Dont bother with this place. It was decent when we first moved in around 2017 when Johelen was here but its really gone down hill. Theres no communication with the office and its obvious they (currently Marie but subject to change because they cant keep anyone) dont care about the residents. Work orders are backed up like crazy. After the blizzard they had a couple guys come and replace all the flooring (cheap and unprofessionally). Never scanned walls for mold and never brought in a dehumidifier. Place still smells wet and moldy but again, its not their problem. On top of that we have roaches. Ecoteam came and sprayed a few weeks ago and it didnt do any good. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place could be just fine. If I hadnt had 3 different managers in the past year. All of which either arent qualified or are just flat out rude and lazy. Ive been without AC for 3 weeks now and no luck reaching the office via telephone. Cherry on top of that is the floor leading into my kitchen is leaking from underneath the flooring they just put it, so who knows what kind of mold issues there will be since their neglect is so obvious.. there is still a whole in my 2 year-olds room from when they fixed the water heater after that freeze. Ill post pics if possible. All that to say - save yourself the trouble of living here. It wont be fair and they do not care about all of their tenants how they should. And dont expect english to be understood by the people who are fixing your things (if, in fact, theyre being fixed). The office will lie to you.

Update: I have FINALLY moved out. After non-functioning AC/heat for 5 months (July-November), rats eating my engine because the property is always trashed (the only time it isnt is when someone is coming to view the property,) having no fridge for over a month, receiving someone elses lease and financial information, having my financial information shared in front of others - I was able to get out. Now, they are withholding my refund and no one is ever in the office or responds to calls. Please, please dont move here. It just isnt worth it.I would give zero stars if possible. The apartments are small, which isnt that big of a deal. However, when I moved in it was dirty and one door was hanging off of a hinge. Communication with the front office staff is impossible primarily due to the fact they do not answer the phone and are not in the office during posted business hours. The price isnt worth the inability to get repairs done or communicate with anyone in management.

They promise vital repairs that affect the safety of the apartment but weve waited six weeks and they still cant give me a date. I would never recommend this place. The manager is often not available or in and they did a terrible job setting up our apartment before we moved in.

Could be great with care and attention. Need experienced on-site manager and maintenance.

I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s been great! Any issues I’ve had (which have been minimal) have been fixed the same day. No complaints! Love living here!

Its great! It saves a lot of power and financial needs. but overall, the design is plain boring. People dont pick up after their dogs and the apartment rooms are too small.

They NEVER come to fix anything, EVERY office manager is lazy AND rude. The maintenance man is OVERWORKED. The ONLY good thing about the apartments is the cheap rent, other than that ITS NOT WORTH IT. The property manager alone makes you not want to live here. The first manager they had NEVER did anything so they fired her, the second manager Kelly I believe her name is (I wouldn’t know it because she is NEVER in the office) is RUDE & LAZY. It’s just not worth the headache or hassle. Literally anything that’s wrong with the apartment you might as well fix yourself, because it will be MONTHS before someone comes out to fix anything. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO REGRET IT.

Most of what others report is true however my being older/now retired and usually been an apt dweller you pick your true issues. I lived in a 2 bedroom for 12 years here n recently moved to a 3 bedroom. I find the room sizes adequate-the dimensions are on the floor plans you can get in the office-duh.The move in was a NIGHTMARE but I will continue enjoy living here as it is a small complex close to major highway so you can get anywhere quickly n local shopping only 10-15 mins away. It is very quiet n most residents seem friendly. Large older trees make for a nice shaded walk around when sunny. Recently got a new manager who recognizes a lot of things that definitely need fixin. I have always found the management personnel very cordial. I am sure attitude plays a part in some reactions. Residents need to keep their trash under control-too much stuff tossed out of cars and don’t even get me started on cig butts. A lot of 2nd level tenants think it’s perfectly ok to throw down butts that are still lit 🔥

It sucks out here they are never in the office our living dosent have. Power we have been calling for almost 6 months now i would not move here

I hate it. I am a white person who pays a rent for a family. but I can not listen to my hip hop, and the property manager came threatened me cause she said I listened to my music too loud but it was in the middle of the day.
