Even though they renovated their apartments and chamitheir name, management still sucks.

I have never been to the Arcadia Apartments. I drive by them when I was taking a friend home from the hospital that lived near there so I cant comment on the Arcadia Apartments. They have been recently remodeled and painted on the outside but beyond that I cant comment on them. This is all I know about them.

This complex is in the process of being completely renovated. Down to the studs, electrical and plumbing. That being said the target consumer is out of state students going to UofL. Huge improvement for the area.

Area is not any good

Nicer than what you would expect.

I have lived here for 5 years and the area I live in is very peaceful and quiet with wonderful, hard working neighbors.

Its a dump

I lived there and it was ran down and bed bug infested roaches mice dead in hall no safety in hallway while entering your apt, halls filty homeless enter the bldg at any time and blown lights in hall i had to go... i left before my least was up...

Newly renovated

There was about 6 black teens beating up on a white girl and no one was there to stop it. Where is LMPD? What kind of sick disgusting people do you allow to live here? Smh

Always looked rough when driving through have seen improvements lately like a total remodel

When will they fix up all theses apartments

Mostly trouble free

Bad area bad everything

Most of them are vacant and the others are awful!

Its a cesspool of thieves and thugs.

Rats, roaches, black mold and Floors falling in

I lived there for a few years

They are working on them

Have fun with it

All should be torn down
