The neighborhood is well laid out and the living space is extremely comfortable and very spacious. The maintenance team was very responsive, courteous and professional. With everything on one level with no steps anywhere, even from the garage to the main living area, it is ideal for my parents. They love it!

Ron called ahead which I really appreciated. He was professional and friendly. He was quick and informed me of all that he did and what follow-up was necessary.

This is the third Redwood community I have lived in. Nice, safe places to stay. Great service and response times for issues. I would like to see some more distance between apts. to cut down noise from neighbors. I would like to see more communities go up. I was disappointed there wasnt one available where I was going but they cant be everywhere.

Great Experience overall. My mom lives at Redwood in Louisville anytime she has a issue with anything in her home the staff is prompt and courteous to come out and fix it asap. They really go above and beyond here would recommend to anyone looking or a safe and beautiful home.

My wife and I have lived here since the place first opened. This has been the best decision we have ever made our time here has been great. All the events the community plans as well as the friendly staff and neighbors. We love to take walks in the morning and evening the landscape is just beautiful. Would recommend to a everyone check this place out it’s worth every dime.

I already did that and the only thing I have seen improved is the new apartments that just went up. I still have a LAKE up against my building when it rains so the cement under the building is always wet and the humidity in the bedroom is 60%. The land escaping is awful and the pine trees are dying because they were planted ON the ground not IN the ground.The new apts have a closed in mail house and we have been asking to have ours closed in for at least 3 years.The cement is poor grade, there are electrical things in the cement the could be a problem.You dont care about those people who have been here just want new people

Recently toured this community. Overall it was a wonderful experience very knowledgeable staff. Clean and well kept grounds would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great place to call home.

So far they’ve been on top of fixing things The personnel are knowledgeable courteous friendly and professional but also let you feel your at home .

Toured a few weeks ago was very impressed by these apartments. Very nice tour of the office the manager was so sweet and very informative. Will be renting for my parents soon. The apartments are clean, beautiful and worth the money.

Toured over the weekend this place is beautiful! Easy to communicate and schedule with manager considering moving here next summer.

Do Not Live here. you will waste money. there are too many hidden fees here. houses look nice but cheap construction. neighbors keep moving out. nobody doesnt want stay here longer.

We are loving Covington Ridge! Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. The on-site staff is very sweet and incredibly helpful.

There is at least one pine tree that was planted at an angle and it is dying, I have asked it to be straightened up last year right after it went in and it is still leaning badly, it will die . All the pine trees that were put in last year are not deep enough, their roots are exposed. Further more the landscaping is beyond awful, there is now way to describe what is supposed to be lawns, holes, rocks,weeds,mud,small lakes. The land beside our unit slopes into the unit and the water lays deep up against the unit. We have asked several times for some kind of a wind breaker at the mail house I could go on but .

This place is over priced. Rent is ridiculous a mount of money monthly. The walls are so thin. I can hear neighbors say or do.Read redwood independence one star reviews. Same issues in louisville.Stay away

The management are bunch of liars literally...when you ll come to see the apartment they will tell you different price but by the time you sign the lease you ll notice that price has changed and reason they will give you is their prices keep on changing every week...so you ll end up paying more than two bedroom town home in north canton..plus one really important thing if you are working outside louisville you have to pay louisville city tax in addition to city tax of your work place.To some up not a good place to live unless you have lots of money to throw over!edit: leasing manager Maria is really rude. She literally lies and shouts on residents...be aware

This place is overpriced. There is a lot of hidden charges. Expect to pay rent, electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash, waterwaste, and administration fees. Also, they post these extra charges ( they don’t tell you about them when you sign the lease) only one day before the payment due date and expect to pay eaxtra $90 +$50 for late payment.
