The ladies there make getting your vehicle out of towing enjoyable. After getting into a car accident I didnt know exactly what to do and the ladies there went out if their way to help me understand and take care of the transaction between the salvage yard and them. The woman on the phone was very nice and they were quick to come get my car. I was stranded in a turn lane in the middle of traffic and they had a truck on its way to me while I was still on the phone. Professional and quick service.

They were very nice and helpful, I did appreciate the fact that they make sure that I was authorized to get in the vehicle to begin with. The only issue is that they are parked so close it is difficult to get stuff out of the car.

Denver West was very prompt and very affordable, Jason the driver was awesome, he took a lot of care in loading and unloading my truck, and the customer service from the driver and dispatch was awesome.

Golden police towed our car to their impound lot when B&B Towing never showed up as promised. Even the next day, when we were assured our car would be picked up at Denver West, B&B never showed. After cancelling their service through roadside assistance, Denver West jumped to the rescue and got our car to the dealership within a couple of hours. The staff was helpful and professional. And most importantly, they fulfilled their promise to us. Hope I never have to have a car towed again, but if I do, Denver West will be the team I use. You should too.

If you are in a pickle call these guys. They came out to us even after they closed, got to us fast, and our driver Jason was very friendly and also a great tour guide.

These guys are awesome, I was visiting colorado and got a flat tire and had no spare with me and wanted to get back on the road asap, and this was at 7:30 in the morning. Jose was my driver and he was there in 15 minutes after I called. Was a life saver for me.

Popped a tire this morning (damn modern vehicles and no spares!) on I 70 and gave them a call. Sam the driver was fast and professional in getting me off the side of the highway. 10/10 would tow again.

It took a bit of time for them to get to us, on a Sunday night, they did a great job of getting our ATV back on our trailer.

They where very kinda and comprehensive to what they could do. Its difficult to rate these companies when your going through an accident claim. When we did request the service to remove a vehicle we had a very satisfactory treatment from whom delivered the vehicle.

I wish i could give them a big day 0 cause thats what they deserve!! Who takes a single mothers van while she is in her own apartment parking lot unloading groceries!!!!!

These guys saved me big time. I broke down on the I-70 and needed a tow. The process was very simple and professional to order a tow. They showed up in 1 hour, so not a very long wait. Dylan was awesome!!! Great dude and he even helped show me the overnight service drop off procedure at the local Ford dealership. These guys are great, I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I broke down on I-70 just east of Idaho Springs. Being from Wisconsin put me at a disadvantage since I am not that familiar with towing services in the Denver Area. The dealership in Lakewood recommended Denver West Towing. I will have to say that I was impressed. We did have to wait a few hours since there were people ahead of us. Their dispatcher (cannot remember her name, but very nice) kept me updated about every hour on when the tow would arrive. Also very up front about what to expect when the tow truck arrived. She even went out of her way to make other recommendations as to what we could do since there was a wait. When the tow truck did arrive, Rob had everything hooked up and we were on the road back to Denver in about 15 minutes. Overall, very impressed with the service and staff of Denver West. Thanks so much for helping us out!

Was in a pinch and needed to get my fathers vehicle towed, the parking lot that it was located at was being resurfaced and of course the vehicle wouldnt start. Contacted Denver West Towing and Shelia was awesome. Told me it would be about two hours and they got there in one!!!! Mike was the driver and he was awesome as well. DON’T LET THEY TOW YOUR CAR!! I had a car accident and the police called this tow shop, I wasn’t there I the first few minutes because the police wouldn’t let me come close to the car (for safety). When I saw my car, the car is rolled over and the tow guy towed my car in a very violent way. After the car accident, I had some photos the car is actually not that bad. The second time I saw my car, it damages everywhere! They even lied to me that if I don’t have my car get moved to another place in two days they would charge for VIN check, on the third day when I paid the bill, they changed their words and said no check needed! I think they just want me to get rid of my car, they gave me a card of a car recycle company the first time I visited their shop, which is actually far, the company gave me a ridiculous price, only 300. I quoted from another company which offered 1500! By the way, my car worth at least 9000 before the accident, and yes I only have half insurance.

I was recommended this company by the Big O Tires that was to fix my car because I tried 5 different towing companies just to get no answer. I called this company and got a friendly response and a response time of 10 minutes. The tow driver was friendly, explained charges and did the tow properly. The cost was a touch high for the short distance needed to be towed, but my experience was great. Not sure the reason they have gotten the bad rap but I was pleased.

Had a car accident on the highway. Denver West showed up and took my car to their lot. They were honest, fair, friendly, and helpful. At the accident the tow truck driver helped me get whatever I needed from the truck right away, and got my keys for me (except the vehicle key). The driver explained the towing policies to me, which my insurance agent confirmed. The driver also offered us a ride to my wifes car since she couldnt park at the accident scene.When I went to retrieve my personal belongings and release the car to my insurance company, they were efficient and helpful. Other customers at their shop received the same treatment I did, so I am not sure about the bad reviews. I know when you have an attitude with a business, sometimes you dont get good service. I was nice to them and they were nice to me.I have used other towing services at different times and Denver West gave me a great experience overall

I wouldnt use this company. Lady who answered wasnt helpful. She couldnt understand I needed my car towed. Kept asking why (my car was broken down) and what I needed (needed my car towed). Then said it would be 2 hours, I said okay, then she said they would be closed and I needed to wait there until they open tomorrow morning. Its 6pm...go elsewhere.

This is the first online review Ive ever written which says something about how much I hated my experience with this company. I had to talk to one of the receptionists on the phone twice before coming in and she had a terrible attitude and was incredibly unhelpful so I knew I would have to deal with rude people when I got there. She and the other woman were ridiculously rude and short with me the entire time for no reason. They told me on the phone it would be three hundred bucks and when I got there it was actually four hundred. The paperwork they had me sign listed the towing costs two different places at one hundred dollars apart. When I pointed it out they were very rude and condescending. One of the women was practically yelling at me and asked if I wanted to do the math myself. I would never voluntarily do business with these people. The men were fine and helpful but those two women were massive b*****s. Also, they had plenty of Republican signs and comics hung up on the wall which would be fine if they werent so racist. We speak English? Really? Please do your business elsewhere so you dont have to deal with these white trash scumbags.

This company is awesome! All of these bad reviews have to be folks taking out their car problems on these guys. I’ve used them about 4 times in a couple of years and all of my interactions, prices and exchanges have been wonderful. Shout out to Mark for great service.

These guys were fast & polite. I can only speak from my own experience but my sons car broke down in Highlands Ranch and we wanted the car towed to our mechanic in Golden. When I called the guy on the phone was polite and helpful and the truck was there within 35 minutes. The Tow truck driver was nice as well. No problems at all. I would have given them 5 stars but they wouldnt run charges though my Auto Ins Co so I had to pay & get reimbursed, no big deal really. They would be my 1st choice if I have the need for a tow again.

I called requesting a tow truck, and the man started telling me I had already called, and he wouldnt give me details about how long it would take without paying him first. I went with someone less abrasive!

I unfortunately broke down on I-70. Denver West Towing answered my call right away asked about my vehicle and my location. Dispatched a truck and Jon was at my location within a half hour. With traffic flying by and NOT moving over he had to lay on the wet asphalt and mud to get my vehicle loaded. This company treated me very well. These folks put their lifes on the line daily to help people like me out. Respect them back and move over and give them space when you see them!! Thanks Jon for helping me.

I would give no stars if that was an option. My car broke down roughly 25 miles away, and I called my insurance company who referred me to Denver West Towing. Because the towing fee was more than allowed per my insurance, so they took my credit card number for the difference. Understandable, I think any towing company wouldve charged more than the $75 allowance on my insurance. However, what got me was that the driver had me sign a blank document for the charges, and told me that the charge would be over what the insurance charged (which I understood as the insurance already warned me) Once we arrived at my house, the driver told me the $8 additional charge, to which my response was, ok, great, my insurance company already has my credit card number to cover the difference. His response was, No, the owner wont let me charge a card, this has to be paid in cash. Puzzled, I told him the insurance will be paying, they already charged me the difference. He responded Im not dropping the car off until I have the cash. I WAS going to tip the guy, and it more than likely wouldve been more than the $8 surcharge, but instead he received a handful of quarters and and terrible online review. Ive never felt so scammed, and I had to ASK for a receipt. His reaction was that I needed to call my insurance company. There are plenty of tow companies out there, choose someone else!

Kids running around in the work area which is completely unsafe. Lady was on her phone with a personal call the whole time I was there. Extremely unprofessional and I think what they are doing with all those kids is illegal.

Im gonna keep this nice and short. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR towed from this company. There are other companies that will tow your car from their hearts not from.... If you really have to make a decision in a car crash, read other tow companies than this and make a better decision than I did. Tom Martino...Better Business Bureau...Please shut this business down!!! Complete crooks! I was in a bad accident when I hit a boulder traveling west on I-70. My phone died and the responding officer called this cheat to tow my vehicle. I was not thinking clear because of the incident and felt completely taken advantage of. The tow man gave me no option of towing to a local repair shop. Instead he impounded my vehicle and made it sound like he was towing it, “around the corner to his place.” He was completely rude and deceptive. I had to wait over the weekend to even get into my vehicle. On Monday upon calling I was told I needed to pay almost $300 to get the car out, which included impoundment fees for two days! When I requested a breakdown of the charges sent to me via email I was given the run around. They handed me over to the manager. When I demanded an invoice for my insurance claim he told me, You need to take a chill pill LADY, BYE and hung up the phone!! Many people have had inexcusably bad experiences with this scandalous company. I will be calling the State Patrol and informing them that this company should not be the tow company they call for roadside accidents EVER! Stay away at all costs!! I would give a negative 5 stars if I could!

The last two months i have had to get two of my vehicles towed. One was in an accident in golden, the other lost oil pressure on I-70. When things like that happen its never fun, but when i called Denver West towing I was greeted by a friendly voice who took down my information on either vehicle and had a truck there in less than an hour. Both of the drivers knew what they were doing, within 5 minutes of them arriving my vehicles were on the flat bed ready to go. The rides back were actually enjoyable considering the situation i was in, good conversation and friendly people. There the only towing company that i have had to use, but based on my experiences they have made me a life time customer!

Needed a tow, gave them a call. Both receptionists were friendly and understanding ( my first call was dropped). Driver showed up on time. Friendly, personable, and just a really GOOD dude.

These guys (and gals) including Stormy and Susan who answer the phones are straight up horrible at customer service. Their owner was straight up racist to my owner, and Indian woman who started this catering company out of the back of an old Honda 10 years ago. Sure enough, these kinds of racists and bigots will be out of business soon enough, which is the only true beauty of capitalism. Scorpion Towing and Recovery stepped in and saved the day, and reflected what true American values are like respect.

Im not going to get into much details, but I recently experienced what some other reviews mentioned. Terrible customer service with a terrible attitude. The people over the phone are really confrontational. I just wanted a confirmation letter or notice that my car is currently being towed by them in case anything happens to my car, but the lady on the phone starting asking why and gave me an attitude like a 12 year old kid. She didnt understand that its what a lot of places do when you receive service from them... Getting some sort of confirmation notice from start to finish. They could have easily taken my car away, some damage happens, and claim that they never towed my car at the time of the accident. Rob did call me back to help me address this issue so that made it a bit better.On the other hand, the drivers were good from my experience.

Driver showed up very promptly but had a small child with him. Charged me 89 dollars for a tow less than half a mile and also car was driveable for short distance so they were able to drive the car right onto the bed paid 89 dollars for less than ten minites of there time

Despite the negative reviews I have read and the apprehension in calling Denver West Towing, my experience was a good one. From the receptionist in the front office to Kyle, the tow man - both were professional, knowledgeable and worked with my schedule to get my car towed back to my residence.

After several attempts to get my vehicle and the run around we finally show up and wait. We call the number on the building only to encounter the rude owners. Unbelievable how horrible you treat people. So glad you are perfect. Dont worry karma will get you.

I was recommended to Denver West Towing from Fordland. I called and was really confused about what I wanted to do. The lady who helped me was super friendly a extremely patient. I couldnt make up my mind about what I wanted to do and every time she answered the phone she was very helpful.I called a few other towing places a few weeks ago to find pricing but everyone was outrageous. She told me the exact price right away and it was not as high as I thought it would be.When the guy arrived at my house to get my truck, he was kind and considerate. The process was really fast and super easy.Yay my truck finally gets to get fixed!!!!

Only place in Colorado that makes you fill out a form to release your vehicle. They do this to keep your vehicle longer so that they can keep charging to hold it. Very shady business, if a cop ever asks if you are ok with Denver West Towing picking up your wrecked vehicle. SAY NO. They lost my car somehow and were very rude over the phone. The last thing you want to go through after being rear ended and losing your car is dealing with this shady towing company.

We were in an accident and Golden PD sent Denver West Towing to get our car. They were very rude when we inquired about getting our personal items, and I have an audio recording of the owner Robert Mooney denying me access to my own car to get my garage door opener, under the pretense it wasnt a key or medication, and wanted me to pay them money just to get it.Once we got release of vehicle sent in for insurance, we sent in a release of personals form for another family member to retrieve our personals since we lived so far away from the tow place, and our family member was harassed by the staff as well.Also turns out our AMC movie tickets which were in our center console were missing.Denver West Towing is very unprofessional, unethical, and rude. If you have a choice, DO NOT use Denver west Towing.

Good Neighbor - most if not all of the business in Golden are crooks and thieves to fellow residents. This is no different. Mechanics are the worst and like this clowns neighbor at Leaping Lizard Saab, perfect name, its another RIPOFF! This guy will not give you anything useful in writing besides what he copies out of the owner’s manual. He is typical of all businesses here. I will never take my select car back to this crook nor anyone like him in Golden. Denver West is better at cruising Buff Days, looking for illegals and drunks, parking in the handicap parking at the visitor center to steal the parking given to them by GPD, the call by GPD, then prey on the poor Golden loser. Youre in good hands with these thieves. Better to just stay out of Golden, avoid, the business, and the city government especially the GPD waiting in force at the high school and not patrolling the neighborhoods like they should. They are cowards. They are afraid of being dragged to court by resident lawyer rather than protect our school children. I called them at 9:00 at night when it was snowing. They told me 30 minutes and showed up in 25. Then they towed my car to where I wanted it to go.

The owner is rude and condescending, they had the driver so freaked out he cracked my oil pan and they tried to back out of paying for it. We almost had to get the police involved before the owner even bothered to check that it was his fault. Their chain caught the oil pan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON!
