Its been a long time since Ive been able to get my nails done so I decided to pamper myself on the first weekend I had kid free in like forever. My experience was beyond wonderful!!! They did a MUCH better job than I was even expecting. Recommend 10/10 for sure!!!! Absolutely no complaints from me! 😍😍😍

Literally a what I asked for vs what I done RIGHT! I went to Annie as I heard and saw nothing but the best things about her work. She was sweet, attentive, and executed the style I wanted! I definitely can say I found my new mail tech and will be returning to Allure in the future :)

This place is AMAZING!! The detail on each nail is exactly what I was looking for. There are no bumps or waves or dips in your acrylic. Your nail is round and smooth with a perfect shape. If you get your nails done every two weeks like I do than you understand what I am saying. Your cuticles are not tore up after the work they do. Their pedicures are the absolute best! I have gone to the same nail place for 10 years. With things changing I decided to try a new place and chose Allure Nails. This was very hard for me to go somewhere new after I have been at the same place for so long. I was delightfully surprised at how nice the staff is! Their shop is clean and up-to-date with new equipment. They have plenty of designs, colors, dips, procedures that you can choose from. Everything is priced reasonably. You can even bring a picture of what you would like into the shop and they will do that for you. I will be switching to the shop full-time. I wish that I had found this place sooner.If you are looking for a new shop THIS IS IT!!Also... HING is the bomb when it comes to designs!!!

This was my first time at Allure, I had gotten gel acrylics done by Hien and she did amazing! I’ve never had anyone perfect the shape as well as she did, she kept checking in with me on how I liked them throughout the process. I love them!

Asked for a design I seen on their page, lady said she could do it. When it came time for the design lady called Annie over who got upset and walked off. Lady proceeded to do what she could. Needless to say it did not work. Soon as I left the shop the gel polish started sliding and smearing off. I am SO pist the lady was really nice but this is NOT ok

They were really nice and fun to be around and I felt comfortable. I like my nails from afar but up close its not so pretty. maybe Im just too meticulous but the pictures says why. Under my nails is not properly cleaned so it looked to stubby, from the side one of my nail looks wonky, paint job on the side of my nails is messy and not properly painted and my nails were really sore and painful. I doubt the nail file was new when it was used on me. Unfortunately, it wasnt a good first experience getting my nails done at a salon. Maybe if you ask for a person specifically like Annie, you would have better result but it was my first time there so I didnt know any better.

Thank you Annie great job. Its hard to find anyone that can do nails or care enough to do a good job. Annie does.

Most artists are decent in the salon, but Annie is a true gem. If you can get on her books, youre in good hands!

I love this salon and let me tell you, they are worth every single penny you spend. I got my first set done with Annie a month ago and none. I MEAN NONE of my nails chipped, break, or even lift!!! I was so shocked and surprised cause no nail tech I went too achieved this outcome. Annie is so bomb and does everything!

Me and my sister heard about this place via Instagram and came on in and the service was 10/10 pedicure was to die by Brian for and Annie did an amazing job with my set of gel and white tip coffin shape!!! I’d recommend to anyone!!!!!

Annie was amazing!!! Gave me exactly what I asked for. My nails have never looked this good. I had a bad experience at another nail salon where I ended up leaving because I had to wait 2 hours even though I had an appointment. Annie took me straight back and immediately got started! Her husband did an amazing job with my pedicure. I will definitely be back!!!

Went for my first time today. My nails look exactly like i wanted them to. They really took their time shaping my nails exactly like I wanted. Definitely more pricey than getting them done somewhere like Walmart but it’s definitely worth it.

They got us in quickly and did a great job on our pedicures. Will definitely return.

I love coming here! They do the best pedicure with shellac. I recommend getting the shellac for your toes because it lasts forever! Im going to Orlando this weekend and got the perfect blue for my hands n feet. For my hands I got manicure shellac with rhinestone design. I am vacation ready!

I brought my daughter in for a spa day and while Im getting my pedicure she was supposed to be getting acrylic nails doneWell Im too far away to control the situation, so my daughter ends up with gel powder nails that look horrible and she is crying ! My daughter told this lady several times no powder, but she completely ignored her and kept dipping. My daughter is 14 so she shouldnt have to get nasty with someone. She also shouldnt have to jerk her fingers away. So she didnt and she ended up with nails she hates! And I had to pay more for them!Very Angry Customer 😠

They told me $40 for something so horrible. I asked for a long mail with a cow print. Basically no work considering I do nails myself. They told me $55. For a long regular polish and regular acrylic. They did horrible and cut me while not paying attention. The ones on their site cost over $100 DO NOT GO HERE! She also did not clean the dust off of my cut which could lead to infection. The quality is horrible and would not pay $40 more do not go here ever.🤮

I was blown away on my first visit, I highly recommend Annie! She’s so fast and her nail shaping is perfection. All my nails were the same shape, the same size and there were no smudges on my nails. They have so many colors available and I was in and out in no time!

Made an appointment for 6pm. Sat until 6:45 without ever being acknowledged or asked about my appointment. Will never go back to such a poorly run salon!

Went for the first time and was very impressed with the attention to detail. She was time efficient and did an amazing job on my nails. The shaping is absolutely perfect.

They do not honor appointments and make you wait. They will take a walk-in right before your appointment and make you sit and wait. No apologies and no communication on why you have to wait and wait. Quality has always been good but they lost a loyal customer today.

I usually get my nails done every week and a half. Been to several around the area and my first time there was amazing! It was about a 45-minute wait but definitely worth it! All my nails were the same shape and size Annie really cared about what I wanted! After a week of ups and they still look good !

Absolutely amazing. Annie hooked me up!!! I’ve never had a full set be more symmetrical and just all together on point. Ladies if you like a long full set but don’t like when the acrylic is super thick or you can’t get a nice shape, this is the place to go. Definitely a life time customer!!

Annie is amazing! She takes pride into what she does and it shows on her work. All the staff are so nice and so welcoming! Its do convenient because its right across the street. This is definitely my new favorite nail place!

I had my first visit to allure this weekend. I worked with a very nice and accommodating guy via Instagram (allure.nails.louisville) which they’re super responsive on. He booked me with Annie who did the best set of ombré nails (white/nude) for $65 which is pretty normal. The shop was nice and a professional but family oriented chill vibe.

On vacation/ visiting my nana and wanted to take her for a manicure and pedicure for her birthday and the ladies (and the guy that worked on her) were as sweet as can be! Definitely recommend!

Just a overall bad experience and I didnt like my nails at the end that she said would be fixed which were not . Paint job rushed...

So.....I searched a long time for a good nail salon and decided on this one based on the reviews. The tech, Kelly, went over the top to sell me on dip powder over gel (I love gel). Little did I know this was the lazy way out as she did NO manicure. She didnt remove my cuticles with a nipper, nor did she moisturize my hands. I paid her all that money to poorly paint thick, lumpy nails. Terrible work from a nice lady.For some reason, I cant add photos of the terrible work. Ill never go back. Now I have wasted my money as I have to soak all of this off. Im so disappointed.=======Pictures show my nails immediately after the manicure. Terrible job all the way around.

Absolutely love this place!! Came in with a botched set from another salon, and my tech Tina did an amazing job fixing it! She took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails. The place is newly remodeled and looks beautiful. Its very clean and everyone was friendly!

Top notch! Friendly staff who knew exactly what they were doing, and did not hesitate when four of us walked in requesting pedicures and chairs all next to each other. They did a beautiful job on my feet. I definitely will be coming here again next time Im in town.

Allure nail technician did a fantastic job. However, there is always more than an hour wait, closer to two whenever we have been. Its always crowded.

I will not go to any other nail salon. They genuinely care if you are happy and take excellent care of you. Kelly takes pride of her work with clients as she should do so.

I came in close to closing and they gladly took care of me staying until 630 to do my fill in and pedicure. Very clean and sanitary as well. I could not be more pleased with my nails and toes..

*** We (4 of us) showed up 10 minutes before they closed not on purpose but they were very generous to welcome us in! They have a beautiful scenery its a mini peaceful getaway ! Highly recommended for those with little girls they were great with our girls, they had so much fun!

This was my second time going and I was disappointed. I went back because they did good the 1st time. The guy there did a rush job on my nails. The paint was done sloppy and everything. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them done over again. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

The guy nail tech is awful. He does not know how to do nails. My nails are horrible and I’m so upset that I just spent 45 on my nails and I’m embarrassed to show my hands that’s how terrible they look! DO NOT let the guy there do your nails!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. On several occasions, my dipped nails here have cracked 2 days later. The store doesnt use fresh tools between each customer, which gave me a nail fungus. I had a lady that made my foot bleed and didnt bother to apologize. Id be surprised if she cleaned the tools.
