Haircuts are quick and affordable here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been coming to Sport Clips for many years and have always been happy with the result. I have my haircut by the stylist Paulina at this location and am pleased with her cut every time, she is quite proficient.

Highly recommended. Great service at a great price. Plus the option of a shampoo and head massage with hot towels, why go anywhere else.

I haven’t had a hair cut in a while and the person I’ve used for a long time isn’t currently available. I got into he waiting list at Sports Clips (there was no wait), stopped by and got it cut. It was a great experience and just what I needed.

Excellent cleanliness regime, capable stylists. Now I look decently groomed even without a hat. 🤓

Ive been going here for a while now because its super close to where I live, but also because I always leave happy. 4/5 of the stylists so kind, patient, and skilled. Plus, if you arent 100% happy you can come back within a week to change anything at no cost. They also have a system for checking in online with text notifications when your stylist is ready, which is super convenient and saves time.Im finally writing a review today because I am growing out my hair and the waves in the front were sticking up due to being too long. I called and talked to Sara who kindly allowed me to get a bang trim for $5, which saved me the $20 cost of getting a whole new haircut that I didnt really need.Lastly, you can get as many neck trims as you need for free in-between haircuts (as long as you are an existing customer). For me, its those little things combined with really great stylists that make this my go-to place to get a haircut.

I will never recommend this place again. My mother went in for a shave because she is flying out to Rwanda in the morning and these nincompoops looked a senior citizen in her face and said she needed to wait for me outside in the cold rain because they had to count their till and didnt want to get written up by their manager. There comes a point in every employees life where you have to make a choice, a decision between being a decent human being and being a corporate shill. Im not saying that there was anything untoward in the minds of these two young ladies, but if common sense wouldve prevailed they would have allowed her to have a seat and wait 15 minutes for me to drive across the street and collect my mother. My mother called me at 7:45 and I picked her up at 8:02 walking on the street. There has to be a protocol to keep customers out of the elements until a ride picks them up in a reasonable span of time. This establishment was so concerned with not getting robbed that they put an old woman out in the Portland drizzle at night without concern for her welfare. I know that there was no concern for her welfare because when I drove up to the glass front I could see the same woman sipping her drink through a straw as they milled about on the interior. I will NEVER recommend this branch and if this rubbish is not addressed quickly, I will make sure that no one I know will ever set foot in here again.Again, there has to be effective training to recognize REAL threats and assist paying customers who need a safe place to wait for a ride instead of putting them out in the cold rain.

Paulina was both friendly & talented when it came to cutting my hair. I requested a style I haven’t worn for a few years and she recreated it perfectly from a photo I showed her. The hot towel, hair wash/rinse with accompanying scalp massage was definitely a highlight. The entire process proved to be quite the stress reliever. I honestly haven’t felt this great in a long time.

First covid haircut. It all felt pretty normal. I wore a mask and held it at the cheek when she did around my ears. I easily checked in online and walked over when they texted me. The audacity some dude had to come in and go really?!? Over a maybe 20 minute wait time. Wow. The ladies handled it in an extremely professional manner and he decided their time and everyones safety wasnt worth the wait.I will definitely be coming back, I had a great time, everyone was sweet and I walked home feeling fresh.

I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment. My mother went in for a haircut at 745pm and was then forced to wait outside in the cold rain (there is no awning, nothing to cover her from the rain and no umbrella). Meanwhile the two employees were still inside, clearly not is a rush to leave but just rude. That these women would do this to a senior citizen while they stayed safe and warm inside is disrespectful. I will not be returning EVER.

Probably the first time Ive visited a Sports Clips establishment in about a decade. I was very satisfied with the experience and found it to be much better than the once or twice Id been to a Sports Clips in the (far) past. This franchise seems to give due concern to ensuring the customer leaves happy and has a good experience. Moreover, the fact I was able to arrive (without making a call-ahead) and be instantly served was a huge plus. Overall, recommended.

I was very happy with my service. Sabre was did very well at cutting my hair and asking me lots of questions to make sure I got what I wanted. She gave a lot of attention to detail and I appreciate that. She also described other hair products really well and that made me feel confident to actually purchase some hair cream. I would recommend the Murray Scholls Sports Clips to anyone.

Quick and quality hair cuts

Paulina was excellent! She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I found out she was actually helping out on her day off due to another worker calling in sick. She wasn’t unpleasant because she had to come in on her day off and took her time cutting my hair and did an amazing job. It’s so difficult to find people these days who will go out of their way to help others without complaining or being negative. Paulina deserves a raise! And has a loyal customer going forward.

Love this place. They seem to get my hair right. Walked in about 15 min before close hoping to get trimmed up before my trip for vegas and they couldnt do it. There was 4 stylists and 3 were finishing up. Literally got a haircut 2 weeks ago and i asked if they could just 1 up the sides but that was a negative. Woulda took 4 min for a 20 dollar charge plus tip.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut asking for a long on top, short on the sides cut. He came out with a shaved head. WHAT. They rushed him in and out in 10 mins and pressured him into paying for something that he hated. Never get your hair cut here.

Definitely will be returning to here from now on. The staff is incredibly friendly. Wait time wasn’t too bad, for how busy they were. Price is good too. Overall a great experience.

This was the fisrt and last time I will get a haircut at Sport Clips. It was the worst haricut I can remember ever getting.. I showed the stylist how much hair to take off the length, I ended up with the shortest hair ive ever had, nowhere near the length we agreed apon. Almost to the point of spiking. I cant really do anything with it. Now I have to live with this for the next month or so. I should have stuck with The Barbers

Great place to get a good haircut. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The ladies are friendly and fun, and if you ask, theyll throw a little hair gel in and style you real quick when youre done. About 17 bucks or so. Good hours too.

Called them and asked if they were open on Christmas Eve day at 4:40. They said they close at 5 but will take care of me as long as I make it there before 5. Its 4:50 now and as soon as I walked in there everybody started yelling that they are not helping more customers for the day. Told them that I called before I drive all the way to here and they said I probably called another place! This is the only place Ive been going to for my haircut for the past 3 years. Even before they moved to the new location! How could Ive possibly called another place when I have their phone number saved on my phone???Unfortunately they lost 60$ a month of residual revenue forever! Im sad to announce that Im not doing business with these folks due to lack of professionalism and customer service skills. (My haircut usually takes 15 minutes the most)

Staff is very friendly and personable. I have never had a bad haircut. Their system allows stylist to make notes which make for ease on future visits of knowing what type of haircut you get. Have been a religious customer of Sports Clips at both Scholls and Cedar Hills. Both locations are highly recommended.

Wow, walked into this place to get a haircut. It was like a daycare inside. Wait time was 20 minutes, ended up being 30. Usually, I dont care since Ill watch what ever is on the big screen, but 30 minutes of screaming kids. Miss when the soccer moms went to Supercuts. As soon as my season pass is done, Ill try The Barbers in Progress Ride.The haircut was actually really good and saved this from being a horrible experience.

I had received a terrible haircut from GreatClips (I know my mistake was going there) but the super friendly staff at Sports Clips were understanding and happily took on the challenge! I switched over to SportClips from Barbers because of the reservation system. Liked my first and second haircut, but todays experience, has made me regret my move and i am going back to Barbers. The reason : I made an appointment online for my son with Gayla Strope at 03:18 pm . At 02:46 pm i get a message to be there in 10 minutes, so we hurry into the car and get there around 03:00 PM. We walk in and on the board, it shows my sons name at the first position and On Deck. I see Gayla (she has done my hair before) and she is cleaning up. I assume it wont be long before it is my sons turn. At a certain moment, she walks up to the counter, looks at the computer and then walks away to the back ( apparently for a break). Suddenly the board changes and my son is still at nr1 but waiting time is now set to 27 minutes.I spoke to one of the hairstylists and asks what this is all about. She tells me that is because i have asked Gayla. That to me is a nonsense reason.Why does sport clips allow for reservations, then gives a different time (phone text) and when you get there change the complete reservation again? The reason i want a reservation is because i do not want to wait long.You have just lost 2 customers and no, i will not recommend you to others. On the contrary.

Ashley did an incredible job on my hair and gave me great advice on maintaining it. Her expertise and great attitude is what keeps me coming back.

Worst haircut experience ever. I signed in, and the wait said 40 mins. I waited over an hour with 2 people before me. I spent over an hour in the chair getting a bad haircut. My haircuts are a quick 10 minute job anywhere else. If Kim calls your name I suggest running out of the salon as fast as you can.

I asked for a skin fade, didnt get one again (this is a constant hassle since I moved to Oregon) then I was told its because not white people dont normally get fades.... when the two white dudes before me got fades...

A bit expensive for my taste but I got a good hair cut and set a baseline for what to expect next time. Would be better if it wasnt just sports content but I get it..
