The absolute BEST pedicure that Ive ever received. I highly recommend Ley. She takes her time and makes sure that your nails are perfect. Will definitely be back.

My $107.00 Manicure-Pedicure Nightmare.My daughters gave me a $20 and $42 Gift Certificates for Manicure-Pedicure at Navi Salon for Christmas 2019. I had planed to use them for my birthday March 2020. COVID destroyed my plans. If you remember, everything shutdown. People masked and instructed to avoid groups and sharing equipment. Vaccines finally began to roll out in stages March 2021. Business gradually opening June 2021. Today is August 6,2021. I scheduled my appointment and told them 2x that I had a Gift Certificate (GC). Near the end I was asked for payment so I gave my GC. I was told that the price was $45, so I gave the extra cash. My manicurist gave my payment to another woman. She walked off with it but then returned. She said my GC had expired (December 2020). I reminded her about COVID shutting down everything and services like this were discouraged because of potential spread. She didn’t care! She charged my $45.00. No Discount was even given! They kept the $62.00 my daughters paid for the ‘worthless’ GC + $45.00 for today, so I ended up paying $107.00 total for my mani-pedi!! I was robbed. This business is crooked and has NO HONOR. I will NEVER go here again.DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Very disappointing trip. Do NOT go to this place if youre someone who likes designs on your nails or toes. I came in with a very simple design request in which I was told they dont have the items for that kind of design. Picked a different design and then was told that they actually dont do designs. That they dont have any equipment for designs. I understand maybe not being the best at designs but what NAIL salon doesnt do any designs? Therefore I had to settle for a solid color which is far from what I wanted.I also personally am not a fan of a business where employees are answering their personal phones during my service. That to me is unprofessional.

I used to love coming to Navi Salon but unfortunately Ill have to find a new nail salon to go to. It seems that each time I go, the place goes more and more down hill. This past visit by far was the worst. I just wanted a basic pedicure so my feet could look pretty while Im at the hospital(Im almost 41 weeks pregnant and being induced in a couple of days) The girl who did my pedicure completely rushed through the entire thing, slapping on coats right after another not giving them time to dry. My pedicure lasted at most 20 minutes. I sat in the chair for about 15 minutes after the pedi ended to let them dry and I then went to check out. I only had my American express card on me and when I went to pay, they informed me that they dont accept American express(this was not posted ANYWHERE in the store), so I had to have my fiance leave work to come pay. By this time, my nails had been done for about 40 minutes. I ran an errand, looked down and the polish on my toes still looked good(its been over an hour at this point since my nails had been completed) I went to chipotle and go sit down to eat my food and the polish on my big toe was horribly smeared due to the fact that there was no time in between coats. I had to go back to the salon to have it fixed, and the woman at the counter said that some polishes take longer to dry than others. There is no reason why they shouldnt have been dry after 40 minutes of sitting at the salon after my pedicure was over, but she rushed the coats on one after another so of course they werent dry even after over an hour and a half. Then to top everything off, Im sitting on the couch watching TV and look down and notice how dry and dirty the bottom of my feet were and realized she never even exfoliated my feet! I wasnt paying attention at the time of the pedicure and didnt even notice. I went to the bathtub and soaked my feet and had to exfoliate them myself, Ive attached a picture of how much dry skin came off my feet only hours after having a pedicure... Never going back here again, I will go somewhere else where the technicians actually put time and effort into their work. Also, its pretty annoying that I had to exfoliate my feet myself after paying for a pedicure while being a whale and 41 weeks pregnant.

I’ve been going to this shop to get my nails done since they opened, and this used to be hands-down my favorite place in Louisville, but they’ve definitely declined over the years. They definitely prioritize looks over health when the industry is clearly and quickly moving toward a good balance of both. Also, a lot of the original staff has moved on (some opening new shops nearby) and sadly, they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction anymore.

Went with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure. My second pedicure there and it was as good as the first. I’m most excited about the dip manicure. I have never, ever been able to get anything to stay on my nails. Even being out of patient care and not washing my hands 100+ times a day has not helped. In my new position, however, I feel I need to have a more manicured look. My daughter suggested trying the dip so I did. It has been 2 weeks and my polish is still perfect! Not a single chip! And my nails are intact as well. I have flown to and from two cities which almost always causes broken nails, with lifting heavy suitcases, backpacks and my training supplies. My nails have grown quite a bit so that the gap is bothering me so I will be getting a new one soon. And after reading reviews of other places I will definitely go back to Na’Vi!

Horrible service. I have never had my nails done before, ever and I wanted to try it. My friend is a regular there, so we decided to meet up. Arriving 15 minutes earlier than her, she told me to go inside and ask for Jessica or T to do my nails. When I first entered two employees were sitting there on the couch that customers usually wait on. I was the only customer, I didn’t get a hello or even a smile...I was so confused...We stared at each other for about 5 seconds before i raised up my arms and T told me to sign the book for what I wanted. I signed manicure because that is what I thought the acrylic nails were...it’s not like I had any help. I’m not usually one to throw out the race card ever..because my children are half white and my fiancé is white, but 10 minutes after T started doing my nails white customers walked in and both the employees greeted them happily..after 2 more minutes more customers came in and they both greeted them. I didn’t say anything until after receiving my horrible manicure she asked for $17. I asked her why she didn’t add the acrylics and very rudely she told me she did my service and now I had to wait behind the white customers even after kindly telling her I misunderstood and I had never had my nails done before. I told her I didn’t have time and that I was first and I’d pay her the same as them and even tip more for her trouble. She was very rude and acted very racist. Please don’t go here I recommend Cali Nails....they’re great!!

I love this place but my nails ALWAYS start coming off within a few days. They told me if it happened the day of or after, they would fix it for free. Unfortunately mine always started coming off about 3 days later. Ive went back multiple times over the years but still have the same problem. They do an amazing job on eyebrows!!

Jessica has been doing my nails for several years. She is awesome. The business is clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

The salon is clean but the emphasis seems to be on speed and not quality. I had an appointment and waited 25 minutes for a manicure that was completed in 20 minutes. The technician used a professional electric nail file normally used for acrylic nails on my natural nails to remove the cuticles. She left ridges in my nails and clipped the cuticles back so far my pinky and index finger bled. Now I have hangnails on every finger. I will not be going back.

Great place to relax and enjoy your day, easy access to the area. Plenty of parking and lots of stores and shops in the area. Located in Middletown KY. Just off the Gene Snyder freeway. Easy to find, and easy to see from the main road.

HORRIBLE customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in no hello or how can we help you? I said hello to the younger gentlemen at the front. Still nothing, there was no one waiting and it was very quiet. I was not told how long it was going to be, so I assumed there would not be much of a wait, since it seemed to be fairly quiet. I waited over 30 minutes and still nothing. I went up to ask sir, how much longer do you think it will be? He proceeded to still not answer me and went to the back. Two other ladies walked it with appointments that were in 20 minutes. They took them back early. So I went up again. He proceeded to tell me oh, it’s going to be more than another 30 minutes. Rather than waste my time waiting for nothing, I would have loved for someone to come tell me there was a long wait. I will not be back. I really did not appreciate his attitude toward customers.

I went there and got my eyebrows done and a manicure When I paid I even left a tip then they charged my card a week later more they claimed they forgot to charge a service but I don’t care that’s not correct to take money out my card once I left with out my permission .

Navi Nail owners T and Q are always customer minded! They treat you like royalty! Their shop is always impeccably clean and sanitary. After over 15 years of having them and their staff work on my nails, I’ve never had any issues!! Although the wait time has increased( they have tripled in customers) they make sure you are comfortable while you wait(soft drinks, water) I have never left without being absolutely pleased with my nails or pedicure. I leave infatuated with my nails!!!

My experience here was great! I got a sugar scrub pedicure and while definitely higher priced than most locations, its well worth it. My two minor critics would be that it does take a nice little wait to get in, even on a week day, and during my pedicures i like a nice long, hard massage and it seemed to be a bit softer and quite short.The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and relaxing, with soft matching decorations, and lovely peaceful music playing in the background during your treatments. One of the best things is when you walk through the door you are hit with a pleasant smell and not the extremely strong nail polish/acetone smell that numerous salons have.It was over all a pretty great experience and i would definitely recommend this place highly for its atmosphere and well trained technicians!

E was the best there. Did a great job. I paid a balance I had about a month ago and the two individuals said T will call me and I can pick up my copy. Well even though I left a note for T with my #and I called 4 times and they hung up on me. I still havent got a call from T. I have my bank receipt to show payment. But I fell if she is the owner and so rude and unprofessional then thats not good business. I have been going to another place and love it. I have no respect for a business owner who said she will call you about a business matter but didnt, she just took my money.

Great pedicures. They are very friendly and speak great English. The container you soak your feet in they put a clean plastic liner in it everytime. So much more germ free. They do not take reservations, we arrived when they opened on a Saturday morning and there was people waiting already.

Service was great! My technician was nice and efficient. However live a precious reviewer my gel polished shipped withing 5 days of having them done.

Some nail techs are better than others so you need to make an appointment to assure getting one of the good nail techs. They are so concerned for getting as many clients in as they can that they double book and keep you waiting. They would serve better by taking their time to assure a satisfied customer. They rush when busy and do a sub par job. Otherwise when not busy they take their time and do a good job. I took my business to another nearby nail place that gives better customer service and does not rush.

Love my pedicures here. I tend to schedule with the same technician(s) for consistent quality. Relaxing environment & friendly service.

Im recommending that no one goes here! The service is terrible! My friend went with her mother to get her nails done and got gel on her nails which is supposed to last longer than the regular they spent over $100, and by the end of the very first day her nails were chipped. My friend then called Navi salon and spoke with the owner who cut her off while she was explaining the situation. She did offer to fix them for her so we drove all the way back to Louisville to have the same technician paint her nails again where she only put one coat of polish on that was see through! Then the technician told my friend if she picks at her nails that would cause them to chip. Im a nail biter and gel doesnt just chip!! Then the technician asked her to put both hands into the one hand at a time dryer for gel nails! My friend was upset and told me what happened so I went in and spoke with the owner once again. And she rolled her eyes at me. So I told her to have a great day its sad when the customer has better customer service than those who are supposed to be the ones servicing you!

I wish I did not have to give this place a star at all. I went and had my nails painted with gel polish, which is supposed to last at least a week, and more than half of my nails were chipped or completely gone by the third day of having them. I called to ask about the situation and what could be done about it. When I spoke with the owner she was rude and interrupted whenever I tried to explain the situation. When I brought back in my receipt and had them fix it the owner went around to all the employees gossiping about the situation. The woman who did my nails talked down to me saying,” You know the gel will chip if you pick at them”. She then asked me to try and place both of my hands into a single hand dryer for my corrected nail polish. When my friend spoke with the owner about our treatment, so she could make her aware, she was rude once again. After looking at my “fixed” nail polish I could see through it. I will never get my nails done at this place again and my mother and I have gone there for over 2 years. I suggest never wasting your time or money on this place because they obviously do not care about their customers or doing their job. What is the point of a nail place that can not even paint nails correctly?

I have tried a lot of nail salons in the area and Navi is my new personal favorite. They offer you a drink while you wait, have the best deluxe pedicure complete with parafin dip for your feet, sugar scrub, and great massage. My only complaint was the wouldnt let me buy the polish I used for touch ups which my other salon always let me do. Otherwise they have great relaxing ambiance and music. The drinks are a nice touch as well.

Gotten my nails dipped here twice, first time by a man that took his time and the second time by a lady that was faster, each had their strengths and weaknesses. Gotten a gel pedicure that was awesome and a normal pedicure which was good. Cant beat the pricing and the atmosphere, also really easy to get in.4/25/17 update: went to get a shellac pedicure on 4/12 and there mustve been a miscommunication between the guy at the counter and the girl who did my nails cause she just did regular polish then took me to a manicure table but I had to tell her I didnt WANT a manicure. Unfortunately since she only did one coat of color and one coat of sparkles on my toes the pedicure didnt even last two weeks: found the first chips just yesterday. Looking for a new salon and back at square one :(

I desperately needed a fill in and I had saw Navi salon nail in passing on my way to work everyday. Im pretty particular about my nails because I like them in the pointed, stiletto shape. Before I even sat down I asked the receptionist if someone would be able to make my nails into the shape that I have them in, and showed her my nails I also asked if they could do gel polish over my acrylics. She went and checked with someone and told me that they could do it. After I sat down and she filled them I told her that I wanted them to be a little bit shorter, she clipped them down and began shaping them. The first one she filed into a round shape. I told her that they needed to be more pointed. She kept filing and eventually 6 out of the 10 nails were not straight or in the correct shape. They are also super short and thick. While she was shaping them I had to tell the tech 3 times that 2 of the nails were severely not symmetrical. I let everything go cursing myself for not waiting until Monday to go to my normal place. When I went to check out she told me the total was 40 dollars... 40 dollars for a fill in? I expected to pay around 30 (what I normally pay) because I know that the gel polish is a bit more. I asked the receptionist why it was so much. She informed me that it was 17 for the fill 20 dollars for the gel polish and 3 dollars to trim them. I find that price outrageous when the tech cant even file my nails so they are symmetrical. I think if your going to charge additional amount to trim nails down you should advise your customers of that. I also didnt appreciate the receptions attitude after I asked why it was so much. The only good thing out of this experience is that the salon was nice and it was comfortable. Probably wont go back though.

Have been looking for a regular go to place. My daughter and I totally enjoy the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the extra bit of service by offering beverages. Love T and Quinn! They always go above and beyond!💅🏻

I frequent this place often. I went in for a new color of gels. The young lady who did my nails was unique. She missed my nails with the drimmer tool twice. I washed my hands and noticed a couple of flaws on my left hand. I pointed them out to her and she had to redo them. It was not busy and I didnt understand why she was not simply trying.She did not clean my nails up. I got tired of asking. I paid and left. I am not sure if I will be returning.

I typically come to the salon every other week to change my dip color and won’t go anywhere else. But this particular experience was terrible the tech basically scolded (may be a strong word) me for not remembering my nail color number and said that I didn’t need to re-do my nails. Very hostile, anything I said was wrong to the point I just shut up so I could get out of there. Very uncomfortable, again this was just ONE technician the others seem to be respectful. Sadly, I do believe they lost me as a customer.

Great atmosphere and beautiful salon. However I had my nails done 2 days ago, polish change on shellac. The nail tech filed away and scraped at my nails so much they still hurt. My nails were previously thick and strong, not thin and fragile, and uncomfortable. The tech left the acetone on my nails for just two minutes then scraped the remaining gel off. I wont be back.

I’ve been a customer for over two years and could have given them one star on many occasions for poor customer service, but hav forgiven there poor customer service more than once. The salon is close to home and I’ve always been happy with the quality of service they give. Never has a trip to this salon cost less than a hundred dollars. Today I brought my mom in for a mani/pedi and decided that I would also get one. My legs are broke out because of a systemic nickel allergy (nothing contagious) and three of their employees decided to have a great laugh at my expense. They think that because they speak a mix of English and their native language that their customers can’t understand. Customers understand what your saying when you’re pointing directly to them and laughing. Why anyone would spend money in this establishment is beyond me, I definitely will not ever again. I will drive the extra distance from now on.

This was my first time getting my nails done at an actual nail place and I didnt really know what I was asking for, but it turned out really well. I got dip nails with color powder for $35. The reason why i am giving it 4 stars is because you can see where the fake nail begins because the color there is lighter and there is a bump on my right thumb where some of the polish came off. I noticed the bump while she was doing my nails, but I didnt say anything because I figured that she would fix it, but she didnt. It is a very small bump that isnt very noticable, so it couldve just been that she didnt see it. Overall, Im really happy about it :)

Ehhh .. just ok. Got a pedicure and gel polish manicure. My pedicure was good, pretty standard run of the mill type pedicure. My manicure was just ok my gel polish was peeling off within the week. And it appeared uneven around my cuticles. It just didnt look as nice as other gel polish applications I have had in the past. The staff was nice.

I am usually not the type to leave reviews but Im going to for the sake of next person. I know everyone is different therefore our expectations can very as well. I heard about this place from a coworker and was instructed to ask for LongHair. He also goes by Jimmy however only guy with extreamly long black hair prefers to be called LongHair.Ill tell you right now, I am picky as hell to the point where you would think Im extreamly OCD I may be a little. I do give a lot of instructions on how I like things done my nails especially. I asked and I received. I waited longer then expected however it was worth it. I walked out very happy with my nails to the point I want to say best DipNailJob done. I posted a picture of my nails, white color LongHair did amazing.I would maybe schedule my appointment next time in advance - they do get lot busyer after 5 pm.Ask for LongHair and tell him Nina and Traci referred me over, he will take care of you 😇

The salon & workers are very nice but the day after I got a fill in one of my acrylics cracked in half and another was already lifting. I get fill ins cheaper at another salon and they last forever.

Went to try dip nails for the first (and last) time. Still had dip powder on my fingers leaving the salon, cuticles were not touched except for a quick nip here and there, leaving me with one sore cuticle. There top coat on the surrounding skin, not all of my nails have an even coat of dip. Hands are just as dry and rough as before. Granted, I get a manicure 1-2 times a year at most, but this solidifies salons not being worth my time or money.

My polish turned out great but I was way over charged and did not realize until the next day. Did not get a receipt either.

Horrible! My daughter & I made an appointment. When we got there we had to wait quite some time which wasnt really a big deal to us. We werent in a hurry. The staff didnt talk to us. We got a Deluxe pedicure which was nice but they went really fast. When I moved over to the chair to start the mani, I looked at my feet & my toe polish was smudged. I told the tech & she didnt seem happy. She was rushing through everything. Nothing had time to dry! The person that did my daughters mani made her fingers bleed twice. They literally cut her finger with the drimmel tool. She was rough. Then to top it off they charged me $86 for a pedi & fill in with gel polish. I routinely get my nails done but this was way overpriced. We will NEVER go back here! Also, they advertise drinks while your pampering yourself but they offered nothing. Terrible customer service and poor nail care. 2 thumbs down!

My daughter & I went for mani pedi. Loved every minute of it! Clean, lovely place...Staff was happy & helpful & they were particular with the quality of their service. Would highly recommend the Deluxe mani/pedi w/scrub & paraffin. They used real orange with the scrub. Try Thai ice tea...we are from out of town but will go back when in Louisville again!

Nice environment but they didnt finish my nails. Also left them very thick. Uncomfortably thick. When i brought it to their attention he just put oil on my nails and said i would need to brush underneath my nails on my own to get the crustiness that was gluing my skin to the bottom of my nails off. Very dissapointed that i waisted $40 on some of the worst nails ive gotten. Will not be going back and will be sure to tell others to pick somewhere else. He was clearly rushing my nails and didnt care to even finsih properly. Wish i would spoiled myslef somewhere else. Actually really mad. This is rediculous im about to get remover and remove it after 20 minutes. Beyond pissed.
