Avoid this company - After my fuel pump went out, I called Blythe Freeway Towing to tow me to a dealer. Ronnie (the owner) showed up, lifted my vehicle, started to drive off and dropped my vehicle. The front end of my vehicle hit the rear end of the tow truck on the way down. Ronnie left me stranded and I had to call another tow company. Ronnie wont return my many calls to discuss the damage to my vehicle. Its very disappointing when a person makes a costly mistake and even more disappointing when they dont take accountability. You do not want to use this company. Update: We have continued to call this company to resolve the damage to our truck. Ronnie refuses to return our calls. That speaks further to the quality of the company.
There is have no sense of urgency, nor come across friendly or helpful. People are stranded - have some consideration and be mindful. One, its hot as hell - two, were stressed out already and far away from everything, three, you are in a service industry that requires emergency service. I get that maybe you dont have stand by drivers but at least you can sound like you care about our situation and people in general. I hope you never get stranded when youre far away and have to wait on a towing company like yours.
They are always helpful. Car is home ow we have to fix it.
THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN.
Great. Great customer service.AAA Towing marshall excellent.
Hope AAA stops using this company horrible experience out for the almighty dollar! Hope someone will read this before calling this tow company!!
Smooth for my car I like it
I ended changing my tire. Got tired waiting.
Terrible customer service on 12/19/20 from this place. Tow truck driver would not comply to my AAA Plus Membership and tow me 81 miles to the tire shop I requested which had my tire available and pricing arranged. He indicated he can only take me backwards to Blythe and a different tire shop; then indicated we couldnt ride in the truck cab due to Covid so hed call a flat bed instead and took off without a word of confirmation. I waited another 2hrs for that flatbed. This ordeal took 4 hrs. (Tire blowout @ 12:30pm) Finally back on the road @ 5:30pm to Long Beach.
Almost died stranded in desert 6 hrs in car with dog.will never use services that deal with roadside service.
A joke, wanted to charge me $450 to deliver 5 gallons of fuel
After my husband was in a terrible accident, which left our vehicle crumpled up like a can of beans, this tow company worked miracles with us so we could pay off our bill. The owner (Ronnie) is kind, patient and very understanding. Proud to have this type of establishment in our community.
The people here were very helpful. Actually care whether or not you get home safe. One of the better repair shops in Blythe. They work with AAA, which is really convenient if you are a member, and U-Haul. Was an overall good experience.
AAA recommended. My daughter was heading home (LA from Phoenix), and could tell something was wrong with the car. These people took a look at it for her and charged a reasonable $24 for doing so. They determined that the tire was ruined and needed to be replaced, and referred her to a tire store to take care of it. Honest and trustworthy.
They were quick to respond and very helpful. Bobby towed me back to Phoenix, and I couldnt be more pleased with kindness and service. Thank you for helping me.
Slow to arrive. But ok
We used Blythe Freeway Towing service to tow our car to their shop and on to Yuma, AZ. Everyone was so helpful to accomplish this task. These employees include Dalton, Colton (towers), the two girls at the front desk, Steve (mechanic) and Ronnie (owner). They all made a bad situation good by their helpfulness and suggestions. If you have to be towed....use this service.
We broke down 35 miles outside of Blythe and were fortunate to have Ronnie (the owner) pick us up for a tow. The autobody shop gave us a fair estimate and even came in under for the final bill. Thank you Ronnie and your staff for taking such great care of us!
I had a check engine light come on while in the area. I had them diagnos it. I did all the recommended repairs. I was told my truck was ready twice. Both times I went to pick it up it still had the same problem. One lady is very rude. Most of them were nice and professional. Over all Ive paid $400 and the original complaint is still present. Dont waste your time or money. Check out DC Auto a Mile down the road Walker treats you with respect and actually tests the problem not just guessing and throwing darts.
I’m blown away by this company. Colton was such a nice guy! The tow took a long time because he was out there helping so many other people but he was so nice to deal with. He called and kept me updated even had CHP come check on us as we had 2 kids in the car stuck on the I-10.Great company and top knotch employees. Could not recommend them more!
They got my truck home from blyth to orange county when it broke down, their diagnostic of my truck was questionable. Said I blew a head gasket, I was given written diagnostics with cost and my own mechanic did several test and found no problem with head gasket.
Awesome service. Very honest. We were stuck in the middle of the desert and they treated us great.
Individuals lie over the phone and in person. Tell you your car is performing some way and upon payment and evaluating vehicle what they state is incorrect. These guys just blow smoke and are very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this company, individuals are incompetent as well they work slow.
Very professional staff! They understand that the people they are helping are upset and go out of the way to make you at ease.
So...coming home (Blythe) from Tgiving vacation. A pickup in Poston, AZ dropped a piece of steel in front of me and punched a hole in my Lexus oil pan. Had my car towed to BFT. Long story short, parts were shipped, my car was repaired and I drove it away in less than 48 hours! And the final price was $100 less than the initial quote. They even texted me pictures with an explanation of what they needed to repair. Where else are you going to get this kind of service? Certainly not at Standage Tire!! LOL! Im stoked. BFT just earned my business hands down. Cant thank them enough.
Many thanks for how quickly I was able to get back on the road after the tow dolly incident today. I owed him a hug.
Great service
This place is a real winners, took advantage of senior citizens broke down on road yeah prob wouldnt suggest using these guys
Sunday Sept 24, 2016 called triple A and sent out Blythe Freeway Towing who wanted $189.00 cash to pull out of the sand. Who carries that much money on them. I am 64 years old and it was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out. I ask would they take a credit card and was told no. The driver was VERY RUDE shook his head and said cash. I ask as a human being doing a favor could he just pull out of the sand as a courtesy and then tow which triple A would pay for shook his head and drove off. Who leaves someone like that. I called Ramsey towing and not only did they take it out of the sand but towed it further than what Blythe Freeway Towing would have with a credit card and same price. God Bless Ramsey Towing for treating me as if I was their mother stuck. I hope they prosper and as far as Blythe Freeway Towing I hope their mother sister wife daughter granddaughter never gets treated the way I was treated by them.
Timely, friendly, offered cold water in the 110 degree weather but truck with defective a/c and filthy.
Where do I begin...
