Wow! I rarely get my nails done but this place is incredible. I will definitely be a regular and will recommend anyone looking for a nail place to come give Julie’s nails a try. I have gotten two gel sets so far and I absolutely love them.Today I wanted a fall color and Julie herself picked it for me. She did an awesome job and her staff is also incredible. Give this place a try!! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks to Ivy for doing my pedicure and Tina did my manicure. I didnt get the guys name that worked in there but my sister in law said he did an excellent job on her pedicure. Everyone is so friendly.

Loved my full set from Julie herself. She was fast, personable and neat. She didn’t charge me extra for a small design! Easily the best manicure I’ve received and the acrylics are comfortable and light.

I love Julie’s nails and have been using Kim for 4 years now. She’s really good at basic Nails, like gel, acrylic, dip, or shellac. She is very sweet. The place is always clean. I highly recommend Julie, Amanda & Kim.

Second time there, tech was terrible. I reached out to management and was pretty much ignored. I will go elsewhere next time I need a pedicure. Terrible language barriers.

I never had a pedicure until a year ago. My girlfriend talked me into having one done--now its a date thing we do every month. I get amused, when both Donna and Amanda giggle, asking What color do you want?! I dont wear any nail polish but I get a great foot and lower leg massage from Donna after the trimming and exfol are complete. Appointments are highly recommended.

This place has gone downhill within the last few years. The last time I came in to get acrylic, my nails looked horrible after they were done. I called them back and was told to stop in that week and they could fix them. When I took off of work early to go to get them fixed, I was told I needed an appointment. However they don’t even have many times available for an appointment. I requested a refund since they can not schedule an appointment for me, and was told they couldn’t do that. Now I’m left with ugly, crooked nails! And on top of that, the price was ridiculous. I was charged for gel when I did not even ask for gel, and charged for a take home nail file kit to bring in with me next time. I don’t even get my nails done that often, so I was charged for something I won’t even use, and for something I didn’t even ask for.

I never go anywhere besides pretty nails in new Albany IN, I haven’t been able to find anywhere in Louisville that I like but I decided to try Julie’s today and I’m in LOVE! Kim did an amazing job with the shape and paint on my nails and she even went above and beyond to help make sure they didn’t get messed up, she walked me out started my car AND buckled me in. She was so sweet! I’ll definitely be back to get a fill in from her!

Absolutely love this place. All of the nail stylists are professional and kind. They listen to you, but they take their job seriously, so you will leave there happy. Im always happy when I do.

My experience was pretty good. My only complaint was that the girl that did my pedicure pulled too much off the side of my big toe nail. Today it is so sore. Hopefully it won’t get infected..I’m going on vacation at the end if this week😧 Also the massage chair really cause my back to be sore today.

Clean, nice selection of colors, nice people, and its a nice place. They were very nice and the woman that did my nails did a good job, i just had a few flaws that i didn’t like but overall, i do recommend! great place!

I always go to Julies Nails in Fern Creek for my pedicures with Ms. Penny. All the staff are courteous and get along so well. I would recommend any of them for services. Shout out to Ms. Penny.

I enjoyed my time at Julie’a Nails. Julie was very patient with me when i didn’t like the color of my nails and i asked to change it. also the guy there (i don’t know his name) helped me find the colors that were in the picture i showed him. i’ll be back there!

My grandmother has been going there to get a pedicure about every 3 months. For probably 8 months to a year. I am a retired cosmetologist. (Not because I want to be!. Out of my control ) I tried peroxide. Epson salts. But I knew in my heart she had bacteria under her toenail. Which she does. Regular family dr. Put her on antibiotics. UNTIL she can get into podiatrist. Who is going to remove her tonail. Which has already lifted. Possibly nail bed. Depending on how bad bacterial infection is. Her feet stay taken care of by me. Also. Very clean. She had no infection or bacteria when she went there. JUST SAYING!!! POINT TO PONDER!!!! HMMMM
