I moved in approximately four months ago. We absolutely enjoy this complex. The staff Andi, Matteo and Matt are awesome. AllOf the tenants that we met have been exceptionally nice. The complex is clean, well maintained and the front office provides exceptional customer service. The maintenance department is very responsive and provides feedback for any reported issue. The staff is constantly looking for new ideas to involve the tenants including games, pool parties, food trucks and an occasional DJ. The pool and gym are very well maintained. The complex is close to shopping and the highway. You can travel approximately 20 minutes and be in downtown Louisville. The prices for these apartments and the service is excellent. I choose this apartment complex after dealing with another bad apartment complex. I lost my down payment but that may have been the beat thing to happen to us. If you looking for temporary space or long term then Terraces is the place for you and or your family. We have already renewed our lease! Hopefully you will make the right choice and join our complex.

The Terraces at forest springs was the first place we visited when we moved from Miami, and we loved it! Kids friendly and pets friendly. The Terraces at Forest Springs has luxuries apartments. The club house employees are very nice, and they will make you feel like part of the family since the first day. The maintenance is excellent if you have any issue in your apartment, they will come right away to fix it. I also love the amenities, it has beautiful areas where you can sit and relax, a pool, places to play tennis and bolleyball. It also has two parks for kids and one pet area, space to vacuum your car and do a car wash, laundry inside and outside the units, gym, and a computer area. Moreover, activities where they share food with all the tenants, and it also has an excellent location near to supermarket, restaurants, doctors office, and more. This place is gorgeous, amazing, and perfect for families. I highly recommend The Terraces at Forest Springs if you are looking for a safe and friendly place to live. Come to see it, and you will not regret it!

The Terraces was a wonderful place to live. My 5 years there were great. The staff goes out of its way to accommodate your needs in a timely manner and are friendly as can be. Well maintained property . Andi and Kelly are awesome managers and fun to chat with.If I ever come back to Louisville, this is were I hope to live. AGAIN. Oh, almost forgot, my dog loved it here too. She misses her friends 😁

Seem like nice apartments but the gates and parking situation are atrocious. I dont understand how luxury apartments can barely have enough parking for their tenants let alone extra for guests or deliveries. They also decided to plant trees in front of 95% of apartment numbers so unless youve been here a ton making deliveries is a nightmare because you cant see the numbers.

We LOVE living here. We have been here 2 years and the staff is AMAZING the staff is always there to help with any issues that come up and always do follow up to make sure you are satisfied everyone is very friendly and like family to us. The apartments are quite and family friendly very well keep and safe.

My husband and I arrived 7 month ago in the United States (we come from France) for a 18 months work contract in town. We found at Terraces a very welcoming and friendly community! We are more than happy to live here now! The staff is amazing and they helped us a lot when we needed them. Also, the residence is very clean and the maintenance team is very effective all the times.We have to come back to France at the end of the contract but if we return to Louisville in the future we’ll definitely choose the same complex!

This place is great! The people in the office go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy here. The units are beautiful and well kept and the grounds are kept clean year around! We will continue to call this place home for as long as possible thanks to the great staff. We recently had a weird situation with our apartment and the staff here went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure me and my family continued to have the best possible time while living here. Ive lived in at least 4 different apartment complexes between Louisville and Lexington since I graduated college. The Terraces, by far, has been the BEST experience. The office staff truly make you feel like you are family. Maintenance crew is courteous and friendly with quick response time to any issue. The amenities are top notch, with several events planned throughout the year. Ive lived here almost 4 years and wont be leaving anytime soon. The Terraces are a great place to live. Just far enough out of town, but right next to two freeway on ramps and any shopping and dining you would ever want. Kelly has become like a second family member and is always willing to lend an ear. It is a safe and clean place to live with the best maintenance staff anyone could have. Would totally recommend living here for luxury living at a great price.

Me and my family have lived here for almost four years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. I love the staff the very most. They go out of their way to accommodate us and resolve any issues, if they arise. Andi Benson Weis (the manager) especially is hands on and makes sure everyone is happy with their apartment. I also love the maintenance crew. James is so willing to fix anything in a timely manner. I recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for great amenities, awesome staff and a safe place to live. I cant say enough great things about it.

We’ve been here going on three years and love it. Andi, Eddie, and Kelly in the office are great. The maintenance team is ON POINT!! The few issues we’ve had have been resolved in less than 24hrs. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. Buildings and grounds are well kept. The Bark Park is a great place to take your dog to run off some energy. They even have a car wash on site. Bottom line, for East end living, you won’t get more bang for your buck.

I highly recommend this complex. I love living here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to help if you need anything. So nice and friendly. The grounds and dog park are great. I wont go anywhere else. We love the gym, pool, and the NEW OUTDOOR GRILLING AREA all YEAR LONG!!!

I have lived at The Terraces for 3 and a half years and have been very satisfied with this apartment complex and staff. They really care about their tenants and make sure we are taken care of. I love that they’re on top of maintenance. If we have ever needed something fixed they are there same or next day. I also love that they host several fun gatherings for the tenants throughout the year. They have done several pop-up lunches, pool parties, paint night, and even a fall festival.

The Terraces has been a great place to live! There are many amenities, great location and the staff are all very nice! Maintenance is very on top of requests and gets any issues taken care of immediately. We couldn’t recommend living here more!

I love the Terraces at Forest Springs. It is a community not just an apartment complex. The management team is awesome. They are friendly and engaging. The maintenance staff is the best. Any request I have had has been answered in 24 hours. They keep the grounds and complex in top notch shape. And of course there are the parties. Lots of them, pool opening day and end of the summer parties with DJ, food and give aways. Fall festival with petting zoo, jumping blow up for the kids food and DJ. Sip and paint party, and lots of pop up lunches.. you won’t be sorry you come here

The Terraces at Forrest Springs is the first time Ive lived in an apartment and to say I was skeptic is an understatement. However, we were greeted with a warm welcoming staff who were more than helpful. My fiance and I will be extending our lease this year as we continue to pay down our student loans but have been beyond excited to let all of our friends and family know where we live. The community is welcoming, the friends weve gained here, and pool atmosphere is top notch. We have four children ranging from 4 years old to 10 years old. Its a safe place to raise them, and highly recommend you give the Terraces at Forrest Springs a look when youre looking!!Brad Blackburn

This is a great place to live. Location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Maintenance issues are typically resolved in 24 hours or less. Entire staff is caring and super friendly and grounds always look amazing. Beautiful pool, tennis court, dog park, laundry hookups in apartment plus a 24 hour landry facility, 24 hour gym and gas grilling area, tanning bed, car wash area, picnic benches and charcoal grills scattered throughout the property, volleyball court, playgrounds and so much more.

I’ve been a resident for a couple months now and felt it was fair to wait and give a review.The leasing agent Kelly was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, straightforward and thorough. I had no games or hoops to jump through unlike other similarly priced communities in the area. Kelly made the process entirely stress free to get moved in.The unit was in great condition, the grounds are well maintained, staff very courteous and professional, the pool and playground amenities are great. The best part though is the neighbors all being friendly.Love calling the Terraces at Forest Springs home!

We moved across the country without an opportunity to see our apartment first (except for web photos), we couldnt have been happier. The apartment was fresh and clean and Kelly Borders made us feel welcome while we settled in and looked for a home. The staff and crew, especially Nick, are the nicest people you can find. Terraces is a perfect place to live! All the staff is awesome and there are every month new events for the residents. The complex is also very clean and well maintained.

I have searched all over only to find the perfect place right by my job! I spoke with Kelly last week and she advised they didnt have a 3 bedroom available as of now but encouraged me to come take a tour. She was extremely polite over the phone. However I needed to move soon so I decided to look elsewhere. She followed up with me a few days later to see if I found a place and I was on my way to view another apartment. I was thoroughly impressed that she reached out to me again so I thought this place is worth going to see. I wasnt disappointed! The exterior and landscaping was beautiful and all the staff were friendly. The interior is very spacious as well which was important to me. I also noticed this was a clean and well kept property. Kelly was very nice and made me feel like I was home. My daughter and I loved the unit! When left I was at peace with my decision to move at The Terrance Of Forrest Springs! Im looking forward to my family calling this place home! It will be worth the wait.Lisa E

The Terraces have been nothing but good to us since we moved here. My wife and I moved here from out of state to attend school. Moving to a new city can be intimidating, but the Terrace community has been warm and inviting, and the office staff have treated us like friends since the first time we met them. Id recommend living here to anyone.

We have spent the last five months here at the Terraces waiting for our patio home to be completed. Although were anxious to get in our home, our time here has been wonderful. Cannot say enough about the office staff, maintenance staff or the facility itself. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The exercise room equipment is top notch. The car care center has really come in handy and the location of the Terraces is spot on. Cant leave without giving a special thank you to the leasing manager, Kelly. She was absolutely fantastic assisting us in some unforeseen problems we encountered. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay.

I happened upon these apartments in January 18 by accident after a different complex rented my apartment out from under me. Id already put in my notice in Indiana and was in trouble. Kelly encouraged me to take a tour even though I thought they were out of my price range. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area. The value add of maintenance, the grounds and office staff is amazing. I had an issue with my neighbor shortly after moving in and Kelly went out of her way several times to assist with remedying the issue. Ive never had any noise problems with neighbors and Ive never had maintenance come into my apartment without notice. Kelly, Eddie and Andi always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help in any way possible. I will also add that my AC has not gone out all summer. Ive had nothing but trouble with that in the last 4 complexes Ive lived in. In summary, the complex is pretty, its a great location, the office staff goes above and beyond and the units are decently priced.

LOVE living here! Weve been at the terraces for a couple of years and just resigned for another year! They clear the parking lot when it snows, they keep the grounds landscaped year round, they are really friendly and often surprise the residents with pop up lunches in addition to scheduled events. When I hear horror stories of apartment living, it just provides even more perspective of how The Terraces goes above and beyond for their residents. This is a great place to live!

First of all I love this location! I have been looking at The Terraces for a few years and Im finally able to make the move closer to this area. There are so many convenient things around, but also quiet and tucked away. They have so many awesome ammenities. Kelly has been so helpful with getting me moved in at the perfect time and the perfect price. Everyone in management is so nice. I am so appreciative!

This was a cool place but this year maintenance gave up on the hot tub, one of my favorite features, and paved over it. Oh well guess Im done when my lease is up. Im sure rent will just go up again despite the savings from not keeping a hot tub going.
