I used to love coming here never had an issue and always loved how my nails and eyebrows came out. But now it seems almost impossible to be seen here. I have came back 6 times to get an eyebrow waxing on slower days you would think. Monday, Thursday, Tuesdays etc. Each time there may only be one or 2 customers in the whole shop except I am told every single time that the wait is way too long... or very long wait like 3 hours....I never needed an appointment before. Maybe they are low on staff but I just cant justify that long of a wait every single time I come for just eyebrows. I came back 6 different times and unfortunately I wont be returning anymore.Good luck to anybody who goes if more than one customer is there your wait will be hours.

I love this place. I have gone several times and always loved the results. I’m confident that the bad reviews are left by people that are rude to start then got what they deserved. There have been times where I asked for something to be fixed or charged and had no problem. They artist here are always kind and patient with me. I highly recommend the place.

This business is highly unprofessional. I came in to get my nails done and the man doing my nails was rude and was not prepared to correct his mistakes. As he was doing my nails, he was looking off at his phone and was not paying attention to my nails and when I asked him to fix it, he yelled at me as if I was the problem. He said he did not have time for us and said we were not easy customers. I just didn’t want to leave unhappy and unsatisfied about what I am paying good money for. I am not only paying for the nail job but also the hospitality and respect of the staff. They also seemed as if they didn’t know what they were doing: a couple of my nails are crooked and I asked for a rounded shape so I will be able to easily work but instead they gave me almond which is pointed and what I did not ask for. On top of that, they charged too much for this poor job.

I’m from out of town and I came to this place to get my nails done quickly a couple days ago however when I came in, I saw these workers being rude to their customers and unprofessional. I immediately left knowing I would have a good experience here. Looking at the reviews and seeing the people who had the bad reviews makes me glad i left. To be honest, i wouldn’t even give them one star.

Did a good job at this place. Price was good too. It was just 60 something for Mani pedi French tip with a accent nail and one rhinestone. It did not take too long either.

I have been going here for years and Ive always had pleasant experiences.

We came in and there was no one there but us so they were taking their time on our nails then a bunch of customers started to come in and they started rushing and bad mouthing us. When one of my nails got ruined, i asked them to fix it because it was smudged and the guy started to yell and say there were too many customers and they didn’t have time for us. Will not being come back.

The people here are very nice but today I did not leave very happy. The lady let me leave saying my nails were dry and they werent. Very disappointed. I feel like I just threw away 30$ :(Update; the owner contacted me and offered for me to come in for free and get my nails fixed... once again a happy customer! Thank you all!

Wonderful experience at VIIP, She did a wonderful job, snd I felt safe and secure having my mani/pedi done, will be using them on a regular basis.

On Google and on their door, it shows they are open until 6pm on Sundays. We walked in at 515pm on a Sunday, doors were open, but was told they are closed.

I’ve tried so many nail spas. This one is the best. Dom is usually my nail tech but if he isn’t there I don’t mind going to anyone else. They are all wonderful and very kind.

Sns lasted three days before chipping, they skip important steps, don’t use a base or top coat only use two coats of sns color and gel polish to finish. Will never come back

I came here with my bridesmaids before my wedding. We all got gel manicures. They did a great job and were attentive to detail. Even though they were busy they put the effort in to make it look right. One of us had very short nails and they still came out great. Prices are very reasonable. We will come back!

Went to get SNS and my toes polished. I did not have a good experience. The customer service is awful. I have quite a few small cuts on my cuticles. They act like having long nails is an issue, she cut my nails way shorter than I wanted them. Let alone, she didn’t even ask. I will never go back to them again!

I will never go here again. I went here to go get my dip nails removed and to get a Mani. Usually when you get your dips removed they soak them in a bowl of nail polish remover for about 15 minutes and gently remove the nails. I tired explaining that to her she would not listen. She clipped the nails down to the finger the wrapped them in cotten and foil for about five minutes. She also grind them partly off with the grind tool. Once off she cut off what natural nail did grow after I told her not to and she clip skin and now my fingers are sore. She wanted to clip at my more and I told her no and she got mad. She soaked my hands in soapy water and when one of my hands was barely out the bowl she smaked my hand back in the bowl. Once I paid she she got upset when I didnt tip her. I wonder why lady! Warning dont go here if you value your nails!

From the waxing of eyebrows down to the pedicure and polish of toes... They do a TREMENDOUS job here, not to mention I live 78 minutes away. You wont be disappointed!

WORST experience ever .

Do NOT get a pedicure here. I have had my nails done and never had a problem but yesterday I went in to have a pedicure before vacation. First of all the lady was extremely rude in asking if I had painted my bail myself and then proceeded to tell me that she could tell. But the biggest issue is that they cut the my nail in the inside of each big toe and then proceeded to rip it down asking if it hurt and even though I was saying yes she literally ripped a part of my nail completely off my toe. Now a day later each of my big toes are infected and oozing. And even though I usually am happy with my nails, I don’t think I will ever be back.

I been coming to this place for years. The manager & his wife knows me very well. They are very humble and kind. I was denied service today and was told no one can help me. No on was there to do my nails. I was definitely racially discriminated against. The rude woman told me to come back Thursday when the owners come back. It was only 6 pm and they close at 7 or 8. I just wanted my usual DIPThis is an updated review...

Went to get eyebrows done and the guy basically told me they were to busy and didn’t even let me put my name on the list to be seen. I love the woman that does the waxing and have even waited over an hour before. Was not given the option this time. Very disappointed!!!!

I LOVE this place. They are short staffed right now, but I always receive great service on my pedi and my sets/fills. Just have to find a good time to go.

I have been going here for 3 years...I miss the old management, but the new management has done a good job in reinvesting in the business. They do an excellent job of ensuring the polish is right. I usually get a mani/pedi with shellac. It last for 3-4 weeks...even doing housework.

I was initially told no wait once I picked my color and sat down I had a twenty minute wait, no big deal. When the female started my nails I had one that was broken (gel nail tips) she drilled the nail down then proceeded to try and remove my gel nail, it was painful I ask her to ask her to stop. The lady referred me to a gentleman next to her who proceeded to tell me the reason why it hurt the way its ideas because it was my actual fingernail not the gel nail. Offered to glue my nail back to my skin no thanks I allowed him to finish my nails he had the audacity to still charge me $34.00 needless to say I will not return and I left no tip

I came from Michigan to visit family in Springfield but I was in Louisville Kentucky and I went to bpv nails to get my nails and toes painted and the gentleman rush me he said you can go now. Your nails is dry you can go now after I get up to go out the door what happened I smear my nail and I told him about it he told me to have a seat they were all in the back didnt bother to wait on me so I put the nail polish showing myself and fixed it myself I feel that that was disrespectful and I would never show my face at this place again. And the lady who painted my toes and she was putting on my shoes she told me dont look and I would like to know what was the purpose of that if I look what she was going to mess up my nails this place is just I dont know what to say but I never be back there again to do business with them

Not a fan. My nails were cut so short by the time she finished shaping you could see halos of skin around all off them. Which made the uneven results that much worse. The French tips did not reach the outer edge on 4 of my nails and the shellac stopped very short of my cuticle. After 2 days all nails turned a weird cloudy pink. For what you charge, you need to do better.

The best gel polish I have ever gotten. I seriously wish I could give this place, and Lisa specifically, 6 stars. I am ocd about my nails, and have the whole gel setup at home, but I had very bad jet lag, so I wanted someone else to do it for me. Amazing!! She was as ocd as I am!!Also, my eyebrows look very nice, and I got a free paraffin wax hand dip.

Quant facility with dedicated staff. High points for excellent service on mani-pedi with no chip polish for manicure. The technicians stayed late to ensure I received high quality treatment. This will be my go-to place in the future.

I just started going to VIP NAILS and I absolutely love it, there pedicures are awesome, there acrylics last a long time . And I recently just started getting my eye brows waxed from here and I am so glad I decided to give them a chance because from now on I will only be letting them touch my eyebrows .

The tech buffed off most of my acrylic to remove Shellac when I came in for a fill in... but did not cover my nail with acrylic before he finished them. I didnt notice until I got home and my nail broke as I reached into my purse to grab my house keys. I glued my nail back on and noticed that all of my nails were very thin. When I went back to the salon the tech told me that they only put acrylic on the fill and not on the nail. I said you had to buff my nail for my fill in and to remove my acrylic. If you do not want to fix my nails please give me my money back as I only came here bc you all were open on sunday. He said it will be a hour wait and to come in the next day. There was no one in the salon. The next day I came back and he told me that hed fix my broken nail but none of the rest. I said my nails are going to break... he said let them.......I have never felt so disrespected going here. I usually go to get my brows done but they switch the ppl up so much here I dont think that I will even return for that. After arguing for about 10 mins about my nails he finally agreed to fix them....he told me that if I want to change my nail color it would be an additional fee...I said I dont want a different nail color and asked him to find the color that matched. He told me to do it... I picked out a color that looked like my color as I could not find the direct match but it was really close and I couldnt match it bc he already removed the paint. He said thats not the color and Im charging you. I was so mad at this point that I started shaking. I said can you find the color its emerald. He brought me a blue color back................................ omg... I will NEVER go here again. I told him that if he charges me to take it out of his $10 tip that I gave him and that I was going to post a bad review.... after that he stopped being hateful. I guess hearing that changed his mood.I was very polite but this man was super rude!

I am a very picky person. I went here for the first time about a month ago. There was only 2 people working and no one else was in there. That usally is a sign for me to walk out the door but I decided to give them a chance. There was an asian lady sitting in the first chair. I sat down. She did my toes..I must say awesome..She wasnt very heavy handed either. I even fell asleep in the chair. I got up with out realizing that my toes was still wet. I went back the next day for her to fix them..And she didnt even charge me. But I gave her a $6 tip anyway. Great place I recommend to anyone.

WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD. My pedicure honestly lastly all of 15 minutes and I left with the same feet I came in with, with the exception of a polish change. I could have done a better job at home and saved myself the money.
