This was my first time getting a wax (down there) but it was very pleasant, quick, and almost painless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This by far the worst wax I have ever gotten. I had to remind the clinician to only go front to back 3 times. As well as just getting home and realizing I still have hair down there. And I leave for Mexico in the morning. Nice people but poor quality as fare as the Brazilian and up the back.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Waxes Horrible. Customer Service Horrible. Employee Retention Horrible.Do not go to these people, do not work for these people. They are nasty towards customers and good employees alike. They treat people poorly, they dont sanitize and they are just bad business. Haven seen plenty of women get infections here, have heard waxing horror stories and most of all, they treat their employees like slaves. Ther waxing manager is very unprofessional, the management is just nasty towards these poor young girls.DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR MODERN DAY SLAVERY.

Have visited 4 times. The first time and the last time were awful, the two times in the middle were insignificant, but decent. 50% of the time, my waxer was sloppy with the wax, left it all over in small patches, missed large sections of hair, ingrown hairs to boot, and I had to tweeze to remove what they missed. Not sure if it is inexperience, or if they just arent well trained, but I ended my membership because they couldnt get it done properly half the time.

I have tried to cancel the plan I have several times and they are not wanting to cancel it and still taking money out of my account. Dont sign up for anything just pay as you go because once you sign up its hard to cancel.

I’ve started coming here about 2 months ago. My two appointments were amazing because of my waxer Gracie! Yesterday, I called to advise I will be running late and as I was speaking to the receptionist(Emily) she was not very friendly. First off she advised that a text was sent to me informing that Gracie will not be able to wax me because she is out of office(which is completely fine). My issue lies with the fact I didn’t receive a text and the rude tone of the receptionist telling me that it was sent and they can “try to squeeze me in”. After I raised concerns that I’m already on my way so I need to know if I can get a wax or not she just repeated herself in a “whatever” tone and said “they will see what they can do”. When I arrived I have every intention of informing Emily of her horrible customer service, but once I was given a waxer named Delilah my entire mood changed!! She was beyond amazing and personable. I felt comfortable and at ease. I recommend everyone to go to her if you need a dose of positivity. I hope they are able to train the front desk receptionist to be as kind as the waxer at this location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.They treat the waxers so poorly here that I feel terrible for the young girls. I used to love coming here because of certain waxers, but they never last long because they treat them so poorly. It says a lot about the toxic culture within their company. They take advantage of these young estheticians, work them long hours and hinder their professional growth. I recommend young estheticians find somewhere else to begin their journey because the culture at this particular company makes me disgusted to the point I wont even support their services.MANAGEMENT EMPLOYS BULLYING TACTICS!

Never actually got to experience this company. I had been trying for 2 weeks to get in here, and had my appointment rescheduled without even a call or email to notify me of the change. I was understanding the first time I had to be rescheduled but the second time and without my knowledge or opinion is unacceptable. I expected more from a place with such a high rating. Very disappointed.

Super nice staff members. Willing to facilitate my needs on very short notice. The facility is clean, neat and well maintained. Price is not to expensive and well worth it considering the service they provide. The waxing staff are all professional and well trained. They work very hard to make their clients comfortable with the process.

I had to reschedule due to me being new and they needed to prep. I was completely ok with it. Went in and Meghan did my Brazilian. She is the sweetest. This was a new place for me so I was kind of nervous but she was absolutely great. I thought it would be extremely painful in certain areas due to previous experiences but she was really gentle. I will definitely be visiting again.

I had an appointment at the Greenville location scheduled a month out, they texted me stating that the technician quit the evening before. I called 3 times to check into my appointment, no answer. The 4th time, I spoke with someone and they could not make any arrangement for me to be seen. I asked for the manager, they said, She is in a meeting and leaving right afterwards. Therefore, she couldnt take my call. The staffs professionalism has drastically declined.

Went in for my first Brazilian wax, and was pretty nervous. From the receptionist Ana, to my esthetician Carah, they were both very friendly and welcoming. Carah was Awsome, she made all my nerves go away, she explained in detail everything she was doing step by step. Before I knew it I was done, it was painless and quick. I went ahead and scheduled my 2nd appointment. I am thankful I found such a wonderful place.

Cara at the Greenville location is the absolute best Waxer ever. She is so patient with me and always do a superb job caring for my skin. I’m so grateful to have her as my personal Esthetician! My skin looks so much better since I began going to her.

I cant give 5 stars. Unsure of product(yellow). Wax service isnt thorough. I still have to shave/remove hair. Will update after 1 year trial. Also using the products, no huge difference, still get in growns. The staff is Great.

Yesterday was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax, my cousin recommended debil Brazil waxing studio. I must say Amber really did an amazing job. She got to me on time,I was in & out very quickly,very professional & also great communication skills as well. Being a first timer she talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable as well,the experience was by far the best! I highly recommend.

Wax tech was thorough and took her time to make sure I was happy with the result. First wax is free!

Best in the city, please communicate with your waxer about what you need/prefer and they will always listen. Ive been coming here since 2017 and have always had amazing experiences. Shana is a true gem. Ive had other favorites but they had left for other opportunities! The one waxer that was not personable and attentive to guest needs didnt last long as customer service is taken seriously here.For the other person saying the front desk is mismanaged and charged her card for months after she canceled. I had to cancel after moving to NY and didnt have a hiccup. Im not sure what happened but I really hope you get your refund resolved soon. These ladies have always been great and understanding.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and the last few times have not been the best. Today I went inside only to be greeted with attitude after I was a few minutes late due to rush hour traffic. I explained that last month when I came I was told to wait in my car and they forgot about me for a good 20 minutes. I never received an apology for that so I found it disheartening that they did not want to provide services for being a few minutes late even though I never complained about last months horrible experience. The receptionist then asked the wax pro if they could see me and she did not want to. They were able to reschedule me with another wax pro, Angelica who did a fantastic job however the receptionists were speaking ill of clients being late and that is not being professional. It is unacceptable to speak badly of clients in front of another client in my opinion. Once I was done with the services I checked out and the Hispanic lady with glasses continued to be unwelcoming. When it came to payment I mentioned that I had my card on file and she did not think that was ok, so I had to go grab my card. Having gone to this facility for over a year now, I have never had to present my card as they hold all the information and I’ve purchased packages from them so everything is already prepaid. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this individual who was frigid and rude and talking about clients as they walked away (yes, I caught her talking about me). Management needs to put better people in place who will not speak ill of clients and can hold the company at a higher standard and not make their long term customers not want to return to such a hostile environment.

I used to love this location but it has definitely gone downhill. Management is rude, customer service has plummeted, and if they have any issues with you appointment don’t expect them to contact you until it’s less than an hour before your appointment. I HIGHLY recommend going to Uptown location, they are doing amazing over there.

This location is the worst. The first time I was in the lobby waiting for over 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. The second time I showed up to my appointment literally 3 minutes late only to be told the waxer I had my appointment with was on her way out. She told the receptionist that she didn’t she my appointment as confirmed (even though they called me to confirm my appointment the day before) and that I was like (they have a 4 minute late policy on their website) i lost about an hour of my day for nothing. The only reason I had my appointment here is because the closest location to me is closed.

All the girls are all lovely and they talk you through the entire process making the experience not so terrifying and scary. Definitely recommend making this place your first leap into waxing

First and foremost I just have to state my honest review. I had my first wax here a few months ago. I actually loved this place. My waxier was Elaina, shes awesome! I experienced bad customer service when I called to have my membership cancelled 3 months ago and come to find out it was never cancelled! The representative continued to tell me, would you like for me to set you up for a different date! I told her no, I wont be coming back for awhile due to personal reasons, you would think since COVID is going on by all l means a WAXING place would understand, but NOPE THEY DIDNT! I wish I would have got the rep name It wasnt until I checked my bank account and noticed they never cancelled my membership charging me almost 200$ for the past 3 months after I sincerely explained to them to cancel the membership 3 months ago! Remind you I pass up a million waxing companies, and drive over an hour in a half just to get this wax! My first time there I spent over 400 $ for every product on the shelf Elaina offered me, and I have always tipped her big buck! (SHE ISNT THE PROBLEM HERE)! So after I realized they continued charging my card I called and finally got a representatives name and she said her name was Hailey, I explained to her that I called 3 months ago to have this membership cancelled, why isnt it cancelled, why are you all still charging my card etc, etc. She said there is a 50$ cancellation fee, hold on let me speak to my manager! I told her ummm OKAY! This was suppose to be done 3 months ago! She then says, umm maam we will continue to charge your card up until March of 2021! I said excuse me, charge my card for something Im not even getting, she said yes, you signed up for our membership! And it looks like you were just here yesterday, I said maam I havent had a wax in over 3 months! I then said let me speak to you manager, she said she just left! Which she told me the managers name was Jennifer How did Jennifer walk out the door that fast when you just asked her a question? All off a sudden I want to speak to a manager shes gone! This place has bad customer service, they dont even know their own policy! And if the manager was still there when I needed to speak with her shame on her also! You dont treat customers this way, take their money etc and they wouldnt even refund me! As I stated prior I have spent over 400 $ just for my first visit there on all products plus the tip, which the waxing was free. Every visit after that I have always been on time, never late, always tipped, and bought products! They need to treat their customers wayyyy better than this, this is ridiculous! So please dont sign up for their so called saved money membership that you so called cant even cancel especially at a time like this! And honestly Id avoid going here at all, since they seem to not even know how to do their own dang jobs! Worse waxing experience I have ever had to endure! NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN! 200$ OF MY MONEY JUST GONE, ITS SICKENING!

I called to cancel advised I don’t live in the state and a girl said she would take care of it. Here I’m charged 140 for services I can’t use. I only went once but once covid happen the location closed and I advised as to why I couldn’t go in. I call today and the women was super rude and in helpful. Do not go here, everytime you go you’ll find the wax girl has quit.

It was my first time in a long time and i had gracie as my estethician. i loved her and how friendly/ talkative she was during the whole process . she paid attention to every detail and gave me some great advice and tips for my after care.. Usually I love this particular location however I did a walk in today for 2pm however I was not called to seen until 2:24pm. They have a policy were clients can’t be more then 4 minutes late, so they should exhibit the same courtesy. I’m not going to pay $55 and tip for a service from anyone who does not respect my time as I respect theirs. My sister was 3 minutes late to this location and they moved her appointment 3 hours back. This was very unprofessional.

Had my first visit last year and have had multiple technicians, above all, theyve been nothing but a super great staff all around. Theyre very welcoming and create a comfortable environment. My favorite technician is Jenn (Jennifer), she is just the best! Truly a gem!

I went for my first time earlier today & since it was my first time there, I got it for free. I usually tip but I didn’t today because I got my brows done. I told the girl on the way in that I was just in to clean them up & to keep the shape. She kept the shape but she trimmed them down to almost nothing. When she handed me the mirror to ask if I liked them, I just nodded my head. Because she definitely couldn’t have pasted them back on! When I walked in, I had full nice brows. Now they are very thin & awful looking. Now it’s going to take a couple months till they grow back that full again. Never will I go back here.

I agree with Shaniah. I had an appointment for 6:05P.M. but was not even close to being called around 7:00P.M. I understand it is busy due to the quarantine being over but have some respect for my time. I did not expect to have to stay there over an hour and ended up cancelling. I had other commitments this evening and did not expect to be held up at this Depil location. I made an appointment for a reason and I believe it should’ve been honored just how I honor this business’s late policy, employees and cancellation policy. If yall knew yall were running behind, why did I not receive a call to make a later appointment? No respect for my time and that’s what these employees displayed.

One draw back is the pricing compared to other waxing studios but your first wax is complimentary, so go check them out!

I went for the first time 12/26 after a referral from a friend. I had been faithfully going to European Wax for my Brazilian services but I think Ive fallen in love with this place. Much less painful and my technician was extremely knowledgeable and recommended products but did not force me into purchasing. Ive already scheduled my follow up appointment.

I visited the Greenville location about a week ago. I was overcharged and its been a week now and have not received my refund. I called Depil Brazil and was told by rude staff to write to customer service. I did, that was 3 days ago and have not heard from them. I called again yesterday (05/23/19) and explained the situation once again. I was told by the representative that after she contacted the manager Paloma and explain the situation I would be getting a call back. Well that NEVER happened!!! I have never encountered a business with such lack of professionalism. I have worked in retail before and when a similar situation happened, we would return the refund in cash even if the customer had paid with credit card because we understand that many individuals live on a budget. I will continue to call and keep updating the public.

I went for a Deep Brazil wax & I also booked for my full legs . The technician was very polite however she missed several spots on my lower legs!! I think next time I would choose a more seasoned person as opposed to a newly one. Overall a great experienceI will return be sure to tell them I referred you for discounts 😊😊

I came for a full Brazilian and it was the most painful thing ever! Worst part was my inner thighs itched and were irritated for several months after this wax. I was completely traumatized! Never again

Been coming here for over a year. Theres so much turnover Ive never had the same esthetician more than twice, which I really didnt mind that much because they got the job done. Last time I went I was 5 minutes late, they told me that they couldnt take me in because I was 5 minutes late and I had to reschedule my appointment for another day after I had been sitting in traffic for over 30 minutes. I understand if someone is 15 minutes late, maybe even 10, but 5 minutes? This is the kind of courtesy you show your customers? Ive also waited multiple times for over 10 minutes when I arrived to my appointments on time. I will not be coming here again, I can get the same service done somewhere else where customer loyalty is valued.

This place has POOR communication skills and have now lost 3 people due to it...I showed up as requested I had the appointment in my phone calendar AND at home on my calendar for 5pm and made sure I left work earlier to be there on timeI didn’t get a confirmation email nor did I get a confirmation call or VM.... they weren’t willing to help with their mistake just told me to reschedule... very unprofessional.

Corlette is the best! She was extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. I was prepared to give Depil 5 stars, but the receptionist had me wait longer than expected. You cant expect customers to be timely when the business isnt. (just saying...)

I have been going to the Plano location for a few years now but the Dallas location is a little more convenient for me right now. When I booked my appointment with Dallas, the young lady on the phone Suzanne, was very professional. The day of my appointment I walked in and was immediately greeted and checked in despite it being busy during the lunch hour. They offered me water and advised me of where the restroom was. They advised me of my appointment time and of any delay and updated me with any changes. This doesnt sound like much but believe me, compared to the Plano location it is amazing because they make you feel welcomed as soon as you set foot in. They were super friendly, attentive and polite. I have purchased passes from Plano but had I known the difference in service/environment prior to purchasing I wouldve immediately chosen Dallas over Plano. I was not disappointed at all with the service and I will continue to book here because of their awesome customer service. Keep up the good work. Cant get over the difference between the two locations.

This place uses simple bait and hook tactics to lock you into a 6 month agreement with a steep early termination fee! They will always coax you with a free wax your first visit, then sell you on their membership which has no real benefit. Be sure to be proactive and ask questions or they will take advantage of you. The general manager Jessie is a liar and a horrible person, I was more than qualified for a position with this company, and I was even told that I would recieve a call back, and never did. I dont hold grudges, and after a couple months I decided to try out their services here for my first time, when I arrived I was told that they were having an issue with their reservations system and I wasnt supposed to have an appointment that day. Way to make me feel unwelcome! My experience with the wax was this- go somewhere else. The wax doesnt work and they end up using tweezers anyway. I thought this was an art they were supposed to be good at but I was deeply disappointed. I was even more disappointed when I went to the checkout counter, and I was not offered a membership!!! I work in sales, and to me this was an act of discrimination. It gets even worse, my partner had had a membership with this company for six months already, however he was unaware that his obligation had ended. On that same day he asked Jessie if his membership had ended, she lied to his face and told him that he had another month to go. She then took it upon herself to update the card on file, which was my card, in place for the monthly auto withdrawal. She also charged my card for his visit and another months worth of membership. She should be fired! she was being vesicious because she never called me back after my interview and she treated me like I wasnt welcome and she witnessed that her staff did not try to sell me on the membership. Major issues here. Stay away.

I got my first wax here, and I was very impressed. The place was very clean and everyone was professional and welcoming. The esthetician I had was Jeannette. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything before doing it. The wax she uses solidified so there was no need for fabric or much cleanup. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve never been actually been serviced here because it’s either they aren’t accepting walkins or because I was 4 mins late in what I thought was an arrival window when booking an online appointment.Please make your policies clear online before people waste their time in making trips to a location that will give you a new piece of information every time you try to get serviced.European Wax Center is down the street on Greenville and never gives me this bs.
