I’ve recently transitioned from a house to an apartment after 20 years! I was so nervous. But when I tell you I’ve experienced nothing but greatness from Cooper Creek! From the application process, the tour, the correspondence, to the move in, the amenities, the upkeep of the property the welcoming and accommodating pet friendly amenities! I feel safe, I feel at home!! The maintenance is impeccable! Any call or request I’ve had has been answered swiftly!! I highly recommend this property to anyone in search of a clean, modern, safe town home or apartment!!

I’ve lived here for about a year— Melissa is fabulous. I’ve never had a day she was not all hands on deck to help with an issue I’ve had. The community has been SO accommodating from fast fixes to payment help when need be, if need be. Terry is the best maintenance man ever— so quick to fix issues. Fran is also very helpful when needed and very relatable— she is very spot on when it comes to fixing an issue within her power. There’s not enough great things to say about Cooper Creek. There’s a reason this place stays so full with residents. If Melissa ran every complex in KY, KY would have the best rental market known to man. So blessed to be a Cooper Creek Resident. This community is absolutely unlike the others.

Ive recently moved into this community, and have been really impressed with how friendly the neighbors, management, and maintenance team have been. Overall, the experience has been pretty stress free, especially given that we moved in just before a holiday weekend. There are nice amenities like weeknight garbage valet service, a pool for the summer time, the grounds are well-maintained, and the important maintenance requests we asked for have been taken care of promptly. Also, we love the surrounding neighborhoods for walking our dog. Close to nearby retail outlets, with easy access to 264. Sure, one or two small things around the unit needed a touch of love, but when isnt that true?

This is a lovely community; safe, relatively quiet, clean and in a very convenient neighborhood. Good price for quite a bit floor space and good amenities. Melissa, Frannie and Terry are all exceptional folks and have been so helpful and kind while we got settled in. The complex itself is super cute with a little walking trail, a bridge over the creek and a very walkable neighborhood right behind it. Our specific unit is right near the road so it’s quite loud, but other than that we are happy as can be here! I would recommend this apartment community to others.

Be prepared to be ignored by managementilling, poor quality maintenance/repairs, or for your rent to skyrocket after lease is over. Like over $300 increase.

We have lived here for a little over 3 years and we love it! Melissa is great in getting back to me with any question or concern we have. She has even gone above and beyond with helping with things. I couldnt be more happy!

We’ve lived here for a little while and have enjoyed it so far. The maintenance man Travis was a big part of our decision to make the move. Me and my best friend toured the property and Travis happened to be there and was very welcoming. We have also had Travis over to fix some things and he did a great job without leaving a mess. I haven’t seen him around lately but hope all is well. I do recommend this place as your home!

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt now wouldn’t be a bad time to start. These apartments are where you need to be. I loved living here. I had to move back home for the family and I know I’ll miss it. Travis the maintenance man is hands down, just great at what he does. I can’t say enough and just know if he goes to fix something, you’re in good hands. Awesome job Travis! We will miss you.

Great apartments and even better office staff, Naomi was the best!

Not only did I lease here because of how beautiful the property is but I leased because of their customer service! It was my 1st time in the city and state and Melissa the property manager made everything very easy for myself and my husband. Everything was done fast and efficient and our apartment was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

I lived at Cooper Creek and I have to say, I was beyond delighted with my experience. The floorplans allowed for great furniture placement and the amenities were state of the art. This cozy community is in a great location and offers all the comforts of home. The leasing team is AMAZING! They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door, until you turned in keys. I would always visit the office just to say hello, and it was so nice to talk to genuine people. After all, I had moved from out of state so at times it was lonely, but they never faltered in making me feel like family. The manager, Melissa, was ALWAYS smiling and would run out of her office to greet customers. She has such a knack for this industry and is a shining star. The community was always beautiful and clean, as I know she was behind this. If you are moving to the area, hands down make sure to visit Cooper Creek. You will NEVER want to leave!

My family rented a townhouse at Cooper Creek Apartments for a short-term lease when we were between houses. Living at Cooper Creek was a highly positive experience. The townhouse was so spacious, clean and updated, with plenty of closet space. The office staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and the maintenance staff was always responsive in a timely manner. The management of this complex is conscientious, and the property is well maintained. We enjoyed our neighbors and the location. We highly recommend Cooper Creek Apartments.

My girlfriend has recently moved into Cooper Creek and I’m blown away with how beautiful the community is, how AMAZING the office staff is (MELISSA IS GREAT!!!!) and how prompt the maintenance team is.Watching her move in, Melissa treated her like family, made sure she was made aware of everything the community had to offer and made sure every request upon move in was fulfilled. I have never seen a property manager take such pride in her job to make sure EVERY tenant is satisfied 100% and made to feel at home. Also, Terry was so prompt on maintenance request!I cannot wait to end my current lease and move into my own apartment at Cooper creek! I would recommend everyone!

My parents moved here not to long ago and...what can i say! I absolutely love it. Extremely affordable for the size of the apartment. Travis is the maintenance man on this property or at least he is the only I’ve seen at this point. I absolutely enjoy having him in the home resolving the issues We’ve had. This community has been a great place to call home. I have lived here with my mother since 2017. There is a white squirrel that loves to play fetch with acorns! The staff is very responsive, kind, and professional. Kudos to Melissa! She always goes out of her way! She is truly passionate and well spoken, and any issues are always addressed in a timely fashion. If you are looking for a clean and friendly community, look no further!

I normally don’t write reviews but I just had to share my experience so far with Cooper Creek Apartments. I called to ask about floor plans and pricing, I was transferred to a woman named Melissa. She was so sweet and helpful she answered all my million questions (I’m an over planner for sure) but she didn’t rush me off the phone and made me feel extremely at ease and comfortable. This is huge for me and Cooper Creek is definitely at the top of my list. Thank you so much Melissa I appreciate your time!

Melissa was such a joy to work with! She was quick to answer any and all questions my husband and I had about the property. She went above and beyond with our son and kept him entertained while we took a tour. A 5 star review isn’t enough! I’d give 20 if I could!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU LIVE HERE. As far as the apartment itself it is average. Extremely overpriced for the area of town it is in. I have talked to several new residents and all the alacarte ancillary charges are not disclosed as well as the conservice bill. If people do ask about it the office says it is only about $40 for 1 person. However it is actually $107.26 for 1 person for conservice bill which is water, sewer, pest and trash plus a $25 valet living trash pickup fee which you cant opt out of. If you want to add up the valet living trash fee plus the trash charge from the conservice bill 1 person is paying $55 a person for trash per month. This is the charge for 1 person. It is even higher if there are more of occupants in a unit. I have been in the office pre-covid when they are talking to prospective tenants and this is not disclosed when the price for a unit is quoted. They are counting on people to blindly sign a lease without reading it after you application fee and deposit has been paid. The maintenance supervisor, Terry is totally useless. There is a other maintenance person who seems to know what he is doing but has to act under Terrys supervision and is not allowed to take care of an issue correctly. For example I had a valve leak on a pipe underneath my bathroom vanity. Since it was Friday afternoon and Terry wanted to go home, Terry accused me of throwing water underneath the sink and refused to fix the problem. I had to wait till another day when Terry was off to call and actually have the problem fixed. Another example happened when there was an issue with the bathtub faucet and a part had to be ordered. Terrys instructions to me in the meantime was to take a hammer and beat on the pipe. So if you have an issue you just have to hope that the maintenance supervisor, Terry does not come and work on something. The manager is aware of this and for some reason he continues in this capacity. The office 9 times out of 10 does not answer the phone, instead you get an email your voicemail concern has been resolved. How can your concern be resolved when they did not answer the phone to begin with to know your concern. If this is what you want to deal with on a consistent basis, this is the place for you. The manager is unaware of a lot because she does not get out to walk the property. As far as building maintenance goes it is the luck of the draw- just hope Terry does not come.

This place is just fantastic. Well maintained and a safe spot to live and Jade Stewart from the leasing office is always so helpful! I call too much and she still takes the time to look into my questions/concerns and she does it all with patience and kindness. :-)

I have just become a tenant in 2020 and since the very day I came in Jade has taken such good care of me. Melissa Fontaine is a very friendly and helpful manager and Terry in maintenance will help all he can and does a good job... Melissa will help you any way she can... Highly recommend...

My mom has lived at this property going on four years now. We noticed a different maintenance man was Brought on board going on for quite some time now. His name is Travis. He is extremely caring, words can’t explain. My moms AC Went out and he brought his own personal portable cooler for the night just to make sure we were comfortable. He then fixed the ac after the parts he needed arrived. I can’t say enough but most people would not do that. Thank you Travis! for the care you put into your work, I’m happy my mom lives here, she is in good hands.

Cooper creek is a wonderful place to live. The gym needs an update but I was told it is getting done. I’ve understood the setbacks due to COVID. Travis, the maintenance tech is real professional and extremely understanding. He will go above and beyond to address your apartments needs. She made sure to answer all of my questions about floor plans, amenities and possible availability of a unit on my timeline for moving. She handled all my needs over the phone, and was super kind and friendly and didn’t make me feel like a hassle, which is common when looking for apartments during this time. Would definitely recommend looking here for you next home as they are very welcoming and have a great team to help you on your search.

I recently moved here and was greeted by Travis in maintenance. He is always Busy and... I’m not used to that with other places I’ve lived, the maintenance are usually lazy. Travis is kind and always ask if there is anything he can do for me. He has had to work in my apartment once and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work he provided. He knew what he was doing and solved the issue quicker than I’m used too. I’d definitely recommend living here. Having a good maintenance man is key and allows you to enjoy your home that much more. I recently visited a friend at Cooper Creek Apartments, while preparing to relocate to Louisville. The complex is very nice and clean. Property staff member Travis was very helpful in helping me to locate my friend’s Apartment, and was very friendly in recommending a local restaurant for dinner. We definitely have this complex at the top of our list for our relocation.

I have been living here for the last year and a half and I love it! Great place to live and beautiful pond! Travis is amazing he helped fix my ac unit when it went out.

Staff and tenants are very friendly and Travis the maintenance guy is very active on keeping up with various tasks. He is so proffessional and really does care. Such a great family friendly environment. Highly recommend!!

Maintenance is great. When you have an issue you can call Travis and he can get with you at that time or hell set a time and hes promptly there when he talks to you. If he cant figure it out its figured out in the next day or so. Very well-mannered very respectful does a great job.

Update*** Melissa was very helpful and understanding, she worked with us regarding charges and gave and easy to understand breakdown of monthly fees. - Thank you MelissaLovely neighbors, quiet complex, beautiful townhome. But Im giving it a one star because it has been a nightmare dealing with rent since we moved in July. We were given false information to start regarding the applications fees, being told by email and in person that it would go towards rent if approved. We even mentioned this while being shown the townhome and were not corrected on this matter. Hence we were slapped with extra fees with a week to pay after the fact. August came and I asked for the total amount to be paid, wrote a check and thought that was the end. A couple days ago I went online to pay rent, I saw that there were additional charges on the RentCafe website for the month August which included trash and liability. Alright, so once again we werent given the correct total amount the first time we paid. The website wouldnt allow me to pay at that time and figured it was because it wasnt the 1st of the month just yet. Went to check again today and an additional 206 in misc charges were added for August, all due on the first of September, including two charges for trash, which is a mandatory monthly $25 service charge here we do not even use because the lease had information contradicting itself on the issue regarding charges on trash pick up and no one reached out to explain when I asked the first time. And no this wasnt reviewed when we moved in because the office didnt have the lease ready. We moved in on the second after giving them a check and was sent an electronic lease to sign on the 6th, so there was no ability to ask specific questions like you normally would.I dont care so much about paying, but that we are being slapped with numerous, unexplained charges with little time to pay. We may be healthcare professionals, but we have to plan out our bills like everyone else, we cant just throw money down without question and call it a day. Every place Ive rented from gave up front costs for rent and any additional charges sent with a letter stating what they are with 2 weeks (like water or electric costs) to a month to pay. Extremely disappointed with how its handled here.

Cooper Creek boasts huge floor plans with tons of space. Its a very quiet and well kept community. The manager and staff are diligent to keep everything the way it ought to be, and I enjoy working at this place. 5 bright stars in my opinion! Keep it up!

They pay close attention to detail when it comes to property aesthetics and clearly have a grasp on what people desire in their living space.

I recently called about available floor plans and expressed my concerns to Jade with wanting a tour but was concerned with Covid protocols. Jade was very friendly and informative she told me on a tour social distancing will definitely be followed and how all units have been cleaned. She went over every available floor plan and possible move in dates. Excellent customer service!

Maintenance is very good at what they do.Travis is one, you can give him a call and he will help in any way he can.Travis is very respectful and he let you know what can be done at what time always answers the phone. Wonderful people skills. Maintenance is fantastic.

This place has good pricing and beautifully renovated apartments! But their best quality is hands down Jade she is phenomenal professional and very trustworthy she is hands down the reason I have decided to make these apartments home bc anybody can renovate an apartment or lower pricing but having someone like jade working there is a rare commodity you just can’t find out here these days she met everyone of my Ridiculously high standards and these apartments went from an option to the only option

Soon after moving in I had an issue with a leak in the kitchen and needed to have some work done. I thought this was a bad sign as it was so close to moving in, although was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work done by the maintenance worker Travis. He had it done and fixed in what felt like no time and haven’t had issues since. Glad to know if I run into any issues he’ll be here to help fix them.

My wife and I moved into Cooper Creek apartments in Early 2020 w/ the help of Jade and Melissa. The space in the townhome was bigger than the house we moved from the amenities fit to our needs and our kids love the extra basement space. Parking is a bit rough though !!

Just moved from living here six years and as our 6 years of experience we made this property our home the move out process was a disgrace.Dishonest Managed Company. Happy with service workers but dont believe ANYTHING the office mangers/consultants say because most likely it is false information and when they figures out that procedure or protocol from higher up was incorrect they dont communicate that. That is the biggest issues is the lack of knowledge of their daily job task.They just BS through the whole conversation of questions or concerns you may ask. Get everything in writing to hold them accountable for their lies.

Moved in May 2020. Was not able to view the actual unit before we moved in. Leak in basement that was fixed but came back within four months. Parking is tough. Office staff hardly answers the phone. Moved out and charged outrageous fees when apartment was left in great condition. I would not recommend this place. Charges monthly for water are twice the amount charged for a house.

JADE IS THE BEST LEASING CONSULTANT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!I was helping my cousin look for a new apartment (he needed more space). He had 3 places in mind (Cooper Creek Apartments Included). We met Jade Wednesday. She gave us a social distance tour and made sure my cousin and I were comfortable in her presence as well as the property. My cousin liked the initial presentation, but he had another place in mind (LC.St. Matthews),(NEVER GO THERE) they gave my cousin a COMPLETE RUN AROUND and left him scarcely finding a place to stay. Their broken promise to have a home ready by a promised date did not fall through (filling up with multiple excuses),(documents of approval were given and utilities were scheduled to be serviced and were paid), but this is not about them...THIS REVIEWIS ABOUT JADE!!! She swept with the assist after I reminded my cousin of her presentation and the location being great for work. He suggests I reach out to her. I called her for him and let her know that he was MENTALLY at his whits end. She heard his cry and DELIVERED the process for him to be moved in (EVERYTHING APPROVED IN LESS THAN A WORK DAY)!!Once my cousin was approved you could see a BIG weight lifted off of his shoulder. He offered her many ways to show appreciation, but she declined. The apartment we lived in before cooper creek never fixed ANYTHING. Travis has not only fixed anything weve had a problem with but hes always fast, friendly, and gets the job done right.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody . From the office, to maintenance, to pest control, and security it does not meet even the basic standard. For the amount your paying it’s not worth the services nor the headache. My ceiling has had a leak for months and all they did was use mud and paint over it. This is not a safe place I would want my kids living at . Place is unsafe and neighborhoods cars are consistently broken into . They won’t do anything to improve security. Take your money else where. If you do decide, bring your pesticide and shoe for the bugs.

The Management is very professional and Helpful. The Maintenance team is also very responsive when they have the parts they need to do the job. I would not recommend walking outside alone at night. There has been multiple crimes and a murder on the far side of the complex. I would live on the side with the Main office. Spacious, Clean, and Affordable, you get what you pay for.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is SLOW. For the amount of money you pay you get serviced badly. Our air went out and it took over 24 hours to get fixed when it was 98 degrees outside and with the humidity it was well over 100. We called as an emergency after hours around 7:30 because it was 83 degrees in our home and they told us it wasn’t an emergency because it wasn’t 80 degrees outside (it was 79 and with the heat index it was 91). Our kitchen sink is currently out and it hasn’t been fixed yet, so I asked how was I supposed to cook my family dinner? The manager told us to use the bathroom sinks!!! How disgusting?! Things weren’t like this before the management change! Counting down the days until our lease is up.UPDATE:I believe since then, someone has bought the apartment complex. Terry the maintenance guy is great, I mean it isnt his fault that something is always breaking. Our A/C unit goes out at least 3 times a week. The water in our master bathroom sink does not run at full pressure, it drips out the faucet and they told us nothing can be done about it. I literally cant even wash my hands in that sink. They could afford to get a valet trash pick up service, but cant fix the water pressure. The rent is TOO EXPENSIVE for all of these problems to occur and they arent even updated.

Alicia and the management team at Cooper Creek Village are fantastic to work with.From the time I moved in, they were all very helpful with the entire process. When I had to relocate due to work, they worked with me to transfer to a sister apartment complex without getting penalized.The apartments are very spacious inside and well kept. The community is quiet and peaceful. No loud college students to be found here! To top it all off, the apartments have alarm monitoring to keep you feeling safe at all times.Shopping and restaurants are only a short drive away.A definite must see if considering moving to the Louisville metro area.

I just moved into my 2 Bedroom 2 Bath apartment back in October 2015 and so far it has been a pleasant experience. It is a little pricey, but whenever i have had a maintenance issue or need help Mike the property manager is right on it as well as the maintenance crew. They even came in on their day off on a Sunday for an emergency call to replace my refrigerator! However, I wish Steadfast would do a little updating to the apartments because they are a little dated. Other than that I am pretty happy where we live.. The neighbors are friendly and it is pretty quiet at night

Been living for 4 years. Apartments are really nice. Little pricey for the area. When I moved in, maintenance service and the office staff was really great and would get things taken care of in no time. The staff now really gives no care and makes up their own rules as they wish. Already made up my mind to move this year. Can not give money away when they don’t deserve it. With the current staff and maintenance care, I would not recommend this apartments.

My how time flys buy nice place

Appartments and Town Homes are nice but could be better for price. Maintenance is the worst I ever encountered. Office staff is of no help. Be prepared to pay overpriced rent + ridicules high price for utilities which no one can explain why. No words to explain how unhappy I am with this place. Walls are paper thin, you will hear all that neighbours are talking and doing, wall decorations are constantly coming of wall. If you are reading this please dont move here you will be soooooo unhappy. This place doesnt deserve one star, sadly have to stay untill lease expires.
