I was nervous about going to this location for lab work due to the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted me at the door and directed me to the labcorp office. Check in was easy. They took me back right away. Like I barely planted my butt in the chair before they called me back. The woman that drew my blood was awesome (one quick painless poke) and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy.

I went here for the first time for a drug screening and was not disappointed. There was only one worker and quite a few people in front of me, but it went by super fast. The place was very clean and efficient, and the lady working was very friendly. I got my results back within 2 days. I would definitely come back.

I gave this center 3/5 stars solely because of the wait time. There was only one staff member so I do understand the wait. On a positive note, the technician was very pleasant and once I was called to the back she had me in and out.

I stopped in to get blood drawn for a routine check. This location is hidden in the nook and cranny of a basement in a questionably maintained building. The check in process was quick and painless. The tech who drew my blood was polite enough but not overly friendly. I tried to start up a conversation but it didnt go so well. The lab is clean and gets the job done.

It’s a drug testing lab. Seeing some of these reviews. I don’t know what people expect. You go in do your business and leave. It was clean, fast and efficient. What more can you ask for from a place like this.

I brought my son to get blood drawn and the woman we dealt with did not know what she was doing. I couldn’t understand why she kept positioning the needle away from any vein after she stuck it in his arm. Needless to say it didn’t work so she tried to draw blood from his hand and did the same thing!! So once that happened she asked another woman to try but there was no way I was going to have my son get stuck for a THIRD time!!!! No one has ever had difficulty drawing my son’s blood so I can only attribute it to total incompetence. I will NEVER use them again!!!!!!

Staff was rude, unaccommodating, and unprepared for the tests I needed. Having no supplies is no fault of their own, but I had to pry them for information about what to do next since the two staff were keen on not talking to me directly.

The worst. Go to a different lab Corp if you can. Trust me.

Only one worker was on call and she was clearly stressed or simply rude because her attitude was unacceptable. The wait was hours long just for a simple urine test. Terrible service I don’t recommend.

Walked in 2 minutes before my appointment. I signed in electronically. 2 minutes later the lab tech called me in and painlessly took my blood. Felt safe and uncrowded

We had been using this LabCorp for years, the whole family including children (who are very fearful of needles). Stuff is very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Had a great, easy experience. I arrived, was immediately greeted, checked in and was called back within 5 mins. Was in & out for lab draw within 10 mins. The lady working was very friendly.

Arrived just after lunch hoping they would be slow but seemed like everyone else had the same idea and the place was pretty full. I was in for a pre employment drug screen and was in and out within half an hour. Staff was very friendly in my opinion opposed to some of the other reviews. I would go here again if needed.

Got there 10 min before lunch after I signed in they sat in the back and waited until it was lunch time then came to front and said we are closed until after 1. Bad place. If you have to take a drug test for work there go to Auburn hills one. Much better experience

Scheduled a morning appointment online and had no issues whatsoever.

They were great with me. In and out in less than 30 minutes, having three people ahead of me in line. They were friendly, too.

DONT GO HERE!!! Im trying to warn yall !!! The older lady at the front desk is the only worker and she cancelled my labs numerous times because she didnt like the reason I was getting them. Every time I went up there she took extra blood for no reason and still never sent all the labs she made me pay over $200 for shes the only worker there and she sucks! I needed those labs for surgery.

Go to another location even if this is closest. Believe the reviews. Bad attitude staff that are unhelpful at best and don’t seem to wanna do their job. Annoying that she had to be African American too, gives us a bad rep :(

Quick in and out had pre-work blood draw and drug test whole thing took 15 minutes everyone was very kind and professional!

Horrible experience. I called a few days ago to ask if they do blood draws on newborn babies (since I don’t want someone who isn’t used to it poking around my newborn son) the lady was extremely vague and rude saying “I’m the only one that does it” not trying to reassure me that my son will be fine. My husband went in there today with my son and the lady was so RUDE. No smile, no greeting. “CHECK IN AT THE KIOSK” then apparently they don’t accept our insurance she rudely said it, no help given. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and be nice to patients, they don’t want to be there getting blood drawn and your rude staff (or specifically this one lady) doesn’t make it any easier. I will make sure no family and friends come here. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Had a 2:30 appt. got there about 2:15, signed in. sat down for less then a minute, they called me into the back. Drew my blood and I was out of there. Fast and easy. Great job.

They dont answer phones, rude, and have inconvenient times. They said they close 12-1 online and when I went at 1135 the refused to help.

Ive never left a review before ever, if they doesnt tell you how upset I am about this place please read on. I came in for an employment drug test and I walked in and went to the window to be greeted by a lady watching videos on her phone saying what I told her I was there for my drug test and she said you sign in over there theres a sign, I apologized I though the sign meant sign in at the window then tried to sign in at the iPad thing, Im 17 and terrible with technology I couldnt figure it out and I have special needs so I was starting to panic. They did not help me but a man I dont know also there for a drug test walked in and helped me calm down and figure it out. When I took the test they wouldnt let me wash my hands before picking up the pen, after they finally let me wash my hands, they handed me the bathroom germy pen I had just used to sign more stuff. The staff were rood and unaccomodating. If you have a choice in where to go from your employer, I advise dont go here. Service was quick enough though because there were only me and the other man there. Also its hard to find the building.

Very i’m professional the staff is nasty and rude they don’t go in order in which the way you sign in all drug drawns go before very body I was there an hour and a half and four people that were behind me went before me. DONT go there at all you will be disappointed I will be going over there heads with this customer service is TERRIBLE !!!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The staff was so incredibly rude, I couldn’t believe it. I kept my mouth shut bc I was afraid they’d tamper my test. Just appalling. Avoid at all costs.

I was sent here for a drug screen and they have only one employee working - the wait was nearly 1.5 hours and people were pouring out of the waiting area. It wasnt the employees fault, but rather the companies for only staffing one person. If you can, avoid this lab.
