I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now. Every couple months I go back, my favorite and only stylist I’ve used is Amanda. She is literally the BEST I adore her. She does amazing work and I refuse to go anywhere else. Whatever she does to my hair my purple hair dye stays in for 3+ months! It’s vibrant and does not fade I have never experienced such amazing work before until I went here and used Amanda. She is like a magician my boyfriend’s family is always shocked that the dye she uses lasts so long. 10/10 the best salon especially Amanda :)

On their website they claim to take walk ins but clearly thats a lie. I walked in with my daughter to get simple haircuts, just trims, and was told they werent taking any customers. Im fine if you dont take walk ins but dont claim to take them and then refuse service.

Today was my first visit with, America. After explaining what Id like she offered up some ideas and the end result came out great plus, she is super friendly! I look forward to seeing her again and would happily refer and recommend her to anyone looking for a quality haircut!

I have been going to sophisticates for 12+ years. I love my stylus Carmen Torres. She has always made my hair an A++. We always have fun laughing and talking together. She is very personable and easy to get along with. She did my hair for my wedding and came out to the venue for it. These are pictures of my moms and I trial run. All I had was just a little picture and she did magic with it!! I have found my hairstylist for life!

We loved this Salon! America is very professional and friendly, she gave both of my daughters haircuts and they looked beautiful! The salon is also really nice! I would definitely recommend them!

I called and made an appointment for noon. I got there and the lady working the front had not written my appointment down but played it off like she had. I waited 15 minutes and was told another 15 to 20 minutes so I left. I will.not go back

It only gets 4 stars because Ive only been there once. The appointment was on-time and the Stylist did a great job with my haircut. Thank you Haley.

I have been to at least four different people to cut my hair here, and its never done right. I just give up here, in all honesty. I promise Im not a Karen. I just didnt have any luck. Im sure others might be better, but I am done wasting my money. However, the ladies here are super nice here, but I just have no luck with getting a satisfactory hair cut.

I loved everything about this experience. The salon is awesome and beautiful. Haleigh was just wonderful. She was so easy to talk to and totally saved my poor hair’s life. I have been desperately seeking a great local hair stylist and I have found her! My hair looks amazing. She’s competent and talented! Go see Haleigh!

Today was the first time I’ve been to this place and I’m so happy with my hair cut! I was kind of nervous because I was getting my hair very short compared to how I had it. The salon is always will kept up and looks nice however there has been a time or two that I have made an appointment online and nobody called me back for the appointment so its always best to get your stylists business card so you have the cell phone. Then you can contact them directly or send the messages as to your appointments because when you schedule an appointment online they dont get the opportunity to see that, the store books it for them

Jessica is AMAZING! She is always overly cautious before cutting. She asks the right questions, and always does exactly what Im wanting. Shes phenomenal and Ill go to her for as long as I can! 💇💛

Decided very last minute to get a haircut while I was in town (from Amarillo). Google pulled up this place that was close to my location. Sara Malone took care of me and my daughter very last minute! She was so fun and gave some good hair tips for me to try. Easy to find location, very clean and laid back atmosphere and everyone was so nice!

I needed a cut and color on short notice and was having trouble finding some one reputable that would do it after 5. Sara Malone worked with my schedule and got me in the same day. She was super sweet, fun, and very professional. She provided me with lots of hair tips and left my hair looking fabulous! I highly recommend her!

Amazing hands and heart at Sophisticuts Salon. She made me feel beautiful.Update 10/30/2020: 2 StarsEmployee: Liz, fantastic receptionist. Quoted $100 for all over color and style.(Paid $130, because I got highlights and lowlights too?- Which I think is the only thing that the employee, America, did- and not the all over color)Employee: America, never have I ever had my hair colored without being provided color swatches. Or have I spent so many hours at a salon (didnt get out until 5PM) without having a keratin treatment, cut, highlight, and all over color. She was the only employee NOT wearing a mask, and this type of thing, social distancing isnt possible.However, I came in with a card of how I wanted my hair colored, and she turned it down, saying it would be hard to keep up with--- I arrived at 12:20 for my 12:30 appt, she took me back at 1:10pm. Without the swatches, she just hand mixed some what I thought was brown (she didnt measure anything). She was constantly on her phone texting & calling, attempting to make arrangements for the evening, getting more calls, answering them- saying that she would be working later than she thought. The first color turned out horrible, it was like a greyish blonde 5 inches towards the ends, with blond highlights (BTW, my whole head wasnt covered, she used foil and bits were sticking out at the end), and it made me look older. But, at the beginning she stated if we didnt get it right, we can always do it again Needless to say, we had to do it again. But, what she didnt tell me is that she would be taking on another client once she messed up the first time. So instead of finishing up with me on my second trip to the hair dryer, she took on another client with beautiful long hair, also getting highlights. So I sat at the dryer, after it turned off, for about 45 minutes.However, if you avoid America, I recommend Kristi Gowdy, but Sophisticuts has lost my business.

My daughter told me about this place and her operator. Katherine H. does fantastic service and very efficient. Very short wait if any. I highly recommend you giving Katherine a call. She listens to your needs.

I come here to get sugared by Kinsey S. She does a great job and Im always pleased with the results. It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment and Ive never had to wait in the lobby more than a couple minutes for my appointment to begin. I would definitely recommend Kinsey/Sophisticuts to anyone looking to get sugared.

This place looks very nice but hey they dont know how to cut my hair. I spent big bucks here but got a very horrible looking haircut and they didnt do good on the color either. Maybe it was just that stylist even tho she was nice. But that doesnt mean she can cut hair well!!
