I never leave disappointed. Very clean and professional place with welcoming nail techs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been coming here for about two months and I haven’t been anyplace else. There are only three nail techs so I’d make an appointment but walk ins are accepted, I do.

Ever since covid they act like they cant work ... ridiculous.

I just had the most enjoyable mani-pedi experience. Dee took her time and my feet and hands had seen better days. The spa is very Covid-19 compliance, very relaxed and comfortable. She is located next to Vision Works on Bardstown Rd, not to be confused with others with similar names. Im new to Kentucky and was given several recommendations for restaurants to visit.

I have been coming to Dee for many years, she is wonderful and does great work! Her shop is always clean and my nails always look great. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and it is the only place I will ever come to! Dee and Tom are absolutely the best! Sometimes there is a wait but they are worth it! They are always welcoming and great you by name. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Dee the women herself is amazing but I went and asked for a very simple and it was beyond messed. Very Very unhappy with my pedicure and the rhinestones they completely messed up and looks NOTHING like the picture. I won’t be going back unless I have Dee herself.

Wish I had read the reviews first. The lady that did my daughters nails for her first father daughter dance was rude to her and me! I will never go back, nice job or not I felt as if we were an inconvenience to them.

A really nice and clean salon, Dee does a nice job but you don’t feel welcomed, any service you ask for they seem as though it is a huge issue. The wait time is never long. I have been here four times now and all four it was never a welcoming visit.

Lacking on conversation but Tom seemed to do a good Job. I got a basic acrylic set painted for $25, supposedly gel power but not sure that’s what I got. I will update my review after 2-3wks when I return for a fill-in ($16).

I have been several times and always had a great experience. I usually get gel mani and pedi and they look fabulous.

Bad experience straight from the get go. My friends and I were rushed to pick our colors when there wasn’t anyone else there. They told us “no talking please” as we talked to each other naturally. Sorry i’m human? Any little thing seemed like a big or deal for them. I’ll have to say it is very clean in the salon and i’m not mad at my nails. But, overall terrible customer service.

I love my dude that does my nails alway does a nice job and my nails look great and they last long.
