I love my nails. Cristine did an amazing job. This set is well worth the price and time. When you call ahead be sure to tell them you want nail art, or you will have to wait a bit. Totally worth it.I left something behind and they kept it safe till the next day as well. They also fix a little irritation under my cuticle right away. Will come back.

I have been here twice and gotten dipped nails both times. I am very plan Jane when it comes to fingernails (not toenails) I just got mine done again here today and they are perfect!! Everyone I witnessed in this salon both today and the other time seemed to be extremely happy!! They are friendly and are very accommodating to what you want.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set with gel polish and my eyebrows waxed. The staff was friendly and welcoming without constantly trying to upsale you! The nail Tech I had did absolutely fantastic he was quick and efficient without losing quality. The waxer was there very quick to turn my bushes of brows into 2 nicely arched brows that fit my face perfectly. The facility was nice and clean. And the chairs were comfortable enough to take a nap in. If you are looking for a nail salon I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

So I actually feel bad leaving bad reviews but after going to this place twice and not having good experiences either time and then removing the polish from nails to discover I think the tech may have either damaged my nail or done a very poor job at removing the dip...I have to.The first time I went to this salon I got dipping powder and a pedicure and was running a little late which is where my experience began. I take 100% responsibility for running late so I want to be clear about that. I called the salon at 9:35 to let them know I was exactly 2 minutes away picking up a cup of coffee that had taken longer than expected. I honestly thought thered be a grace period but wanted to be courteous and let them know I would be there very soon. I was told I would lose my appointment and that they were fully booked so i better get there in those exact two minutes. I abandoned my already paid for coffee even though I could see it on the counter but they hadnt had a chance to hand it to me and rushed over. I walked in flustered (not wearing a mask, apologies, Im not an anti-masker just forgot to put it on!) and was told to check in and wash my hands. I was directed to a chair and asked what colors do you want? Having not had my nails done in over a thought I could have a second to choose but they handed me just one book of colors. Knowing this couldnt possibly be all the dip colors they offered I asked to see more. They seemed annoyed by that.Anyway, fast forward to getting my toes done and nails done after I panicked and just picked some that looked decent. While there I heard no less than 4 customers showing up late to their appointments, between 10-15 minutes late without so much as a blink of the eye from the techs (I was listening to what time they said their appointment was and watching the clock) which left a bad taste in my mouth because I at least called ahead but anyway, again admittedly my fault for running 7 minutes late.The job itself wasnt the best honestly. My toes smudged 5 hours later leaving me to think the polish was put on extremely thick as I had sat with them drying for the duration of getting the dip. And my fingernails seemed sloppy. The cuticles werent cut back fully and this caused peeling up of the dip.I decided to go back since my first experience may have just been a bad day and I needed my dip removed after 2 nails had peeled right off. I showed up early this time. I asked for my nails to be shaped into an oval. The technician seemed to try but my nails were weirdly skewed to one side. It was hard to capture in a picture but Im attaching anyway, and not straight. Im not sure he fully knew how to remove the dip. The polish was full of ripples which I wasnt happy about but figured it was maybe just thick polish. Until today when I removed the polish. I believe the technician actually filed away my nail itself with the drill and has caused actual ripples in my nails. I dont think its leftover dip. I really hope my nails will grow out because they did not have these grooves prior to this appointment. Overall very unhappy. I felt like I spent a lot of money and didnt get the treat yourself relaxation or even a good manicure/pedicure I was really looking forward to. Not to mention, no one seemed overall very friendly which just kind of put a damper on everything as well.

They are always super busy and only accept mostly appointments. I get my nails done (overlay with gel polish) by Andy and hes great. Highly recommend

I love this place! They’re all always so kind, prompt, and very detailed! I’m picky about my nails and they always make sure everything looks great and is nice and clean when you leave! I also love that their pedicures involve a long massage! 10/10!

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:I would’ve preferred to write a raving review about this place, but that wouldn’t be an honest review of my experience here today. Like most nail salons, I’m used to the cold greeting of an equivalent take on “what do you want”. I was asked that by a couple of techs before I was directed to check in where the iPad was. I sat down to wait and apparently one of the techs told me to go back to the nail station when I’m done. Well, it took me a minute to complete the check in because the iPad crashed. And, when the lady tech came back to get me she made a passive aggressive comment that she was sitting back there waiting for me. Let’s fast forward through the uncomfortable vibe and unwelcoming tone to the quality of the SNS process. First expect to soak you’re fingertips in warm acetone, if you’re not used to that and work in healthcare and have really dry hands it’s not comfortable. I was almost impressed by the nail dipping quality until she was almost done and I felt a stickiness right under my nail tip. She attended to it with her sharp thumbnail and dug under my nail with paper towel soaked acetone. She was careless and that was evident when I told her that was very discomforting and later noticed blood under my nail bed from her forcing the acetone underneath. I should’ve checked to look but that same nail also got a smudge from her pressing that hard. I noticed on my way home and evenmoreso when my finger burns when I wash my hands. Which, as a healthcare worker, I do about 15x/day. I’ve never felt so strongly about regretting tipping and getting my nails done at a salon. From start to finish there was barely a redemption moment in quality of work and service. I used to come here a few years ago and always had a great experience with Tom, but this time I had a lady with glasses who acted reluctant to even do my nails the entire time. She had such an indifferent attitude the entire 45-1hr I was there and that could hurt the business from gaining new loyal clients, but I witnessed that with her loyal customers she throws on the fakest perky attitude for about 5 seconds. Take my opinion as you will.UPDATED REVIEW:The night I wrote this review below Tom - the owner contacted me right away to understand what happened that day and offered a way to provide a solution. It’s rare to encounter an owner who shows this level of care for a customer and their experience. We spent about 10+ min on the phone and just ended up chatting and having a great conversation.I’ve had 2 services since this experience and I’ve elected to do them with Tom because he provides consistently great quality SNS nails. I schedule with him every two weeks now to keep my nails looking fleeky and he has rebuilt my trust to do so. Check out the last 3 photos of my new and improved nails and experience outcomes.

Recently visited and got a mani/pedi and the service was good. The covid precautions were decent - it was crowded but there were a lot of barriers put up and hand washing and masks were required. My pedicure (especially the massage) was amazing and a really great value! I really wish I could give my visit more stars but my manicure is where it went downhill for me. I am trying to spare my nails from SNS and gel polish and was excited theyve finally grown enough to use regular polish. But my technician used extremely thick coats of polish and did not let it dry fully in between coats. It was so thick that the fan they use to dry the polish left ripples on some of the nails. She wiped polish off of a few nails and started over while I was in the chair, but when I got to the drying station the airflow messed up even more and I had to have them fixed. Instead of starting over she just added more polish. I was tired of being there so I let them dry to the best of my ability and left. They STILL arent dry today and are slightly tacky one day later. They are already starting to chip and not look good.

The salon was very crowded. I walked in for a basic mani/ pedi. I was taken immediately, best to make an appt. this is a busy place. I wasnt greeted by anyone in the salon. I spoke to everyone.The nail tech at first wasnt very warm while doing my pedicure but she warmed up & began to talk during my manicure. Inspite of the luke warm reception, my nail tech did an incredible job on both my toes & nails; they look fabulous! I would go back maybe when they first open to avoid the rush. I went at noon & it was busy & only getting busier. Oh, and the price is right! Basic Mani/Pedi $40, cant be that price! Ask for Christina, she does a great job!

Posh Nail Spa is awesome. Every technician is extremely good at their job, I have never had an unsatisfactory experience here. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I get SNS Powder.

This was my second visit to the salon, and I got a basic pedicure and SNS manicure. I also brought my Mom, and we both had a lovely experience. Regarding safety protocols, they kindly ask that you wash your hands upon entry, everyone is wearing masks and they sanitize the pedicure stations after each client.My mom received a basic pedicure and hot wax manicure and she loved the experience of them both. Her technician was kind, personable and experienced. My appointment was with Christina, who has done my nails before, and this experience was just a nice as the first. She’s talented, professional, detail-oriented and has a great personality.I definitely recommend the nail services at Posh Nail Spa and we will absolutely return for another enjoyable experience.

I had an appointment for the Saturday of Mothers Day weekend. I had to wait about 45 minutes from when my time was since they were so busy from the holiday weekend. I got gel polish removed and a color change. The polish was not applied evenly along the cuticle. I noticed there was a lot of the thick gel polish that had clumped under my nail and I asked if they could remove it. She picked at it and couldnt get it out and just stared at me. After about a week and a half the polish started peeling and chipping.

The place was very clean. The staff was super friendly and nice. Good prices. I will definitely be going back. Super satisfied.

My daughter and I, and a couple of friends went yesterday to get our nails done and were all happy with service that was provided. My daughter and I got a manicure tips, dip, and my daughter got the Chrome powder rubbed, and my friends received Mani and pedis. Was a great cost and great results for all! We will be back again.

I went to go get my nails done today and had them done by the lady who station is the 4th one when u walk in. She was very rude and got an attitude when she messed up one of my nails and I called her on it. Then she wanted to speak in her language talkin s***. Then she gets up and walks away. I had two other people to do my nails when it would have only took 45 mins end up taking an hour and 20 mins!! Then she keep walking by talking junk in her language laughing. If u do go there dont go to her!!! Everybody else was polite and courteous. And her name is Paula!!!!

I heard a lot of great things about Posh so I took my mom there for her first pedicure. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. My mom had a young man taking care of her. He was very nice but he seemed lost. We signed up for a deluxe pedicure which included a massage, exfoliation, etc. unfortunately he didn’t turn on my moms massaging chair or tell her where the remote was until more than halfway through her pedicure. In fact, she had to prompt him to help her find the remote when she noticed the customers next to her were using their massage chairs. Additionally, my mom didn’t receive the thorough treatment that customers next to her were receiving, including detailed exfoliating, foot massage, calf massage, etc. other employees were being very thorough and taking their time. Our guy wasn’t very focused and didn’t seem very interested. I was pretty bummed by this as my mom, like so many of us, as had a pretty tough year, including the death of her husband. I was hoping to take her out for this pedicure as part of a nice day to cheer her up. Pretty disappointed :-(

I came to this salon as a walk in about 45mins to close time. I was welcomed immediately with a very short wait time. Tom was my SNS nail tech and did a phenomenal job. His work screamed attention to detail, professionalism and skill. It was a great experience. I will be back!

Such an amazing first visit to posh! they were able to get me an appointment the day of when i called, and the lovely tech did a perfect job on my nails. she was nice, professional and took time to make sure everything was like how i had asked.

I’ve been to this location twice and has been satisfied both times. The first time I had a hot oil manicure and spa pedicure and the second I took my boyfriend with me. My boyfriend got nipped when they were clipping his nails but it was minor; he got the callus pedicure. The location is a bit small but it gives a snug feel. I will definitely be back.

I have been to 3 different nail salons in the area and this one takes the cake! It’s apt only which I like because I get sat down right on my apt time and they make sure your nails look GOOOOD also, the massage is sooo long and nice I will absolutely be coming back!

I wish I had enough space to fully detail my disappointing first and LAST experience but I cant. Besides the miscommunication about nail shape, lazy nail initial nail tech and awkward encounters, my gel polish chipped on Day 5. Got the nail fixed with a better polish job that day, but nails were still not sealed in order to prevent further chipping. A second nail began to chip on day 6. THIS IS WHY CUSTOMERS ASK FOR GEL, so it doesnt chip so quickly if at all. I trusted this establishment when my usual salon was closed but I will not be returning if in need of an emergency salon. Had a great gel pedi and SNS mani by Tony. Very detail oriented and gentle. I would love to see him every time I go back! Even though it was a busy Saturday, he did not rush me and made me feel pampered. I have had many good experiences at Posh and would recommend!

I got an acrylic fill in, cut down and gel polish. The technician was very nice, however my nails are bubbled, messy, and uneven. I was initially a little thrown, as thats not something thats ever happened to me after posting an online review, but Tom was very anxious to hear first hand what had happened at my appointment, and to offer a few immediate ways to make it right.He had me text him to create a new appointment to come in so he could assess my manicure (he determined from looking at my pictures that the top coat had been applied incorrectly). I came in a few days later and Tom very generously (and gently) redid the topcoat of my nails.Its also worth mentioning that Tom showed qualities of a great business owner and boss -- at no point did he blame me or blame his employee for my bad experience. He was empathetic, he listened to everything I had to say, and he was quick in wanting to turn me into a repeat customer. And, I can genuinely say he did.I added a star back to my review exclusively for the great ownership of this salon. Even though I still think my initial tech was too rough in her manicure, I would personally attest that if you have a bad experience, the owner will see to it that you walk away happy and taken care of.===I was very excited to try out Posh, as they have great reviews and a few friends of mine walk out of there with great manicures. Ive also been wanting to try out a dip manicure for a while now - being a long time gel polish girl - and there are only a few highly rated places around here that offer dip powder. I booked an appointment with one of the most highly recommended techs on Yelp and Google, and was ultimately disappointed.Ill start with what I liked. Their color selection is great, and they give you swatches to look at, not a wall of bottles.i loved that. The salon is small, very clean, and very comfy. Dip nails take a while and I was seated quite comfortably. They also automatically bring you a bottle of water, which is a great touch.But, there was enough I didnt like about it that I wont be going back. To start, I had a 10am appointment, which apparently doesnt mean your tech and spot are ready for you at that time. I sat for 15 minutes before seeing my tech, which isnt a big deal since I wasnt short on time - but I dont get the point of the appointment system if appointments arent held. Then, during my nail shaping, my tech was surprisingly rough with my nails and the emory board, to the point that I jumped and yanked my hand back a few times in pain. Similarly, during my cuticle clean up, the nippers my tech used seemed to be way too dull. I felt every yank on my skin, and left with several fresh cuts around my cuticles.The final product for the dip manicure is, for the most part, good - a few nails have scuffs and steaks in them. Im not sure what part of the process can cause that, if its from not getting a clean pass with some of the adhesive, or something drying unevenly, or what.Bummed that the process was painful, bummed that my manicure doesnt look as good as other work Ive seen them do, and bummed that I havent found a new place to call my nail heaven.

I’m not sure who the man was that did my pedicure but It was the best pedicure I’ve ever received. He took his time, and made sure my toes were perfect, You can tell he is a perfectionist and values his work. Overall he did a marvelous job.

I started using Posh Nail Spa around 1 yr ago and believe it is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I normally do not leave reviews but this business deserves a review. I highly recommend you try this salon. The owner Tom does my SNS and pedicures and does a phenomenal job. They are always on time with my appointments and I can truly appreciate that.

I go here about every 2-3 weeks and see Vince for SNS. He is absolutely amazing! He does a wonderful job everytime. I have been to a thousand nail salons and have never been able to find that one person that just does the perfect job- but then I went to Posh Nails. My first couple of times, someone else had done my nails and they did a great job but then Vince did them and he did great. Everytime I go now, I see him, and everytime he still seems to impress me! Even with the SNS he manages to make my nails look so natural and pretty! They really do a great job here! And are so affordable!

This is my go to place for both pedicures and manicure. The salon is always clean with a relaxing and calming environment. I’ve never had a problem with getting a last minute appointment. Always very pleased.

The place was nice but I truly believe they just over charged me and my best friend. I came in to get full set and eyebrows and I paid 96 dollars for those two things. Now Im not opposed to paying for what I want but that price was a little much I believed for the length of nails as well as eyebrows. I wont be returning to this establishment

I love this place ! Today was my first time going && walking in I was a little overwhelmed but it was ok. I have long stiletto shaped acrylic nails, & she did a really good job ! I changed my mind on the color right before she polished them and she was real nice about it and helped me choose what I wanted! Also gave me a present from under the tree! I just relocated to the area and saw good reviews on Yelp. Posh was clean and professional. Lots of COVID plastic separators. One employee asked a person waiting to put their mask back on properly. Good value for the services. I had an appointment and they took me on time. Tony did a good job on my mani/pedi. I’m happy with Posh and will return.

Amazing staff, the best pedicures are fab and they have a variety of gel colors styles on the acrylic nails. But when it comes to shaping very basic... check in is extremely seamless they’re always busy but manage to cater to you and get you in and out. No long waits for walk-ins. Very diverse clients! Amazing service. This was my first visit, but they knew all the other customers by name. I was hesitant based on the location, but I am so glad I gave Posh a try. The salon was cute, clean, and well cared for. I got a powder manicure and Tom did so much better than other salons Ive tried (there was a base and top coat powder, and he filed everything perfectly) and for close to half the price! I am confident this manicure will last. Posh gained a loyal customer today!Update: its been over a month and my nails still look great! Theyre growing out, but the powder manicure is still intact and my nails have never looked stronger!

Unfortunately although this is a beautiful spa and most of the people are friendly this place does not do nails very well at all. My nails chop after 1-2 days and they blame me rather them accept fault.

I wasn’t sure what pattern to do for gel manicure because this is my second time doing it. Andy was artist and she created a beautiful work by linking the things I provided, even though my fingers are so small.It was a great experience!

Honestly the only place in the triangle (outside of Raleigh) I will get my nails done. I have tried many other close competitors in the area and the quality of service and durability can’t be matched.

Always a great job and on time w appointments! Paula is amazing! The staff are all great and friendly. Covid precautions strictly enforced, which is great, as many of us customers are health care providers.

I have been going to Posh for well over a year now and have never been disappointed. The salon is always pristine and sanitary. Cindy is my go-to for my nail services and she’s fantastic, funny and always on point! I have also had wonderful service from Paula, Brittany, Cahn, and Chris (fabulous pedi!)!!! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Love them!🥰

Service was great but my gel manicure didn’t last a week. I got my nails down a week ago today and almost all my gel polish chipped off.

This was my first time at Posh. My normal salon is still closed during the pandemic.Let me say .....my experience was GREAT from beginning to end. Very professional and safe for customers and employees. I was very impressed overall with this salon. And Vince was great with nails and making sure I was pleased.Posh will be my new go to for my nails and pedicures!

Very busy but the wait wasnt long. The staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and full of Christmas cheer.. I will recommend this business to my friends. Happy Holidays Posh nail spa...i was wondering why I wasnt offered a bottle of water with my coughing spells? Only problem I have is the staff talks to each other instead of the customer the entire time. I dont wanna sound ugly but I noticed they only talked to caucasian ppl and not ppl of color today when I went in. I feel like they dont wanna get to know certain clients of color.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!! I used to work at a nail salon so I understand the process and they were diligent and I got in pretty quick. They were prompt and friendly. I got a gel manicure and toe nail polish and my toes lasted for over a month! I am a Vietnamese speaker so it was a lot of fun talking with the nail technicians. There’s a good number of them so you’ll get in fairly quickly but setting up an appointment is always a good policy. Have fun!!!
