I just renewed my lease here at The Lodges and we have loved our experience. Our neighbors are nice, it really has a family atmosphere. The staff is AWESOME. Theyre so helpful and welcoming EVERY TIME we interact with them. The grounds are kept clean and we are close to plenty of food options. The only heads up I will give is that there is no light in the master bedroom closet and when it is time to renew your lease theyre not really willing to budge in the price increase. However, there is a reason why I gave them 5 stars! The good def outweighs the bad and I will completely suggest this place as home for a family, a bachelor.. anyone!

I applied for a apartment with The Lodge .and the staff working the office are very unprofessional, unorganized and unaware of how to use/operate the online application portal. The leasing Consultant is unaware of how to properly input information applying for a apartment or how to even use the online system. Thr property manager is very unprofessional and will not discuss things with you but give you a run around so you can leave her alone and she doesn’t have to answer the question. I would not recommend anyone living in these apartments, the front office staff isn’t the best !!!!!

An amazing apartment complex! My wife and I moved here and were the first ones to live in our first apartment here. The staff was super accommodating to our needs and more than generous to help us in anything we needed. We stayed for 1 1/2 years and really felt at home here, the floors are thin so getting friendly with the neighbors maybe necessary, but beyond that we have nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a friendly staff to help you out look no further. So sad to leave our favorite apartment and the friends we made here.

We absolutely love this complex; minus the lack of insulation between floors and rude manager. I had my first contact with Allison who was absolutely amazing; so easy to deal with, understanding, and just really all around a great professional. We quickly realized that Margie (supposedly the manager), on the other hand, has been our worst nightmare! She is taking complaints and concerns from the people living under us without even listening or hearing us- basically just acting as we are rude and inconsiderate humans! The floors are thin, as we hear the people above us as well, we just choose to realize that we are apartment living and not complain. The people under us, however, have made multiple complaints and actually harassed us regarding my kids walking to loud- mind you, they are in bed at 8:30. Her rude phone calls and harassment that we need to move are beyond unprofessional.... and from what I have heard, we aren’t the only family that she has acted this way to. Very, very frustrating.

I haven’t moved in yet - still waiting for approval. But I have toured the complex and it was beautiful! I cannot wait to hopefully call this place home soon. Allison was very prompt and helpful in answering my questions and was very welcoming. I loved the granite countertops and the silent ceiling fans! It was a wonderful experience and the way the community is built it makes the place seem so friendly and open.

Allison was our first contact and she was amazing. We later met Margie, Jordan and John. This is a temporary stay for us as we are building a home in another state. The office staff has gone out of their way to be accommodating with an unknown completion date for our new home. We could not be more pleased or satisfied. We have had to call maintenance after hours one time and the problem was immediately corrected, and on a Saturday night by John. He was very professional. This is a new community and we moved in at the height of construction. It was all around us. We were never inconvenienced. New construction presents obstacles and we were prepared for this. We have loved our stay at The Lodges and we think very highly of the entire team...trash pick up, maintenance, landscapers, irrigation workers and all office staff. Margie and Allison are Rock Stars! While the construction at the beginning was rough, the staff is the absolute best! They have always greeted me with a smile and know exactly who I am when I walk in the door. The apartment is extremely well updated with stainless steel appliances and the fixtures are very modern. Much more storage space than any other apartment I’ve ever lived in or toured. Will definitely be renewing my lease when it comes due!

The Lodges is such a wonderful place to live! We love the location, and all of the amenities! We love the gym, and the mini Starbucks bar in the office, and the ability to rent the main area for parties! We have young kids, so we love that there is a playground, and a pool for the warmer months! The office staff is exceptional, they go above and beyond what they need to do! They work hard to know us personally, even our kids. The apartments themselves are brand new, clean, and very modern. We really like how they look. Overall, we are very pleased with our choice of moving here!

Theses apartments are amazing and have everything that me and my family could ask for so respectful and nice staff and residents I’m glad I can call this apartment complex my home we plan to stay for many years to come 👍🏾

I helped build their swimming pool, and while I dont agree with them keeping it open during cold seasons to attract tenants theyre taking care of it.Their maintenance teams seams on top of things, everyday I saw them doing tons of tasks throughout the complex.I looked at the apartments online and they seam great. From the outside it looks like an amazing place to live. I just wish I could afford it.

I gave them a three stars onky because I was trying to get them to contact me for 3 days with no success. I had to rent somewhere else . I wish they would just return thier calls or even have a person in office to pick up the phone when I called and also emailed. I did visit the place on my own and it seems pretty good, safe, and nice. I also talked to residents there and they seem happy with the place. I just could not get anyone to return my calls so I can rent. Too bad.

We are extremely happy at The Lodges, when we went in we were greeted by Allison who was super helpful and incredibly sweet. We had just had a terrible tragedy with a house fire and lost everything. We needed a place to live quick. She got us in three days later. The team at Lodges works hard to make it a great place to live. Thanks Allison and team. I want to add Jordan never greets without a smile and no request is too big. Great folks!! The entire group works hard

I have only done a tour so far and I dont understand why they dont have a 5 star rating!?, its a beautiful place with amazing office staff. Cant wait to put in all my paperwork and move in.Im just going to go ahead and edit this review, moved in and settled still loving it here. The staff treats me like a human being and is always so kind, no problems yet and probably wont be any. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. affordable luxury living!

I am changing my review upon living here for several months. I feel that the issues I had upon moving in were from higher up and with Burlington capital themselves. The construction was a mess, I was very unhappy with the timing and the overall condition upon moving in however the staff is kind and helpful, the maintenance men are prompt and easily available. They are great to deal with and will help if they can. Good community to live in. Only complaint I could make is the lack of parking and I wish they would have included more. Again a Burlington capital issue not one with the lodges.

Moved here recently from Texas and couldnt be happier. The staff is extremely friend and always willing to work with you on any issues you may be having. Quick on maintenance and very safe environment. Ive lived in my apartment for several months now and love calling this place my home. It is a very quiet and calm neighborhood with a lot of amenities.There is some construction currently going on but I work during the day so I dont hear anything by the time Im home. The management staff is also very helpful on letting the community know when there will be more than usual construction going on but that is to be expected with a brand new facility.I would recommend theses apartments to my other single lady friends as I have never felt worried walking to my truck at night or in my apartment. Very secure and safe place to live.

Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived at. False advertising everything is not finished but yet you have to pay full price with only receiving like 70% of the amenities. Emailed management few times they stopped answering me after the first email. There no parking because the construction crew takes up all the parking. Someone towed my car and moved it 7 spots away for no reason didnt tell me or ask me. Still dont have grass!!!! When I moved in they told me 3-4 weeks it would all be done going on 3 months now. I cant wait to move out of here would not recommend moving here to anyone. The office also gives out the wrong packages to the wrong people has happened twice.

I can’t say enough good things about The Lodges! Margie & Jordan have done a phenomenal job!! I moved out in June of this year & miss waking up to the 3rd floor poolside view. I continue to go back and visit friends that still live there, as well as to see, Margie & Jordan. I highly recommend! No apartment community is perfect, but for me, when I needed an apartment this was the one!Melissa Cruz

Do not ever rent this apartment if you have young kids. They can hardly move around someone will complain if they do because of the noise. Have lost my peace of mind.Update: I moved to a ground/first floor apartment and it got better.

***UPDATE***Margie, Jordan and Allison have assembled as the dream team. Yes we had a rough experience at the beginning (as everyone was learning their way around this new community) but this team has gone over and beyond to accommodate us. We are impressed. We have decided to stay another year and took on a larger apartment home a few doors up on the same building.Please do not move here! The sound barrier in these homes are non-existent. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Everything. In turn, that means they can hear everything you are doing. You are constantly bothered by loud foot steps, dogs barking, loud music and people chatting (you can understand their conversations through the walls). As I write this review I’m listening to my neighbors above me play “fetch” with their 75 pound dog. Please! Please! Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these so called “luxury” apartments.

I love living at The Lodges! I have felt very comfortable living here since day one. The front office team is welcoming and they made sure my move in was easy. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, with granite countertops in the kitchen and large living spaces. The open floor concept between the kitchen, dining room and living room makes the apartment very open. My favorite part is the large walk-in shower and also the huge patio! The amenities here are great! My friends that live here and I have used the fire pit to roast s’mores, the gym, pool, the clubhouse Starbucks machine and dog park. Looking forward to using the outdoor kitchen and car vacuum station soon. I highly recommend living at The Lodges!

Moved in when my building just finished, inside of apartments are amazing, plenty of room and great styling. Nice workout room, friendly front office staff and will get things taken care of right away. Very hard to hear what neighbors are doing.

Well kept neighborhood. Did not go inside any residence just went there to pick up someone.

Love the location; Quiet area, yet close to so much. The Lodges team works hard and makes everyone feel welcome.

I moved in at the beginning of June and I have to say they have exceeded my expectations. I am a very meticulous person with very high standards and these apartments are so clean and contemporary with phenomenal design. These apts are the top in luxury living in Kentuckiana without a doubt...and believe I shopped around. Not even close. They offer a second to none clubhouse and exercise facility. With a virtual spin class and actual bike repair shop. Last but not least a full service Starbucks coffee bar. The staff has been very accommodating and very friendly and if you go see anyone I recommend seeing Jordan.

Will be a great place to live once construction is all done come along very well finish front looks really good come give us a visit
