They have amazing staff. It took us less than an hour for a procedure. My son felt very comfortable during the cleaning and filling of the teeth cavities. I highly recommend for anyone interested. They are pocket friendly especially with insurance. Good quality of care! In my opinion they are doing a nice job! He was seen by Dr. Johnson, he is very professional and respectful together with the team,of cause.

I saw Dr. Johnson today and he and his staff are awesome. I got a tooth pulled and he explained my options clearly. I was comfortable, the room was immaculate. I live across town, im closer to the Harker Heights Fusion dental but I prefer Clear Creek..

I have several broken teeth that need to be extracted but I was informed that they dont offer payment plans kinda wished they did cause I cant afford dental insurance or alot of money out of pocket

Been going for a few years now cause its down the road from me and they started out great. However, the communication with the reception staff hasnt been all that great lately. Took me almost a month to get a night guard that should have taken a few days to get. And on top of that they over charge me for it and I have yet to receive my refund. My parents no longer go because of how bad the front service has gotten. Will not be returning after I get the difference I paid.

Nice kind people who laughed and smiled, which made me feel comfortable. The dentist ( whos name I didnt catch) that attended me was warm and understanding giving me his professional opinion on what plan would work the best for a man on the move like myself and answers any questions I had all the while feeling like a friendly and trusting environment. By far the best dentist you can ever ask for. Dr. Johnson did an outstanding job, the staff got me in the same day and they are beyond friendly. I was always scared going to a dentist but after just one visit I am looking forward to my next one already, Dr. Johnson know how to calm you down. Cant thank him and the staff enough. Hands down the best Dentist Ive ever visited. Highly personable staff that will take time to get to know you. When I return for simple things, like follow ups and cleanings the staff even remembers my name. Everyone there will go above and beyond to give you the best service possible. I even leave the office joking that they saved my life today.

The dentist at Clear Creek is really good (he is a young dentist, I do not remember his name). I took my daughter and he did a good job with her. However, I also needed a cleaning done, and tbe receptionist told me that I needed a form from my doctor stating tha I am pregnant and it was okay to get my dental work done. So I took a note my doctor gave me and they said that was not the form. They said it is a military form, and doctors on post should know about. I decided to go to another dentist.

My daughter went there for her first dental check up and I have to say this place is amazing! Thank you for making my babys first visit at the dentist a great one! I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Johnson and staff, thank you for the wonderful experience.

As most have said, Dr.Johnson and team are awesome. I had started with another dentist who moved away on me. Good thing he did, as I now found a dentist who doesnt freak me out. Perfect, easy communication about my options and staff scheduled me right up. Best initial dental experience ever by far.

Absolutely love going to see Dr. Johnson and Prince. They only will have you do what is necessary, they are thorough, and so nice. My son goes to Prince and my daughter and I Johnson. Love them both and their staff.

Dentist was very informative. Kept me in the loop during the whole process. Extremely affordable. I went in thinking I would spend at least $400, and walked out spending less than $200 and completely pain free.

They provide poor service, mislead you about out-of-pocket costs, and take no ownership over mistakes, especially when it results in a higher cost. They forgot to quote a significant expense until the moment I walked into the office despite checking on the costs repeatedly beforehand.

I have been very pleased with the staff and the doctors. They are very thorough and even listen too you if you have questions or opinions.

We have been waiting to get braces for over 2 years due to the military insurance and moving around, we finally found fusion dental and had to wait 3 month for a consult and another 3 months for a braces appointment. This morning I had car trouble and called in 30 minutes prior to let them know about this and there was no answer. I made Another call at 9(when appt was scheduled and when they apparently open) we told them we would be running a few minutes behind. The secretary said we would have to first fill out paperwork I knew this prior because at our first consult we arrived 30 minutes earlier than our appointment time, filled out our paperwork and still was NOT seen till 45 minutes AFTER our actual appointment time. Now today we were told our appointment would have to be rescheduled because we were running late due to car trouble (go figure) and we could not be seen. We would have hade to of been scheduled another 2 or more months later. Why could we have not if been seen? We would have been 20 min after our appointment time. Most likely we would have been sitting there waiting again just to be seen. I will take our entire 10 people Family business else where Fusion Dental.

Myself and my 2 kids (ages 6&4) have gone here for our cleanings twice now and both times I was incredibly satisfied! The dentists are phenomenal. Not only do they explain things thoroughly; they are funny, calming and gentle with kids! My son got scared when it came to his turn and our dentist was quick to get him calm down and allow him to check his teeth. For seeing all 3 of us at one time for our cleanings, we were in and out in a relatively decent amount of time! Definitely recommend Fusion Dental!*bonus: they give tokens to the kiddos at the end to get a small toy from a machine! The kids look forward to it.

Dr. Johnny Johnson is an AWESOME dentist who was recommended to our family by Dr. Griffin, who in her own right, is an extraordinary Oral Surgeon. I highly recommend this dentist for all military families with Tricare. Out of pocket prices are VERY reasonable and he is more than willing to work with you on costs. The service is very friendly and much better than other dentist offices we visited that treated our family like a number on a list.

I know I am partial as Dr. Johnson is a close friend and business partner. But, as a dentist myself, I only trust him with my dental care. He actually fixed a tooth for me yesterday and it was smooth and painless as expected. Excellent dentist and person.

Dr. Johnson is the best dentist that my children or myself have ever visited! We love the office staff as well, they are always very kind and professional! I just took my 4 and 5 years old to the dentist this week and I wanted to share my experience with you all. I absolutely love the 2 dentist that took care of my kids, however the personal in the front desk... well thats another story!We all have bad days sometimes but seriously if you are working on the front of the dental office you should probably smile and treat people nice! They were rude... when I got out from my kids appointments they ask me... Yes! What you do need??? I was like uh... I might need follow up and then the blonde girl told me oh yeah Im doing your bill right now. Not professional at all. I will recommend this dental practice but dont expect to be treat nicely at front desk, just ignore them and see the dentists. They are awesome!

My family has been going here since we have been here. Unfortunately we were told in August of last year that we could only book my two year old for a cleaning and that my two boys and my other daughter and myself could not be booked because there are no openings for existing patients until June 2019. I was told that I would receive a call as soon as something opened. In December we tried again and were told the same thing. Its not the docs, the part that got this a three star rating is that I am a military dependent and know several other new families that said they got appointments with no issue. I found it completely upsetting that established patients cant get an appointment. My son needs braces horribly and we had discussed that previously and he has not been able to be booked since. My daughter has a cavity that still has not been filled because no one ever called us back as well as work I needed done as well. No such luck. My husband just told me to call and explain that no one ever called back and we have been trying and there was no apology or explaination. I was just told that we can go somewhere else and have them request them or they can print everything out and we can pick it up. That was it. Very nonchalant. No rapport. So that is what we are going to do unfortunately. I will add Dr. Prince has been awesome with my daughter Emaya who use to be terrified of the dentist and my boys love him. Dr. Johnson did my tooth extraction for a tooth that chipped and broke off in my mouth and is great as well. However I could never get back in for a cavity that is behind it etc amongst the other things listed. I later found out my oral issues may be due to my recently diagnosed lupus and preventative care is a must. If you can get in to see them great. Unfortunately for us we will not be returning due to inability to book my family.

I was in severe pain when I called Fusion. They were very courteous and professional, i e. Dr.Johnson and entire staff. i was in and out in 30 mins. and that included tooth extraction.

This is the place to go if you have anxiety about the dentist, for sure. The entire staff is amazing. I chipped my tooth pretty bad (or so I thought) and I felt nothing throughout the whole procedure and you cant even tell where the restoration was done. The filling was perfectly sculpted to look like a natural tooth without the need of crown! The worst part of my whole visit was trying to make conversation at the check out desk while slurring my words and drooling on myself. Its truly great to not have to stress out about a dentist appointment for days in advance, because this practice is just amazing.

This place is awesome I took my mum there and Christian at the front desk was so kind and nice Dr Prince God bless your heart he was so kind to my mother the whole environment was welcoming and nice I will start taking my kids there and I will go there my self 10/10

I just called the office a few minutes ago and they could get me in at a reasonable time but on a day that I work. The lady found out that it was a severely impacted wisdom tooth and she instantly bumped me up to tomorrow! Ive read a lot of good reviews and so far Ive already gotten the best customer service out of the rest of the dentist offices in Killeen.

I never thought Id ever write a review for a dentist and rate it as, I loved it, but Dr. Johnson and his staff deserve more than a 5 star rating. I have had quite a bit of dental work done and every experience has been awful. I expected this visit to be no different, but I was wonderfully surprised!The staff at Fusion Dental were so pleasant and courteous. They sensed how nervous I was and eased my fears. Dr. Johnson talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I live in South Austin, so coming up to Killeen was a trek, but for the service and care I received, I cant imagine going to another dentist again! Id also be remise to not mention the state of the art facility. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of me Fusion Dental!

First visit today 01/15/19 very nice & pleasant ..

Been trying to get a tooth pulled for some days now and Ive been turned around so many times at so many places but here. After scheduling an appointment with Koolsmiles a week ago and being sent a friendly reminder of my application I get there just to be told of we dont pull teeth here sorry thats only at our other location. They wanted to schedule me an another appointment 20 days later. Stopped in a few other offices (Castle Dental, Killeen Oral and Maxillofacil Sergery and Gentle Touch Dentistry) that could help me even with insurance. I was about to give up and just deal with the pain then as I was passing FUSION DENTAL I decided to call them and the told me to come in 1 hour later. I got there e and my experience was soon unbelievable. These guys and ladies are extremely friendly and helpful. They all keep a smile on their faces and explain everything then they do esacally what they say. This place is my new home when it comes to dental work. 10 STAR RATING FROM ME....

So far my insurance has covered everything here. At the other place I went there were extra fees for cleanings. Im glad my friend reccommended this place.

Will never return. I went in for a small cavity, and left with a full cheek-sized bruise. Over a week later, and its still here. The emotional distress this bruise has caused me is unacceptable.
