Id just like to know why this complex has fluctuating rent prices & why when looking on the website its nothing close to what the property manager or asst property manager says? I was looking at a 2bed 1bath apartment & on line it says starting at $790.00 well what do you all only have one thats $790.00 and if so whats the difference in that apartment compared to the others (not the townhomes) & after speaking to am employee its $962.00? Thats a $172 dollar difference. Why doesnt the site reflect the price the employee says? It screams false advertisement b/c just put the real price under the the floor plans on the site vs having people think its way cheaper than what it really is 😑 its 2021 just be fully transparent about how much money yall want upfront on the website.

I have lived at Hampton Place location a little over a year. To date it has been sincerely an enjoyable experience. The office and the maintenance staff has shown me professionalism and punctuality. Those are improvements in comparison to the other two complexes I have lived since I moved to Kentucky in 2013. Residing in a gated community has given my daughter more comfort in knowing that I am safe to a degree. Given the challenges in part of the area. I am very much pleased with my choice and the opportunity to reside at Hampton Place.

Hampton Place Apartments is a friendly gated community that would suit couples, families, or even single ones. Its conveniently located Downtown for those that work in the area. What I appreciate the most is that new management maintains the cleanliness and dignity of the property.

I would never live here! I was visiting my sister at the Hampton Place last week, when I witnessed a tenant aggressively curse out a man for parking in her parking space. Come to find out, they dont even have assigned parking. Im glad my sister videoed the incident and posted it.

I have always heard positive things about Hampton Place and knew I wanted to live here. When the opportunity came available I moved in and have enjoyed living here. I feel safe and it is close to all the things I need. Courtney, Kirsty and the maintenance staff have met all my request. The service coordinator, Kendra is very friendly and great to have here. I prayed that God would allow me to live here and I pray he will allow me to stay.

Hampton Place Apartments is my very first apartment and so far I love it! I’ve been here almost a few weeks now. With that being said I will be doing an update in about six months...I have a 1bd/1bath (575 sq. feet) with washer/dryer included! Sorry I won’t be posting pictures y’all 😂💯...I just can’t do all that in this review. Anyways the Assistant Property Manager-Courtney Meng was really helpful in getting me moved into the unit! She had a great attitude and made the process as smooth as possible! Thanks Courtney!-E

I have lived here for many years and enjoy being here at Hampton Place. There could be some improvements in maintenance but I like the staff. Kendra is special, and has really brought some new things here. I really like it here and do not plan to leave.

I love living here at the Hampton place apartments. The staff is very nice and friendly. They also keep the area very nice and neat.

I have had a mostly positive experience for the past 7 years with Hampton Place up until the past two weeks. My kitchen sink has been stopped up and I have not been able to cook for a week. I havent been able to use my dishwasher, it runs over and floods my kitchen floor. I have however had a very positive relationship with my Service Coordinator, Kendra Harris. She has been so helpful to me, if not for Kendra I would have not received LIHEAP services. I was not able to get out and attend my appointment, and she did. Kendra has helped me with receiving full medical and other benefits. She is available to me when I need assistance, and she never makes me feel like I am bothering her or my issue is unimportant.

Hampton Place has been good to me and mine! Ive lived there a long time, but recently moved! The staff was always good and professional to me. You wont find a better community to live as Hampton Place...GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!

I love living here.. The manager Tanikka is really nice and easy to talk to.. Ronnie is wonderful and always nice and polite.. I love my place👌❤

PLEASE DON’T TRY TO RENT HERE BECAUSE THE MANGER COURTNEY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IF THINGS HAPPEN WHERE YOU HAVE CANCEL YOURAPPOINTMENT DO EMERGENCY SITUATION OR SITUATIONS.FIRST THING SHE WILL TELL YOU NOBODY IS WAITING ON THE APARTMENT WHEN SHE FIRST MEET YOUBUT WHEN YOU CANT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT SHE GOING SAY WELL IM GOING TO HAVE LET YOU GO BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE ARE WAITING ON THAT APARTMENT🤔

The property and assistant mangers are very unprofessional and unorganized. The property manager doesn’t let you finish your sentences, talks over you, curses at you and also has a lack of knowledge when it comes to property affairs. She and the assistant manger have poor customer service skills. They also have occurring issues with returning security deposit (even if the unit is spotless).

Lordy lordy these people are very rude and nasty Ronnie omg she is very messy she does dirty work for Ms Tameka they talk about everyone when u go to their office they are loud and rachect they come in your apartment without your consent and then harass you about your rent I thank god I moved from their because people like them you have to pray for you put in a request to have something fix they take forever then call you telling u u have a outstanding request Ms Tameka called me at work one time asking about some mini blinds in my house if u have a high deposit they will find every reason to take majority of it from you Ronnie sits and meddle and sees who comes and visits you at your place and goes tell Tameka so she can have all the info I was only there 10 months I broke my lease because they harass you about everything so be careful if you move over there and they have mice problems I pray one day they find Jesus.

Clarrisa is the manager at the property here. She treats her employees like little kids. corrects them in front of others in the building. She cusses and is very loud. She also goes drinking with employees and other professional staff that being of vendors. She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met in my life. When referring to me and I have it recorded she told me to never step foot on her f ing property ever again due to the fact accurate cleaning stole the account. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

I went to inquire about my application, the property manager was high as a kite and smelled like straight up weed. Might as well toss my application, I won’t be living there even if you do call. No thanks.
