I give them a 5 star, everybody in the office is very sweet. When I need maintains they will come right on. Every since Hollie and her assistant been here they have did alot of improvement. I love it here.....

Good: management is nice, and reasonable ish priceBad: Management is terrible at communicating information to residents. Also, the Parking lot towing is enforced by a highly predatory and Nefarious seeming towing service. I have left for work and seen 4+ tow trucks looking for cars. They towed mine because of new stickers I didn’t know about due to poor communication from management. They are only hurting the residents, and that really sucks

I just moved in on June 18th and Irvin saved the day! Literally everything that could go wrong DID go wrong. I was feeling very defeated and thought I would have to push my move in date to the following Monday, but Irvin patiently waited for me to arrive after the office closed. From start to finish he was very polite and helpful. We love our new apartment! Thank you so much!

Zero communication. They forced to let our lease expire, when we tried to renew, we were told our only options were to go month to month, or move into a higher prices, renovated apartment. We had to basically force this information out of them, because they havent told us anything.

We are resident here since 2016 and have seen different management over time. Today my experience with manager Holly was wonderful. She listened to me carefully and found solutions to the problems we were having.

Tuscany has been a great decision for me and my girls since moving here from Kansas. The Management and office staff have been nothing but amazing making us feel like family. They have been very prompt on all maintenance requests. Alicia and Ms. Tammy have gone above and beyond making sure I was able to renew my lease. I know I can also say they have been great during this pandemic. Still following through with request and being on property for all resident needs. All around great staff and beautiful renovated apartments!

With all that is taking place inside of covid the one thing we can constantly lean on, is health and fitness, as it is necessary to our overall well-being. our complex @tuscanyatlakepointe has been working diligently with the reopening of our workout facilities. I can definitely appreciate this because I am definitely one that acknowledges, health is wealth! and I just want to thank the staff for all of their diligence and hard work in efforts to rectify this matter 😉

My experience at Tuscany at Lakepointe has been nothing but great...the office staff is awesome Ms.Tammy and Ms. Alicia are very professional and is always there to help when needed. The apartments are being painted giving it a refreshing look. I would highly recommend Tuscany at Lakepointe!!

We lease several corporate units from Tuscany and the staff is very professional and courteous. The apartments are very clean and bright. A lot of windows, updated appliances, spacious bedrooms. Great bang for your buck in the Lewisville area.

I’m really pleased with how professional and responsive Ms. Alicia is at the office. She always greets us with a smile, and she makes sure our request are completed in a efficient time. I am pleased to have her as apart of our complex community.

This community and staff seemed very pleasant. The floor plans were good. Management staff was beyond awesome.

The MGMT staff are amazing, professional and very interested in the needs and wants of prospect residents. The floor plans are greatness and I highly recommend this community.

Recently moved into these apartments in June 2020. The visits and leasing process is very smooth. Alicia and her colleagues in the leasing office are very helpful, friendly and patient.- The apartments are spacious and upgraded- all house here have a small work desk area which i liked- Granite counter tops in the kitchen and work desk are strong and sturdy- wooden floor in the living area and new carpet in the bedrooms- it is right next to a lake and DCTA train station, also very close to Target, COstco, Bestbuy and other stores.

Ive enjoyed my stay here. Weve been under new management and the improvements are great from office to landscape and maintenance. The area is full of everything your need from food to entertainment. Come seek living here and be amazed as I am.Thank you and see you soon new tenants.Rhonda Smith

I love living here at Tuscany@lakepointe apartments. The staff are great and very helpful. Whenever I have a problem in my apartment they are right on time and everything is fine. The management is great.

I moved into these apartments in October2019! An I will tell you this, dont move your family into this place. Its horrible here, the office managers are very kind people but I dreaded coming here when I get off of work. Its like 10,000 kids that are constantly running around the parking lot someone broke into my car and the people upstairs has an army that march constantly. So if youre reading this get a house this isnt worth the waste of your time or money! Thats all I will say... Tuscany Lakepoint not cool👽

Updating my review after actually having lived here for only a week. Maintenance does not handle any issues in a timely fashion and if they do they do not fix stuff when they say they do. The parking lot is filled with kids cussing smoking weed and being all around disrespectful. Neighbors are very harassing. I’ve called the police 3 times in one week. Leasing office is very negligent with fixing or addressing concerns. I can honestly say that my safety and my children’s safety is at risk here. This place is the most ghetto place I have ever experienced. I can’t stand it here. I would have never moved in if I knew it was managed and run the way it is. Hate hate hate this place and I want out already! Please do not move here for any reason, I’d rather live in a box.

Ive lived here 9 months and cant complain much.It can be loud occasionally, but it has died down a lot the past few months. The are a lot of kids that live in this complex. They can get rowdy, but thats not a reflection on the apartment complex itself or the office staff.The front office staff is always extremely nice, and all of my maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely manner. They often have events going on to keep the residents involved.My apartment is spacious, and I have never had any sort of issue with pests. When my dishwasher quit draining, they replaced it quickly, and replaced the ice maker and microwave, as well. Noise filters through the walls from the stairwell, but it doesnt bother me a whole lot.The pool is pretty small but never very busy. The gym is pretty basic. Parking has never been an issue. There are dog clean-up stations throughout. They were out of doggie bags for a long time (maybe a month?), but thats only happened once and was easily resolved by my bringing a bag with me to walk my dogs.Overall, I have been quite content here and will probably renew my lease when the time comes. :)

Maintenance is horrible I moved here in September 2019..been having problems from day one.. isle on stove wobbles..dishwasher doesnt work...after months they brought another stove doing the same thing,so thats still not fixed. They keep saying try this try that..to this day it still doesnt work...Then the hallway bathroom got flooded upstairs leak..maintenance never came to my apartment to get the water off the floor..I used towels and my fan..now the floor boards are loose..still waiting on that to be fixed..A couple months after that the living room ceiling start leaking..maintenance came tried to fix it but made a bigger mess..water started to pour down in my living room..it went over to the kitchen..coming out the light fixtures. They left that hole in the ceiling for 2 days ..and the office staff seem to not care never contact me to let me know how or when it will be fixed... I REGRET MOVING HERE..DO NOT MOVE HERE.its not what they tell you guys .

The apartment manager is unorganized. She has misplaced our rent 2 month in a row. And claimed we didnt pay. First time she called me and found it over the phone. Second time she sent a letter. Very unprofessional. The grounds,hall ways and stair ways are very dirty Id post a picture but its not giving me an opinion. The gate has never been properly working for more then a few day since ive moved in in November. On several occasions ice witnessed kids climbing over the gate and brick wall. People with animals dont clean up after their animale also have pictures. Id never suggest moving into a place like this to anyone.

People in the office are very kind, the man speaks spanish if u need help, he very kind. Maintenance is good, they take care of all problems. good apartments

Stayed here a while back...came in with my girls today to find them a nice place...the folks in the office are kind and helpful especially the young man whose name i do not recall...and they apartments are sturdy and clean they done a lot of upgrading since i was there years back

I have been a resident for more than 2 years and I really like living at Tuscany, Alicia the Assistant Manager owns and resolves all residential concerns, the NEW maintenance staff is friendly and proficient! I moved here from out of state and at first the reviews had me second guessing the apartments but the area sold me. Let me say I’m glad I followed my mind and own opinion.The ladies in the office is nice and helpful and the maintenance guys are phenomenal! I’m not sure if they are some new maintenance crew from the bad reviews but when I moved in I had minor issues and they came and solved my issues the same day. The roaches? I haven’t seen in my apartment but I did see dead ones ( I rather they be dead than live. So far I like the complex

I really like it here at Tuscany Lakepointe the apartment is really big, the maintenance Men are very nice and good at what they do and I love my balcony it faces the lake here with pleanty of room and the ladys in the lease office are very nice and professinal. The only cons I would say about Lakepointe Is the residents letting there dogs poop every where, which is not the apartment complex fault and there is not enough parking spaces. But other than that so far I really love it here and my kids love it here as well.

My time here has gotten worse. There continues to be young children hanging out in the stairwell, smoking and trashing the commons. There are residents leaving their FULL & FOUL trash bags outside my apartment and management has not picked it up in 2 weeks. I hate it here!

So now apparently this dump only allows residents to use the gym during office hours. This makes me furious because the 24 hour access to the gym and the lake view were the absolute only reasons I moved into these disappointing apartments 3 months ago. I spoke over the phone with a woman working at the office and she had no information other than “oh I’m just a temp and that’s what they told me to say” sweetheart that doesn’t answer my questions, why are you answering the phone if you are unable to give any useful information? I work nights and the only time I ever went to the gym was at 5,6, or 7am because I sleep during the day. These apartments keep making it harder and harder to live here. Focus on keeping this place clean and safe, focus on clearing out the people who are drinking and doing drugs out in the open. Stop doing unnecessary things to piss people off and focus on what really matters

DO NOT MOVE IN!! In the past two weeks alone there have been TWO ATTEMPTED HOMOCIDES, a shooting and a stabbing. On top of that, they have the kahunas to ask $1,100/mo for 2 bedroom rent, even if its subsidized. Outdated apartments with terrible air flow (half of the rooms dont have return vents), fire alarms and sprinklers are half broken, most of maitinence quit, and poor management to top that off. This place is NOT worth it. Youd get a better deal at the apartments across the street. At least theyre safe, and you pay for what you get.

FRONT OFFICE TOLD ME THE DEPOSIT WAS 225. I PAID 250. (FRONT RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THIS WAS REFUNDABLE NO DOUBT!!! AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN 2 WEEKS LATER.. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 700 FOR ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT BEFORE MOVING IN.. IF I CANT PAY IT, THEN I LOOSE MY DEPOSIT ALREADY PAID !! ! IM SO UPSET THAT THEY WILL DO THIS TO A SINGLE PARENT. I WAS LIED TO. JUST SAD HOW APARTMENT COMPLEXES GET OVER ON PEOPLE.

I lived here for 2 years and couldnt wait to move out. My apartment was infested with rats and pest control only came out and laid traps that did nothing. When I went to the office they laughed at me for coming in and complaining about the infestation instead of taking care of it myself. The traps eventually killed about 4 rats but I continued to see more and more which lead me to believe the problem was bigger than I expected. Still management did nothing about it. I lived on the 3rd floor and couldnt expect that these rats were coming in from my front door but that there was some other problem. Then when I moved out they didnt send my final bill to my forwarding address they sent it to another address and by the time I received it, it was 30 days past due and sent to a collections agency. They charged me to paint my apartment and I was told it was simply because I had occupied the space for more than a year. I explained how I didnt think it was fair but they didnt seem to really care. Its crazy that a long-term tenant is penalized for residing in an apartment at the term of your lease. After I had to live with rats for about 7 months. Also it is roach infested as well. I would NOT recommend anyone reside here. I have pictures of all the mouse poop found in my closets, underneath the hood of the stove in my pantry and underneath the kitchen sink. I usually dont write reviews but if there is anyone I can help avoid this disgusting living environment I thought should give it a shot.

Since the new management came office staff is rude, it takes forever forever for them to do work orders, the old staff use to leave a paper showing everything they completed in your apartment, the trash is always everywhere, disgusting property, new management wants to fine us for every little thing now, these arent luxury apartments as they try and advertise, over priced and dont compare to any apartments on the street.

I have been happy living here. Going on a total of 16 months and my lease ends next month. I have a garage and a 3 bedroom. Maintenance is pretty on top of things. I do wish people didnt throw their furniture in the dumpter in the middle of the apartment complex. Or maby its just the location of the dumpster? I wish they would have steady staff aswell. Some have been great some have been mean but it doesnt matter since i dont have to go into the office much. But other then that i love my Lakeview and have never had problems with anyone. Kids do run around a lot un supervised but they are children so in a sense I feel safe knowing if a lil 2 and 6 yr old can walk about within the gates and they are fine then so am I. Plus they are cute. I do smell alot of dope being smoked and sometimes my bathroom reeks of it and its not me so I assume its a neighbor but to each its own and what can I do about it anyways. I suppose if these things dont bother you, you will be fine. Convient location aswell down the street from Target, Michaels the mall etc.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNTIL APPROVED OR JUST DO NOT GO PERIOD***This has been one of the worst experiences. I went in to view the complex Tuscany at Lakepointe in Lewisville, Tx. The unit I was applying for had a MAX income, the lady at the desk ran the numbers and said I qualified with no issue so I returned the next day with the application, application fee and the $200 deposit(refundable). On the paperwork and as per the ladies in the office the $200 (as a money order which I was instructed NOT TO FILL OUT in case I was denied) would be refunded if my application was denied. After calling multiple times over 2+ weeks I finally get to speak to a manager in the front as they are short staffed who tells me my app was conditional and I would need to put more money down, I told her as soon as I received the approval and move in date that would not be a problem. Another week goes by when I call again to check the status when I am informed my application was denied as I am over the income restriction. I was confused as 2 different ladies had ran my income and stated I was good but now I am not?!. The manager Nakeitha Houston told me the people who took my money and my application should have known ahead of time that I did not qualify and that even though I was denied I could not have my $200 deposit back?! I requested the documentation stating it is nonrefundable to which I was told no they would not provide me anything I SIGNED or anything regarding my deposit. Many calls have been made in an attempt to get my deposit back and I have reached out to a law office who attempted to call for my documents along with information on the deposit polices, they were HUNG UP ON!!! My lawyers office was appalled and is currently working on subpoenas and such to begin taking legal actions! I would prefer to work this out without legal action but the manager has left us with no other option and I have yet to be called after many voicemails by anyone else.UPDATE***Because the complex would not give me their corporate number, the apartment locator that is helping me was able to get it and send it to me. After leaving a voicemail with the corporate office I received a call back the same day. The corporate office informed me they would put this on priority as they didnt understand why the complex would hold my REFUNDABLE deposit if I was denied based on my income. By the end of the day I was called back and told I will be receiving a check for my deposit. I was happy to have a resolution although I have not received the check as of now - almost 3 WEEKS later after being told it would be sent.** The same manager that yelled and refused to listen to me about my deposit from the beginning called about my disturbing google review asking if i would remove it. No I will not as people need to be aware of the possible issues faced when considering your complex. If you do not want bad reviews dont provide bad service.

The manager is rude and a lier I would not recommend these apartment. They had me pay a 647 in a water bill that I was not receiving on a monthly basis. Now they are being fined by the Texas utilities commissioner.

I love my apartment

After living here for 7 months I was assaulted and robbed within the complex. Not a safe place to live. On top of that I asked for an extension on paying the rent as the mugging occurred right at the end of the month. The ladies in the office said they would grant me until the 7th, then the next day I got home to an eviction notice on my door. When I went and talked to them about it they said I had to pay the rent plus 4 days late fees or get evicted. Dont waste your time or money with this apartment complex, they are screwy as hell not to mention the gates are always broken and trash is always strewn about the complex. We have also had someone come spray for roaches and still find them occasionally. So to sum it up Tuscany at Lakepoint is unsafe, dirty, janky, infested and unreasonable.

If you are planning to move here or thinking about moving here, DONT DO IT!!!!! This apartment complex is an absolute mess. At one point i considered breaking my lease, I can not wait it get out of this trash place. There is a major bug problem, the staff does not help you one single bit ! alll these bad little kids run around the entire complex, absolutely G-E-T-O . worst mistake ive ever made. must be the fact that its section 8 & avenue 5, HORROROSO
