Picked me and my wife up at 130 am when no other Lyft or Uber could pick us up, also Uber charged practically millions for a 8 mile drive. Communication was swift and the ride was smooth with no problems. 10/10. Very thankful to not be stranded

24/7 Taxi Service dispatch and driver really came through today. My husband, son, and I had been stranded in our broken down vehicle, waiting for our awesome tow truck driver, and had no idea how we could get to a car rental place. We called so many car rental places but all were closed except the airport locations! We had broken down 17 miles from there and only had 45 minutes to get there. Walking was out of the question. 24/7 Taxi Service jumped right into action, and I was easily able to explain where I was to the driver because he was very knowledgeable about the area. I felt safe while he was driving, and he was very polite and nice to chat with. He arrived promptly, and got us to our car rental place just in time. I probably said thank you a million times, but I wanted to say it one more time because we are so grateful! We appreciate your quick and professional service!! Thank You!!

They provided me with a ride when. Uber and Lyft failed. I had.been waiting for four hours for a ride home and there were no drivers with Lyft and the 2 drivers out And about with Uber wanted almost $70 dollars for a ride normally $9 .Well after calling Fresno yellow cab first and was told there was no drivers so I couldnt get a ride I called these guys had won something on Tuesday morning and he said hed be there in 7 minutes and he was there in six took me home we went to the drive through on the way and he was professional and courteous and just a great driver so it was a good trip and I will be utilizing them more often now especially since they take cash or charge unlike Uber and Lyft (speAking of someone really needs to look into Uber thats price guging I thought thats against the law during a time of crisis) but 24/7 great job guys thank you very much.

Pet friendly provide transportation to sac with 4 Huskies I would recommend an upgrade to this high quality taxi service sam a good driver got me there safely in one piece with no scares along the ride.

Terrible.Over one hour of waiting for the taxi, (from this taxi company), 3 phone calls for updates, response(s) given to me,(every single time), 10-15 minutes arrival to pick me up.Never came during my one hour and 29minute wait.*** when I called for the update, per the same person answering the phone, the driver was, supposedly, around the corner or down the street, (every time) !??!

This is by far the worst taxi service ever, they make up their own prices, no meters and are rude 24/7. I’ve rode in their “ taxi “ at least 3 times, each time the price was different. Every place i went to was the same place when i requested the ride and got charged $30 for going up bullard. I wouldn’t HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this service.

Tried to get a taxi for a customer that was deaf. When I called the guy that I talked to said that his drivers wouldn’t take a person that is deaf because it would be too hard and he didn’t want his drivers in that position. Discrimination much? I think so. This company is a joke.

These guys are awesome! I was stuck and could not find anyone to pick me up, I found them online, their team was actually really nice and friendly! Their dispatcher sent out a driver and picked me up within 15 min., I made it home safely and am so glad they came to my rescue. Very affordable and awesome cars, will be back again!

This company is a mess and not reliable. I tried to schedule a car service for a customer for 4:15 AM the next day. I spoke to Kevin - three different times in the same day. He assured me all was well and scheduled. The morning of, the car never showed up. We called and the first time, the dispatcher sounded like he was asleep and confused. I called a second time and was told the car showed up and that my customer had left in another car. When I repeated the address, the dispatcher sounded confused. He asked me to wait 5-6 minutes. 15 minutes later, I called a third time and was told It was my fault because I gave the wrong address, which was not true. It is unfortunate that 24/7 car service company is so unreliable with such strong competition as Uber and Lyft. My customers were stressed and late to the airport and ran through security minutes before gate closed.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!! I have used 24/7 taxi multiple, multiple times. Usually the drivers are really nice, so when I was put into a life or death situation I decided to call them. The driver treated me horribly and way over charged me. Ive been on the phone with the manager of the company who will do nothing to put me at ease. I feel like his driver robbed me and put me into a dangerous situation and the manager will do nothing about it.

I had a medical emergency while part of a group tour in Sequoia National Park and was two hours away from the closest medical supply store. I reached Mike and requested a driver to pick up a medical device and bring it to me. Sam went to the medical device store, waited a while for the order to be filled, and rushed it to me. When Sam arrived, I instructed him to wait because if the device didn’t work I had to be taken to the hospital. Sam waited nearly an hour and had to rush me to the hospital. Mike kindly gave me a special rate for this ride. Three hours later when I left the hospital after minor surgery, Sam was awaken to take me back to my wife and tour in the middle of the night. I can’t describe in words how nicely I was treated and how much this meant to me.

We hired this limo taxi to visit my family friend in fresno california It was amazing service! It arrived fast and the rate was very Professional. The cab was very clean and the driver was very nice and polite! I highly recommend!

Man never replied back to my text to confirm time of my pick up. Expensive; they wanted to charge me $50 for a round trip being 20 minutes distanced, when Lyft would’ve only charged me $28, & with a 25% discount added; would’ve been charged less, free of charge, I guessed, because I’ve been a member for a while so it provides discounts biweekly. & Lyft & Uber has phone chargers, driver face id profile photo with rating & complaint options, & driver route updates, & vehicle type information, & price estimate, & route finalization charge; not it being upfront.

Wouldnt even pick up my mother from the hospital because they said and I quote the driver wont even pick up because they have to have the money up front said no taxi service ever. How can you ask for money up front if you dont know the exact price!!

If you call ahead to make a reservation, make sure to tell them 20 minutes before your desired departure. For example, if you want to leave at 6am, tell them 5:40, and they will show up at 6 on the dot. Also be prepared to be called “bro” over and over again by the guy answering the phone, and by the driver.

The 1 star rating is giving it wayyyyy too much.I had 45 minto gey to train. I am only 5+ miles from station. I waited 20 mins. And call .ONLY FOR DISPATCH TO TELL ME SHE COULDNT GET ANYONE TO ME.....SHORT STORY TOLD I MISSED MY TRAIN.!!!

Rude service

Very very rude had me and my 3 month old daughter get out of the car because we were gonna have our family member pay for us once we got to our destination because we didnt have the money upfront. Its a indian guy with a strong hindu accent..DO NOT call for their terrible service.

I always had great service and excellent rides 5 stars even for the last 3 years Ive used this service but tonights was the worst ride I ever took ask to go to a ride to Sanger walmart the driver really didnt know to get there .used gps and we all know it sometimes isnt right so we were on 6 different freeways u wonder how that is when freeway from where I am isnt needed we were on 180 to 41 to 180 again to 41 to99 then home 180 big circle we stated wrong way he got mad started yelling we gave wrong address but we didnt and this was a round trip to the price kept changing he drove crazy I had I a few anxiety attacks had Ill feeling on ride home and still he raised his voice to insulting us on directions when we told the freeway wasnt needed cedar to Jensen straight down how hard is that then back not hard he insisted that it was more miles and the drive that was is only 11 miles each way I decided not to use service no more just to avoid that ruin and mean driver ps try to call and give complaint and guy on phone said wrong number# how sad is that

I WILL NEVER FEEL SAFE CALLING A TAXI AGAIN !!!!!! Very rude and disrespectful called me VERY cruel names. Acted like a child when i had to cancel the ride. HARASSED ME by calling and texting my phone over and over again. And threated me that he will get his justice. VERY SCARY !!!!!!!! UBER AND LYFT are just a safer way to travel you get to see the driver and vehicle and decide if you want them to be your driver or not. You can see where their at and ETA . and if the driver was was rude or mean in anyway, UbER and LYFT will take them off the road immediately if you report them .

5am shuttle ride. Car smelled like smoke. Unsafe Hazy windshield hard to see road. Driver sped 90mph in 65mph zone and laughed when asked speed limit. Driver read text on phone while speeding looking down and took personal phone calls while driving no hands free device. Driver complained of being tired after working 11hrs. Scary unsafe experience over all.
