time today and we had such a great experience! We waited only about 2 minutes then were seated to soak off our previous color. The guy that 1st helped us, was very nice and funny! I had Ben work on my hands(and feet) and he had me laughing the whole time!! My daughter had a sweet lady, whom I didnt catch her name, but was very professional. Our nails came our perfect. We then had an amazing pedicure that wasnt rushed and very professional as well. Not once were we cut, or talked into something we didnt want like our old place. We are very happy with our nails and toes and highly recommend this place!! We cant wait to return!

My sister and I went in. Me, just a basic mani/pedi. And her, something super fun for Halloween. She did the dip, and her tech is an artist! Tim and Benjamin were professional, thorough and meticulous. Great job. We will be coming back!

I went here for the first time on Saturday, and spent $60. I asked when scheduling to ensure that I got a good nail tech. My nails are super thin, and my nail cracked right in the middle… and I asked her to make sure that my nails wouldn’t crack in the middle and she said they wouldn’t. I don’t live in Lubbock, but a little refund would be nice. I haven’t even hit my nails on anything, so the only reason for it to have cracked is because they were done poorly.

They always take great care of me and my nails and toes are done very well!! Love this place!

Ryan is the best!!! I was looking for a new place to get quality acrylics and I found it!! Very fast but the work is amazing!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants really well done acrylics!!!!

Great experience, very funny and friendly. They dont talk you into something you dont want and completely understood my allergy to dip and gave me a great alternative. Prices were good and we will definitely start going here for now on.

They Never disappoint, and Im a pain

Been getting manicures for a while now and I finally found Signature Nails. They are the BEST! Quality is amazing, all the nail techs are friendly and very clean! Ryan is a perfectionist and will not let you leave until your nails are perfect. By far the best nail place I’ve ever been to, (and I’ve been to many)! Would give more stars if possible!

Me and my boyfriend have been to many different nail salons around lubbock and Signature is the best!!! Ryan is an amazing nail artist and is able to recreate any design we want!!! Awesome place with awesome people!!!! Ben is also a great nail tech and very fun to talk to! I never leave without a smile on my face and happy nails! :)

Went with my sister to get nails done and had Ben do an amazing job! they are exactly what i wanted. the staff was quick, nice and friendly. salon is clean and lovely inside- will def make this my place to go from now on!

No one at this establishment wears masks in times of Covid-19. From the workers to the customers. They do a decent work but it is not worth risking ones life for a manicure/pedicure. I edited my post since I read in the response that the spokesperson of Signature Nails said my review is FALSE and they follow all safety standards? They wore NO masks NOR gloves when I visited them. And by the way, maybe a charge of $90.00 made under transaction number 6YG38929E2497390J on July 18, 2020 will refresh your memory?! Do start wearing gloves at least and masks for your own safety and your customers. Establishments like these are a hazard to themselves and others.

This is the best place to get your nails done in Lubbock! I went to get a pedicure and let me tell you that it was the best pedicure I have ever had! He took his time and was so kind. Because it was so amazing there I decided to get my nails done (dip). They look amazing! I will 100% go back.

My friend and I were looking for a good place to get pedicures and we were extremely satisfied with the pedicures we got! They cleaned our awful feet and massaged really well! Well worth the money! Definitely found out new place!

I didnt get mmt nails done here in the end because what I needed this salon could not do. I am allergic to nail glue and need sculpted nails, not tips. My 5 stars are because they were complete upfront and honest with me - something I havent found recently. I was even recommended to a salon that could help me.I did not stay this time but I would not hesitate to go here in the future.

The owner is awesome, at the moment they havent made me feel as if I am a bother to them when I walk in the door even if it is almost closing time.

I went with my 2 girls (11 & 3) for pedicures they did an amazing job and too their time! I’ve Beene to a few nail salons around Lubbock and was never impressed with any of them. We will be back again 😊

I am a regular here because they always do such a good job. Sometimes they get pretty busy and I notice they are rushing a bit but it never affects the quality of the manicure. I usually do coffin acrylics which are easy to screw up. They’ve never gotten them wrong which is why I keep coming back! Love this place.

I had rotator cuff surgery the beginning of July and decided I wanted my nails done. Signature nails were considerate, friendly, and careful with my shoulder.

I went here day before yesterday to get my nails done and the guy who did them did a wonderful job! He made sure they were done beautifully and they were done right! I am very happy and pleased and will definitely go back again and again. Thank you for caring about your work and making your customers happy!

Took my daughter to get a fill on acrylics we had just gotten 2 weeks prior. They soaked off the acrylics. They replaced hers but just shaped and dipped my natural nail. Charged me $40 and her $45. $40 to shape and dip my nail, I could have done that at home for free. Ive been there several times but never had a bad experience till today, Ill never go back.

I suppose to get my nails done at poshe nails & spa but they closed on Sunday so I am try to go to signature but they dont know how to do coffin shape and ombre nails waste time and money

Amazing! I came in right after 5:30 on a Friday and I was out in less than an hour and my nails look amazing. The man who did my nails was very nice and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I think I finally found my go to nail salon.

I came in a little late this visit, but not once did they make me feel hurried or acted annoyed because it was only about 30 minutes before they closed. My nails looked just as great this visit as they have in the past. The place is always clean and all are super friendly. I must say they serve one of the most delicious strawberry margaritas Ive ever had!! Definitely recommend any kind of nail service here!

Ive tried several highly rated nail salons in Lubbock and by far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and the expertise has always been great no matter who did my mani and pedi. Ryan was the first technician I used after having a bad experience at another salon where they totally ruined my shape, Ryan reshaped them exactly how I like them. Ive been using them for almost a year and have always had a good experience there.

I had my nails done by Ann and it was not good. I went in the very next day to get my polish touched up because it didnt stay. I do not think they were kind or understanding of their mistake. Two days later its worse than before and it has been 4 days since I got my original nails done. For 55 dollars I expect more. I will not be returning.

They were nice, but I found it rude because he didnt want to do my nails cuz I wanted them long and seemed annoyed because I have two crooked fingers which is never a problem where I usually go. I paid $55 for the service.Update: two of my nails broke off within a week of getting them.
