Before applying for these apartments try some cleaner, better looking ones in the neighborhood, you most likely be accepted for one of them quicker then this one.. I dont know if theyre scamming people out of their $36 application fee or what, but I have the perfect rental history been in the same place for 16 years, no evictions, never late on my rent or anything, I receive section 8, have income coming in and turned in everything they asked for, my credit score was not A one but still not terrible and they said that I did not get approved but I got approved for Whispering woods and By the park apartments both have a little higher rent and are much better, cleaner newer and bigger apartments.

Apartments are very clean and well kept and the courtyard is also very well kept and landscaping is beautiful. I also love how the building still has the Castle feel to it, since it used to be Castle Hill Apartments. Management is professional and friendly and the Rent is very reasonable.
