If you make an appointment, dont expect to be seen at that time.If you think its going to be efficient, dont.If you expect someone to be professional, dont.As far as quality of nails...I am currently wearing sweaters on my nails. Might be cool in Norway, otherwise...not in Palm Beach.Jupiter might be a better location for this sweatshop.

I booked appointment at this place and I showed up on time. I walked in together with another customer who didnt had appointment. Receptionist asked both of us what type of service we want and I made it very clear that I do have an appointment. She took the other lady straight in and started her service. I was standing there totally ignored for 15 minutes.Than I asked the closest employee if someone can take me, because I do have an appointment. I was told, I should wait another 15 minutes, until someone finishes the service. I left and I will be never back.

Pricing is a lie on the website. Beware they have added an extra $5-6 on each service “due to COVID” also they charge an extra $20 for gel pedicure, which is unfortunately written nowhere on their website or in person menu. Not to mention the rude customer service and uncleanliness. It smelled like fart and they had no AC on. I have never had a worse experience getting my nails done! If I could give zero stars I would!!

Went here after a friend recommended it and I absolutely loved the services I received. Everyone was so friendly that worked here . Pedicure was so relaxing and my nails look absolutely incredible. I’ve had a hard time finding a decent nail salon since moving to Florida from Boston but this place is a true gem .

My go-to nail salon. I’d recommend making an appointment before going. Jenny and Lilly are the best! I refer all my friends to pay this spot a visit.

This place is so unsanitary and the nail techs don’t know how to do nails correctly I asked for mint French tips but I got full aqua nails with tips. DO NOT GO HERE

Not bad if you are in a rush. It is not great if you want special treatment. It could be better and it could be worse.

The only good thing is the location - being on the Island of Palm Beach. Otherwise it is beyond bad. 1) I looked hard for their official licenses and only saw two people posted, I be that there are many unlicensed people working there 2) I had to literally walk through the steps of a pedicure - the guy had literally no idea what he was doing 3) the next guy did a full set of acrylics in 20 minutes - how do you think that turned out. It looks like a 20 minute job - awful.

Tried this place for the first time... walked in. Was not greeted. Asked very rudely what I needed. I said I had an appointment. No one walked up to me. I sat down and waited 10 minutes. Still not one person acknowledged me. So I decided to walk out after I witness them do the same thing to the next person that walked in.

I came in today without an appointment to get my nails done. The owners are a couple, the wife greeted us and was very friendly and was able to accommodate us promptly! The space is clean and very organized, the employees are very attentive and genuinely nice. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because my nails werent perfect but I would definitely recommend this nail spa to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to get their nails done where the people is nice and the environment is inviting.

So I use to get my nail done at this location when they were in Trini Nail Salon pre COVID-19. I scheduled an appointment for today at 4:00. I arrived at the location where I last had my nails done in March. Unbeknownst to me they moved. The owner of the other shop gave me their new location which is down the street. I arrived at the new location and they didnt have me on schedule nor did they have anyone available to take care of me. The quality of nails is nice but not worth the lack of organization. I had yo call three times to schddule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone rushed me off the phone but she never put my appointment in their calendar.

Very clean and beautiful atmosphere, not overly crowded and everyone was nice and polite. Amazing price for the service. I only have 4 star because there is room for improvement, eg offer customers refreshments, more clear communication (I had a 0930 appointment and the store opens at 1000).

Nasty owners !!!They will never last - are not loyal to customers -Boss you around !Would not even let me get two waters which are complimentary -Very sarcastic owners - never answer phones ‘I am telling everyone I sent not to go there.Very rude !!!!

I can not recomend this place unfortunately I hd a bad experience with the manager John who did my nails, I had a previous job done there 3 weeks earlier they did the powder dip nail in red, “he took it off” and put a lighter color on my nails again the dip powder technique.When I arrived to my home I can still see red specks of color through my nude nails!!I called and they told me they can do it again!Went to have them done, just to have the awful surprise that John the manager, was very rude to me, he told me it was ridiculous ( even he was lookin to the bad job not only the specs but dents on my nails)Well he through my money on the table, he didn’t want to do the job again, he yelled at me infront of other customers!It was awful honestly it was not about the money! I had to have my nails done I have a trip and now my nails are awful!I dont recommend this place special for Palm beach they don’t deliver and the dont have manners or good customer service
