So pleased with the service provided by the new property management company. Coryn and Sonia are stellar Property Managers. Leasing agents are awesome and always smiling. They’re all friendly, understanding and genuinely value me as a resident. They go above and beyond to ensure I feel safe, comfortable and valued. Jose always gets it done when it comes to maintenance. He is also friendly and quick. I’ve lived here for many years and have experienced a plethora of property managers/companies and they are by far THE BEST!! So glad to be a resident of Vista 121!

Hands down one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The staff is so nice and professional Sonya is the best. The community is very quiet and peaceful I absolutely love it!

I don’t even know where to begin. Val promised me a newly renovated apartment but come to find out the day I did my walk thru (day prior to moving in) it was all a scam. Make sure you don’t get any info from her. She will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. It’s all a scam. Was suppose to move in this past weekend but my apartment was still not finished. Light fixtures weren’t put in. Blinds were old and needed to be replaced and light bulbs were out. That’s only to name a few. I consistently called and asked if my apartment will be upgraded JUST LIKE THE MODEL. Nothing was upgraded. I told Caryn I will pay for the upgrades and she said that couldn’t be done. Worse experience I have had with an apartment complex. The lies on top of more lies. You will hear different stories from different people, honestly I think they hired con artist. The only thing I see is fully renovated is their leasing office. All false advertisement just to get you in. They have truly brought me down in 2021.

Rosa is AMAZING, If I could I would give her 10 stars. Our water was off 3 1/2 days and she was so compassionate and sweet and willing to help and checked on me and my son throughout the day even bringing us water and snacks.No one else from the office or Corporate even checked on us . If it wasn’t for Rosa we would have felt helpless. Vista 121 is truly blessed to have someone like Rosa who cares about a property so much that she goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are good be it going through a situation or something as simple as a question. Thanks Rosa for being who you are. You Rock. ROSA GETS 5 STARS!!

Valentina is extremely helpful in bringing us back and showed us the actual unit before move in. She is honest and always there if we have any requests. Moved in couple of weeks ago and so far we are happy here. Unit is constructed with quality materials and light switches are placed in convenient locations in the unit.

Relocated from Ohio and happy with my choice of Vista 121. Crystal has been very helpful throughout the moving in process. Cant wait for nice weather and pool days.

I loved living here. Maintenance is quick and efficient and so kind! The property is nice and neighbors are generally friendly and mind their business. Quiet community overall. But.. spotlight goes to the lovely Mickey!!! She has helped me through from the application process all the way to move out!!! Her service is amazing and she is always so warm and kind, treats you just like family and if anyone of status sees this give her a HUGE raise!! She is truly a Godsent!!

“Customer Service” just okay. Don’t Recommend looking for a new apartment at this location.

I lived at vista 121 for a year. From Jan 2020 to Aug 2020 had no issues with old management harbor management, staff was nice, everything worked correctly as it should have worked. When new management (city gate) took over in sept or oct 2020 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I would make phone calls trying to get info I was told they would call me back never called me back, I would email, never received a email back and they barely answered the phone. Horrible communication, no communication AT ALL. Very money hungry management. As soon as new management took over the first thing they did was tried to raise prices on amenities and rent went up extremely high. The portal where you pay your rent and water is never correct, you have to watch it because they will try to add charges on your portal that don’t apply and every time you ask them about it they say they can’t fix it they put in a work request for the higher up to fix the portal. Rent is considered late by the 3rd and water is included, charges were never updated by the 3rd you had to keep checking the portal everyday to make sure no new charges where added. Check made you have a overdue balance. They raised the price in trash, washer and dryer rental and rent went up a few hundred dollars then what it use to be. I moved out of my place on Jan 16th 2021 when my lease was up, I gave the proper notice. Apartment was not damage, apartment was well kept. I logged onto the portal to check to see if they added any charges to my $0 balance. I seen that they took my deposit money of $100 for an “early termination fee”, not to mention I didn’t terminate anything early, my lease was up and I gave proper notice. And a early termination fee is going to be more than $100. I called and spoke with rose who would not let me get a word out and kept talking over me when I was explaining to her what was going on. She then proceed to hang the phone up on me. I then received a call back from another lady who was much more respectful and stated that with the info I provided and receipts of notice to vacant as well as other things she stated that she would be sending my $100 to my forwarding address. We are now in feb 2021, it has been a week or two since I last spoke with the lady who stated I would get mailed my deposit and I so happen to check the portal again and I see now they are trying to say I owe them $48 when they just told me they was mailing my deposit of $100. I WOULD NOT, I repeat NOT rent from vista 121 as long as CITYGATE is the company. If you want to rent from a money hungry, unprofessional, no communication company then go for it. If you value your self and home and want to rent from a honest company that actually cares about their residents and not just money then this is not the company for you.

Have been a resident here for two years and have always been very happy and had zero complaints. Would like to stay here until a house is an option but unfortunately since new management everything has been a nightmare. We resigned a lease and jumped through so many hoops to get them to send it. We were given a deadline on dec 31st to sign for the price lockdown. Lease was sent that last day. They have thrown in charges galore from trash to parking to nickle and dime their residents. Do not recommend, the changes are not exciting they are actually terrifying and I can’t wait till my lease is up and I can leave this place.

I’ve lived at Vista 121 for 6.5 years and counting. This by far is one of the best communities. It’s clean, safe and the leasing staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. This apartment was my first choice, when I moved to Texas. The property is well-maintained, maintenance is fast and efficient. There are truly no complaints. I highly recommend.

This was a great place a couple of years ago, but it started going downhill last year and our complaints are ignored. There are often people smoking pot in the parking lot or drinking behind our apartment. People throw trash everywhere. We pay to have our trash picked up, but it is not always done. The dumpsters are usually overflowing, and the recycling bins are never used for recycling, just trash.The people in the office are great and friendly, but it seems that management doesn’t take anything seriously.

I love living here is the best complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is quick to respond and very thorough. Property Manager: Elizabeth Knechtly is the best she is very quick to respond if you have any issues, she really care about her residence here . She is great. And all the other staff as well!!

We liked the apartment. However, we had issues when we moved out. We moved out and didnt recieve our final billing statement in the mail. When we did receive something it was a letter from a debt collector. The assistant manager had charged us an expensive fee that we were not supposed to pay. When we brought it to their attention they wouldnt listen to us and insisted that the total amount was correct and that they could not remove the large fee for us. We ended up getting help removing it from the head manager Elizabeth. Elizabeth was very polite and extremely helpful. She didnt waste any time removing it and sending a follow up email.If you need help, just go for Elizabeth, who is more reliable and trust worthy in this property. Dont go for the assistant manager, she is NOT helpful at all.

Management pads fees and asks for additional payments on top of my bill. Bills grow every month. Won’t be re-signing

Vista 121...what can I say? I just moved in over the weekend and Im in love already. Upon walking into my new apartment home I was thrilled. It is so much different than any apartment Ive lived in, and actually feels as though youre entering a home instead of an apartment. High ceilings, wood floors where needed, huge kitchen that multiple people can fit into comfortably, cozy bathrooms with oval tubs, walk-in closets, crown molding and among other things a washer and dryer comes in every apartment. Not to mention every room is spacious. I had the pleasure so far of meeting and leasing through Crystal, just one member of the staff here at Vista 121. Shes really made me feel comfortable and has made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Ive met a few neighbors as well and they have been very kind. The grounds throughout are well kept and clean. There is onsite garages, covered parking, an immaculate pool, workout room, social area and the best part of all...enough parking for not only residents but for guests as well. Looking forward to my stay here at Vista 121. Thanks for allowing me to be apart of such a beautiful community.

I am very excited about becoming a resident in this community. These reviews have really helped confirm my decisions. I had been looking for suitable living near where my children attend school in Irving, needless to say I was not successful. One day after work my daughter wanted to go house hunting. I wasnt really in the mood because I was tired. But so as not to disappoint my children, we pulled into Vista 21. Before I could get out of the car a friendly voice pulled up and echoed from a golf cart, Hi, do you need a home? Still in the swirl of my day, I exhaustively replied, yes. She replied, Well I have one for you and proceeded to walk into the office. I looked over at my children and my 12 year old daughter affirmed, mom, that lady is very nice and we are going to live here. That kind lady was Elizabeth. We went in and while she was unable to give us the tour but gave us over to another nice lady who toured us, and was professional yet personable. A combination I appreciated as a professional mom. Because of end of semester testing, I even had to push back our move in date and the lady who handled that was equally as pleasant as well as accommodating. I can see, my children and I are going to Love living at Vista 21!! See you guys soon😊.

My family and I are so happy to be in this community. The office staff are EXCELLENT and they have made our living experience a pleasant one. The floor plans are also AMAZING! They are modeled to give you a true “home” experience in an apartment community. I have no problems with this community and it is within minutes of everything that I could want- LOCATION IS AWESOME! The Most Amazing Place I have Lived! There are pricier apartments around but why? I have lived here 2 years and I dont plan on leaving. There have been 2 different owners. I am happy that I have known both. I am very pleased to say this is a very nice clean stable environment with some of the best workers they are very helpful. This is honestly a great quite place! The management is spectacular, friendly, helpful, and fast acting! The complex is simply wonderful!

I am still owed an approximated $486 security deposit. They refuse to answer any number of phone calls or voicemails. CT Corporate Systems is the company held legally responsible for the Harbor Group. You can have them served in small claims court just as I plan to... if it comes to that point for you as well. Other than that this place WAS great.

Let me say just one thing about Vista 121, I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND THE STAFF!! I have never resided in an apartment complex that really cares about their residents. Elizabeth, Tailor and the other staff members are AWESOME. The location is surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. Keep up the good work Vista 121.

I have been here a year, the management and staff are very professional warm and friendly. Any issues get resolved quickly and they will take care of any inconveniences should a major issue arise. There is not a single complex in the area or surrounding cities that offer the style, space and appeal that Vista 121 offers for this affordable price. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is lack of attached garages.

I enjoy living here. Its clean, its quiet, and if you have a maintenance issue, management will resolve it quickly. Jose is the best maintenance man ever!!! Hes a nice guy and always goes above and beyond.

I love living here the staff is super friendly and the grounds are well-maintained. The very few times Ive had a maintenance request for my apartment they quickly responded and addressed the issue. Oh yes and they are truly a pet friendly property!

Update to edit my review. My family and I moved out of Vista 121 in August of last year. Before we moved out I was overcharged on my rent from June 2020. I have sent numerous emails along with my lease and statements from June showing that I overpaid. They have yet to resolve this matter. I emailed the leasing office last month and they said that they would get back with me and they havent . What does it take to for me to get my refund!?My family has been living here since 2017 and just signed our third lease. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and they are always around the complex, if they see trash they are quick to pick it up. Area is quiet and I feel safe when I leave early in the morning or come home late at night.The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

I have only been here for a month and I am truly pleased so far. The neighbors are friendly, considerate, and it is a diverse community, which is awesome. The place is well maintained with trash and ground clean up. The maintenance team is very friendly and prompt to respond to issues. The apartments are spacey and really nice. My only compliant is that the dog park could be better with poop clean up, but I also understand that owners of their pets need to pick up and be responsible, especially since bags and a can is located conveniently inside the park . Other than that, I have no issues or concerns.

I’ve lived here for two years and the experience has been overall, a good one. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbor whom is considerably loud and inconsiderate of anyone else’s work life balance. However, the staff and management are amazing; very laid back and nice.

What more could you ask for? I worked with Crystal and she was soooooo nice (she makes the property that much better). The community is very well kept and tidy. Im glad that Ill be calling this place home soon.

I think that Vista 121 apartments are wonderful homes,having had experience living here for 3 years total through out the 2010s. Its right by the center of the Lewisville/Coppell area and despite the busy near by area,its quite a charming little gated community with mostly if not all renovated homes at decent prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly now then theyve ever been. Thanks Vista 121!☺

My family and I lived here for about a year and a half. I would never recommend this complex for a number of reasons...first of all we ended up with bed bugs. I have never had bed bugs in my life. But it appeared they came in from the apartment above us. After paying the complex to get rid of them they came back again. We couldnt get rid of them until we moved. Then once we moved they charged us to replace the carpet saying that we damaged it. ThatWas a lie, we have repeatedly asked for proof of the damage and they can never seem to get us pictures. I am actually in the process of retaining an attorney to deal with this.My advice....STAY AWAY. And if you move out be sure to take pictures of the apartment the way you left it.

I am moving to Westmount in a month or so, and I couldnt be more excited about it! I love how spacious the apartments are and the upgrades are SPECTACULAR! I am most excited about being so close to the mall. The location of this property is so perfect. It is close to all the major highways and restaurants I love!!!! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to live at a place they love!

Great staff, Awesome maintenance crew but the thing that stop this review from being rated higher are two things that is important in my opinion. First, the lack of activities that we previously had (movie night by the pool, holiday and back to school event give-aways. Secondly I live in Bldg 8 and absolutely hate looking at and smelling the pet waste station that is in front of the bldg. One last thing, I am 100% positive that some of the pets here are on the endangered list for apartments

I have live in Westmount at Vista Ridge for 2yrs. an I have had the best experience with maintenance team and absolutely love my apartment. The apartment is wonderfully upgraded with much room for my large sectional for a 1 bedroom. I have never had a issue or problem that they didnt address and resolve within 24 hrs. since I have lived here. The staff and management are very kind and friendly, plus they do care about the complex, and the tenants do matter. They stay on top of any issue or complaint that comes through the office with resolution. This has been one of the best experiences I have had at an apartment complex since I lived in Texas. They are well worth the money!

I have lived in this complex for 6 wonderful years. All the office staff is great, from Alta Vista Ridge to Westmount, and now Vista 121. The office staff we have now are fantastic. The ladies are very friendly, and willing to help you with any issue of concern. Maintenance is lightning fast, and fix any problem right the first time. Anytime they see me they ask me if everything is okay with my apartment. The entire staff from management to maintenance really do care. I have made new friends here, and get really upset when they have to move due to relocating etc. I plan to renew my lease again as this really is a great place to live. Kudos to you! Thanks for taking great care of your residents.

Stop by to get information for new apartment...no one was in the office neither no one came to give me information...and there were not sign saying out showing property or something like that..Waited 20 mins no one came out...Bad services

This has been the most frustrating renting experience I have ever had.First of all the trash system here is terrible. They have valet trash (and charge you for it), but they often come very late or not at all. They dont pick up trash on the weekends, and there are no dumpsters on site to throw your trash away. You have to drive out the front of the complex to throw anything away, and they will fine you if the valet trash didnt come the day before.We finally moved out and found out that our $350 pet deposit was not a deposit at all, but a pet fee (in addition to increased monthly rent), so none of that money goes towards our final statement. Also its 2018 and there is no way to make the final payment online. We will have to mail in a money order.The area is also getting more and more shady with people outside of the buildings yelling and screaming in the middle of the night.I would recommend everyone to stay away.

As with most apartment complexes, there are some issues- most caused by people who live here though (people not picking up after pets at times, damaging things etc). HOWEVER, the maintenance staff is AMAZING. They always address issues promptly, fix things well, and no matter how busy they are, I have never experienced them to be in a sour mood- theyre all smiles and friendliness :) Also, I loved our old office staff! We have new staff now, and Im sure they will be wonderful as well given some time to get things in order the way they want to do stuff. I would definitely suggest this complex to anyone looking for an affordable and well-maintained place to stay in Lewisville.

Hands down my favorite community! I have been here 3 years and love everything about it! If you are looking or have friends that are...this is the place! The management is extremely helpful and that is something very hard to come by this day and age!

Westmount wasnt so bad. But my husbands truck got stolen. The apartment complex was notified and didnt do anything about it. His truck got vandalized by the residents because of it & then the manager decided to finally do something. Then we move out and they do all these low fee move in and out stuff but will charge you a ton once you move out for no reason. Or try to make a reason. Managers dont do much for you. Its not the best

Great Location! Absolutely love that they come with washers and dryers already And the dog park is AMAZING! They even have music outside at the pool to enjoy :) Cant wait to move in!!

Im looking forward to moving in here, Crystal gave a great tour and she was very friendly and informative.

I dont know where to begin. We moved into an apartment that was roach infested. The cleaning crew failed to clean the window seals or under the sink thats where we found them. Then once we were all moved in they came out of vents, and were found mostly in the kitchen. I usually check everything but we a little impressed with the upkeep of the property. I will post pictures of our roach findings at a later time.We moved in 12/29. We have filed at least 4-5 request to fix the toilet. The key fob did not work to enter the gate. When it was coldest the heat stopped working, then on 1/21 the air stopped working.We have received multiple notices about paying different amounts, hell we even received a notice to vacate. I chose this property based on the upkeep of the grounds and how I saw an office worker handle a tenant. At this point none of that means anything since this has been the most horrendous move in experience. I moved from Champion Apts which you assume would have been worse. I would move back there anytime well if I got the same apt back.This makes me think about one of those cars that look nice on the outside but everything under the hood and interior sucks. I am also still waiting for my email that I was advised to have by the end of the day. I would say if you are going to do business with this place you get everything in writing because things switch up soo much..At this point we are considering breaking our lease and it has not been a full 30 days. I would suggest if you think about moving her have them give you a 24 hour buyers remorse option. dont move all your stuff in just visit at night and maybe leave some food out that will make the roaches come out.. The exercise your buyers remorse option..I know the property management team may not like my review, but my experience has been far short of being a pleasure. Oh by the way the other fob stopped working today..

Vista 121 has been a very nice place to stay. I love the apartment im staying in as well as the staff. The staff has gelped ne through a lot. I give them 5 stars hands down.

Terrible complex. Will tow your guests cars with no warning or notice just for being parked in a normal parking spot. In bed with a very shady towing company. Expect to have gates that wont work. Expect to be approached by shady characters in the parking lot looking to sell illegal substances. Do not recommend this complex, look elsewhere in Lewisville.

We unfortunately moved out of this complex like a week ago. My roommates and I lived here for 2 years back when it was called westmount and now its vista 121. The whole experience living here was for the most part pretty good. I mean not every complex is perfect and the only issues that I ran into were noisy neighbors, one rude maintenance person who is now fired, and the area around our building having dog poop everywhere. The new maintenance staff is very friendly and has always responded to request promptly and the management team has always shown that they really care to listen whenever I had a concern. There are ONLY two reasons we didnt stay was 1. We were losing a roommate so we couldnt afford to stay in the same apartment and 2. Is the rent for the 2 bedrooms were really expensive. If you can afford to live here I highly recommend doing so because you will have a maintenance team that responds fast, a management team that will take care of your every needs, and a beautiful property that is kept up well.

When I first moved to Lewisville, of course it took a while for me to open up and get to know the office staff. When my first lease was up at #226, I decided to share my thoughts about moving with staff. Elizabeth Knechtly, earned my business for a 2nd one year lease at #*** to a larger floorpan. She took the time and patience to introduce me to other residents within our community... keeping in mind her high position, I never anticipated her spending so much time assuring I was happy. I had no choice but to share the overall experience with her and the community.This gated community is quiet and peaceful, safe, and clean. Conveniently located near main expressways and access roads, shopping areas, and beautiful parks and recreation centers, I couldnt have made a better choice.Thanks Harbor Group Management for such pleasent living experience.

I’m a new residence to this complex. My car was towed tonight. When speaking to Lewisville Police department they stated the reason my car was told was because it was not showing up as registered to the complex meanwhile my car is INDEED showing up on the portal as VALID and has been showing up as VALID since move in. Just moved here from Florida with every dollar in my pocket can’t afford this why did this happen to me! Rent paid on time. Just Work and take care of my kids. The onlyyyyyyy reason my car was towed was because they said it was not registered to the complex but it definitely is registered and VALID. Questions need answering ASAP.Following up to this situation Victoria contacted me and is super awesome was was able to get the issue resolved and my car will be returned to me. Thanks

This apartment complex is amazing!! First, the staff is so friendly and warm especially Stephanie! They always greet you with a warm smile and ready to handle your concerns. The office itseelf is beautiful! They are/have doing some upgrades to the office i havent seen the final look yet but i shall! Next they have a secure gate with gate code or clicker which is always a plus! Now my apartment all i can say is wow! I work from home and Stephanie was able to find me the most PERFECT apartment ever! Its a one bedroom and office about 900sqf and its equipped with washer and dryer built in microwave and jacuzzi like tub! They also have valet trash which is my favorite amenity! How brillant lol. Parking is great. I just love everything about this place and glad i was welcomed with open arms!

Im going to start with the bad first, if you HATE bugs as much as I do (spiders, etc.) this is NOT the place for you. Upon arrival I asked if someone could come clean the dead roaches and spiders from my apartment (in cabinets, ceiling, window seals, behind doors, in my dishwasher, bathroom cabinets) before I moved my things in. 2 days past by and it wasnt done so I bought spider spray (as they were still alive and cleaned the roaches and spiders myself). My whole entire stay, Ive dealt with nothing BUT insects. Even upon moving out, Im still dealing with it. Unfortunately, I had to give it a bad rating because of it. Ive lived in apts that cost way less and a way less rating score and never had to deal with soooo many bugs in my life! Disgusting!!! Im not sure if the apartments is not sealed enough or what it is but this just doesnt make any sense, my son hated being here because of it. I should have known that insects would be a problem since they were caked in corners of the floor. Im not from here so Im not sure how acceptable it is to ask apartments to have your apartment cleaned for bugs in Texas (they might laugh) but Ive never dealt with an infested apartment before. [The good] Beside the bug situation (which is a very big deal for me), the apartments were well maintained and staff was nice. My apartments was beautiful, nice model and all. No complaints there, but make sure you examine your apartment forcleaniness before moving your things in because that ruined my experience.If thats not a big deal for you, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

This apartment complex is absolutely atrocious. Over priced, horribly built, and the management and maintenance or below poor. We had several problems with management and maintenance that were never resolved and blatantly ignored. Our last lease we signed had a major error that was overlooked by the management staff all the way up until they reviewed the signed lease. When they realized they made an error their ultimatum was to either for us to leave, sign the new lease, or they would put an eviction notice on our door. When we recently moved we were hit with two separate bills for bogus damages and neither our deposit or pet deposit were taken under consideration or acknowledged. Also the management refused to speak with us about the matter after I sent them several emails. ALSO I would like to point out that most of the people giving this place five stars reviews actually work in the main office or Knightvest, the main leasing company.

My time at Westmount was horrible. I only lived there 1 year and even that was too long. The management team didnt respond to any concerns regarding safety or maintenance issues. I would have to get my maintenance done multiple times as it wasnt done correctly the first time. The structure is so poorly made you can hear your neighbors speak.. In my opinion it is way overpriced.

I am not putting this on the actual apartment I’m putting this on the gym equipment and the pool so ... the pool be nasty sometimes like it be having bugs like crickets, beetles, flies, lil roaches, dragon flies, etc. like the pool cleaner BARELY do it’s JOB like come on now you are label “pool cleaner “for a reason now do yo job and also they be havin pool parties ( like the one that is tomar) wit a nasty pool like one time they had one the day after it got done storming & raining the thang was nasty they didn’t even clean it . 😒😒🙄. ( folks was stepping all on the lil trees that was in there ) and they NEED to take them FAKE plants outta there they cause nothing but bugs .... ion like bugs at all ! I wanna sit at the pool chillaxin in peace not having to thing about NO bugs . K 💀🤮They need to update on there gym equipment because the bike that’s in there now DONT EVEN WORK like They got the space for a lil more equipment .. & that bike been like that for a good 5 MONTHS ha 🤦🏻‍♀️ ..They also have this recycling dumpster bin but they dead wrong for closing it within the time they close the office, like that not really fair for the people who need to bring some recycles over and the big rail that goes across it don’t even move like tf ... and the small space ain’t even enough for the size of gallon milk/water jugs .... smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😕 that’s NOT attractive at all for buyers/renters, . !!!

Really nice!

Before was very good but with the new admin all changes. The staff in the office are very sweet and nice but we can see the changes. Gates never closed. I found my car open 2 times with a mess inside. Before if you report something to be fix next day they come. Now ufff Am still waiting....If they dont take care of that issues I will move soon. The prices are high so we are expecting at least minimium standars.
