Don’t apply if you have poor credit. I called this complex and specifically told them I had low credit. I was told by the consultant that as long as I made 3 times the rent it should be fine. Well my application was denied to due to low credit. Which I called and specifically asked.Now I am out 200 dollars for the application fee. If they would have been honest I would have not applied.

Although I prob. Wouldnt pick an apartment complex with a towing policy where visitors have to leave personal info. With a towing company next time. The staff is 5 Star! Madison & Caitlyn are pros. Super profession & try to help any way they can! They are the reason Im giving the vines 5 stars! They have no control of corporate, but they def. Are the voice for the tenants & we appreciate them!

Everyone there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick responses from the office gals. While doing my tour I saw how hardworking and dedicated everyone there was. By this I mean I saw both the manager and her assistant out walking around helping to keep their community cleaned up.

Caitlyn has helped answer any question I could possibly think to ask. She seems very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what she does. She offered me not only an in-person tour but a virtual tour as well. She is very thorough, sweet and was determined to find the perfect home for me. Apartment was not the same quality compared to the model apartment. Toilet was off balanced, not all outlets worked, sliding door difficult to open at times. Additionally, we experieced several leaks while living here including a sink leak that had been existing for some time causing the bottom of the vanity to stain and warp. The other leak came from upstairs apartment causing the wall to stain and the carpet to become wet. The shower tile were not washed after caulking requiring us to wash the shower walls right after moving in. The trash bins always overflowed and water shutoff occurred throughout 2020.

Cars are being stolen, broken into, vandalized in the complex . Management isnt doing anything. But that happy tow service they are working with are waiting for anyone to park in the wrong spot! To take more of your money!! Apartment repairs are so bad it takes months to get it repaired ! But dont be late with rent ? Late fees ?

Only lived at The Vines for a few months and it was wonderful. I moved from out of state and the office staff was super helpful and friendly. Maintenance was always super quick and responsive to issues - By far faster than any other apartment I have lived in. The property is well cared for and I highly recommend living here to anyone.

I have had issues with this place since we moved in. Coming to almost a year here and I can not wait to get out! This place is awful!!!The front staff is nice but do not stick to there word at all! When first moving in the toilet in the mater bathroom did NOT flush. It took them about 7 months to come in a replace the toilet and left it looking awful. Our dishwasher does NOT work! And hasn’t for 2 months now I have sent 2+ service requests for the dishwasher still nothing.. ! there is cockroaches they said they would have someone come out and spray but all they have done to fix that issue is legit put sticky traps out!! the master bathroom shower paint is peeling they want to come in a “re do it” but tell us the chemicals are very bad and shouldn’t go in that bathroom or the mater bedroom for a while (I have two kids under 3 and two dogs) definitely can’t have them breathing harsh chemicals. Our 1 year lease is up in November we pay over 1,300 as or right now and they want to now charge us 1,900 a month for this place they have NOT done any upgrades have not fixed one single thing and want to up our rent! I definitely do not recommend moving into this money hungry place.. (pics of just a couple issues)

Definitely dont move here. You can make a better choice than The Vines. The traffic, the noise, the constant police presence, the poor quality of the property, the never ending foot traffic from people wandering through the complex, too close to hwy 121. Dont let the online pictures fool you. This property is old and tired.

MAINTANANCE NEEDS HELP! IT TAKES WEEKS/MONTHS FOR ANYTHING TO GET FIXED! MANAGEMENT IS REALLY NICE BUT NOTHING THEY SAY WILL GET DONE GETS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. MY KEYS WHERE STOLEN AND IT TOOK THEM WEEKS TO CHANGE MY LOCKS. NOW MY AC IS OUT AND ITS ALMOST OVER 90 DEGREES IN MY APT. ITS TOO HOT TO SLEEP AND I HAVE WORK IN THE MORNING!I FEEL THIS IS BECOMMING AN EMERGENCY BUT THE APTS. MANTANACE SEEMS TO BE BACKED UP AND IT MAY TAKE WEEKS/MONTHS I DO NOT KNOW!!! I have been searching for months on a place that was a great price and decent to live in and The Vines exceeded my expectations. Caitlyn was wonderful. Explained everything to me and answered any questions that I asked. She was very professional and always had a smile on. Her warm welcome is what made me choose the vines. I really wanted to leave a nice review, i was waiting on a sign of change, how ever, Moving here should be your last option. The Roaches in building 3 was enough, the roaches ruining my business opportunity was enough, throwing away my brand new sofa $1,400+ due to infestation was enough, but the Management team is the cherry on top. I cant begin to express the sanity Ive personally had to put up with.Until they treat others the way they would like to be treated and through away that fake smile, this apartment will crumble under their hands. I dont know whats going on in there personal life where its effecting their logical work ability, but You cant get away with charging fees to residence for your lack of awareness for the sake of COVID. There is no way Day Rise is letting this slide unless management is that good at manipulated the system with sparkles. They need to change or be replaced. Ive never dealt with stress from a property management being my number 1 problem after roaches. They cover up their lack of awareness and mistakes with Cheating, Lying and Manipulation. Maybe if youre Cute, youll get away with living here stress free.

As I’m coming up on a month of living here, everything has been amazing. From finding the apartment online to contacting Kindell, getting information and setting up a tour, to making sure all my paperwork was in order so when it came to the day of the move it was quick and easy. And because of the cold temperatures (I moved in on February 13th, the day before snowpocolyse 2021) the lock didn’t work, and maintenance was out as soon as possible to come and fix the problem. Truly some amazing people and I’m happy with my choice to move here.

These are far most the worst apartments I have ever in my life stayed in. Since day one I have had issues with roches they have sprayed and I have complained several times. Both bathrooms have flooded m home has a mold smell.

I was nervous to move to a new city but Kindell and Caitlyn in the front office really create a pleasant atmosphere at the apartment complex and made the entire move in process very wonderful. Apartments are very clean, new carpet when I moved in, way better appliances than most of the neighboring complexes, and very spacious. Im glad I chose this as my home so if you were nervous like me.... DONT BE! (:

The Vines Apartments has been my home since August 2019. My daughter and I love living here. In my section of the apartment complex, it is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The front office staff put together many activities for the community such as taco night, free breakfast, Angel Tree, and food donations which has helped my family tremendously. The number one thing that I really love about living here is the maintenance staff!! Each and every time I needed some type of repair work done, they came through and handled it. Of course, maintenance work takes time, but Im grateful that they fix it in a timely manner. Those guys are hardworking and they take care of just about every thing in this complex. My hats off to the staff and maintenance crew. You all are appreciated!!

Registered Friends Car. Have screen shot of registration and car WAS STILL towed from the apartments at 3:30 am. Do not move in here. Son had his Dads car towed 2 weeks ago for $300 and friends car last night. $300 a pop THE VINES is making a killing here. I am contacting an attorney to get our money back and want to warn others NOT TO LEASE FROM THE VINES APARTMENTS in LEWISVILLE

During the COVID-19 pandemic the staff of The Vines has been amazing. I drove by the day they were handing out food to the people who already lived there, that shows how amazing they are. Prior to driving by I had been emailing with an office member who was so efficient and so warm, you could tell she loves her job. She was able to answer all questions I had and able to overcome any concerns that I thought of. I truly look forward to The Vines becoming my new home very shortly.

I know during the middle of a pandemic is not the ideal time to move. With that being said, The Vines staff has been nothing short of helpful during my transition. My current lease is up in a few days and The Vines staff has been answering my constant questions, making sure I have everything that I need and making sure I feel completely comfortable with my decision to move into their apartments. With not being able to go tour the home before moving in The Vines has sent me videos and pictures of the floor plan that I am moving into, allowing me to be 100% comfortable with my decision to move in sight unseen. I cannot wait to become a resident here!

Ive read some other reviews, let this review bring you some clarity.01/17/2020 the current staff is solid. There are some areas of improvement that should be tightened up but all & all they are organized, prompt, & very nice. As a new resident, the amount of initiative I had to take to make sure the process ran smoothly was not overwhelming, but, one must have the capacity to take responsibility. I dont really write reviews but I notice that most folks who do are complainers. The complex is inexpensive, very well kept, residents are nice, & again the staff is solid. The pool looks dope! Decently sized, cant wait til summer! Hope this review helps.

I absolutely LOVE The Vines and am happy to call it my home. The office staff and Maintenance staff are absolutely AMAZING! The are prompt to respond to any request, they do fun activities for the kids for holidays and take care of their residence that are in need by doing food drives for holidays and times of need such as COVID-19. I can not say enough about this place! The Staff makes The Vines an amazing place to live!

I have lived here at The Vines for several years. I watched brought the years as the staff has changed. In 2017 Ms Madison came here and because of her guidance, Chuck in Maintenance along with the other maintenance man worked very diligently and very hard to keep the apartments in running order in the ground looking good. Unfortunately they’ve had to spend time picking up trash and droppings from pads were other apartment dwellers choose not to I have chosen to stay another 14 months and have no plans on moving because the staff is awesome and that’s what makes an apartment is a home

This place is great. I’ve never seen any other leaders work as hard as Chuck and Madison. They have a great staff and always helpful. I stopped by to pay my rent and I’m thrilled at how busy everyone is but how effective they are at the same time. This is the place to live if you want to be welcomed and feel right at home. Everyone takes their time to stop what they’re doing to listen to any requests. 👍

Do not live here the management are snakes. You are not allowed to have any guest they will tow their vehicle within the night no matter if you register the vehicle on the website they have signs for on parking. Constant shutting off of water for maintenance. Lots of people wandering around including vagrants. Very old buildings.

It was totally unprofessional, courtesy less & unfriendly approach by Vines staff. Yesterday on 7/22/20 at 10.30 am around I reached there to lease the apartment. Knocking the leasing office door, property manager came to door to ask me how she can help me, I said o want to have a tour & I show the Official email I recd. She asked me to wait for 10 mints.Even after 45-50 minutes she didnt bother to attend me. So I went at the door again & knocked the door again, this time she replied with very rude body language to wait.In extremely hot temperature again I waited at the door for next 15 minutes, but it was unbearable so I seat in my car parked right in front of the door but again for next 30 mints she neither attend me nor have me any reply.So disappointing in hospitality business.No one can earn any business. Not only have I read amazing reviews about how helpful the girls in the office are, I can now attest to how amazing they are. While I was in the office I heard nothing but compliments to all of the staff, including maintenance. This property has already won me over and I havent even officially moved in yet. Do not rent from this place. They are absolutely mismanaged from the top down. The staff is rude. The maintenance requests take forever and if I wasnt locked into a lease I would leave ASAP. The straw that broke the camels back and let me to leave this review was today. I have been doing cleaning around my apartment and moving trash outside on the third floor. I was charged a 250 lease violation. A good complex would have notified me of a problem first then let me know if it wasnt resolved ASAP it would be a violation. But this is a poorly managed money grubbing complex.

It is ridiculous that The Vines staff is not in the office. Everyone else has made adjustments to continue safely work during the pandemic. The only options residents have to contact the staff is to leave a message (which phone calls rarely get returned), send a message through the resident portal (which goes unanswered) or to send a direct email (which goes unanswered). How are we supposed to get our questions answered? This is a huge complex and it is not viable to not have onsite management. I hope the owner reads this and considers sending Dayrise to some sort of seminar on effective communication because the staff really needs it. Recently the mailboxes were broken into (almost two weeks ago). People were notified by phone. If you missed the call you were just out of luck. I have no idea where my mail is or how to get it. I am assuming it is at the Post Office which cant be a long term solution. I cant get anyone to call me back. Why does it take two weeks or more to repair the mailboxes? If this office was open the mail could be left there for residents to pick up. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE MAILBOXES WERE BROKEN INTO. Why should I have to suffer? It is Dayrises job to MANAGE THE PROPERTY and make it livable for the residents who live there. Why does everything have to go on and on and on and on and on and on. RESIDENTS ARE NOT A PRIORITY AT THIS PROPERTY.Dayrise you HAVE to do better. Get back in the office...the residents at this complex need support! If you are going to charge late fees and evict people for non-payment you need to be available to the community. Your initial response during the pandemic was great! Over the last few months you have gotten lazy and it shows. Right now you are doing no better than the horrible years of Greystar Management.

The staff here at The Vines helped me with my decision to make my new home at their apartments. Though many options of nearby apartments around The Vines, they were hands down the most welcoming and friendly office. They toured a beautiful apartment with me answering every single question I could think to ask. Knowing I will be moving from out of state they offered to help the process proceed by doing everything via online. This is something not many other complex’s we’re willing to do with me. I look forward to making The Vines my new home and want to thank the women in the office for their amazing southern hospitality and knowledge.

The front office staff is amazing and attentive. The grounds are clean and quiet. The apartment is perfect. So far I am very pleased we chose this place to call home. Highly recommended

These APTS SPEND YOUR MONEY! #1 They force you to pay an extra $50/month for cable even if you DO NOT want cable. NOT KOOL! #2 They try to make the tow truck company they have a contract with Apollo towing (look them up they have terrible reviews & a 2.5 rating) as much money as possible. Most apartments have visitors parking & resident parking ok fine. But This apt. Complex makes you register your visitors car so even if its parked in visitors it still gets towed. My friends car was towed twice she came in from out of town twice @ 4amish & we both where tired. Because it wasnt registered it was towed & to add insult to injury they double charge her to get her car out both times a total of $600. I strongly feel that it is an invasion of my privacy & my visitors privacy to have to provide info. On my visitors vehicle just to park in visitors. Its an unnessary headache for residence & visitors & No one has time or money for an apt. Complex in cahoots to make the tow truck company money off their residence. If it wasnt about the money for the tow truck company it would be just visitors & residence parking NO REGISTERING!. #3 If you hate hot baths this is the place for you! Even the hot water is micro managed because every unit has its own hot water heater, so good luck getting enough hot water for your bouble bath. & You may have to wait an HR. Or So for the hot water if someone has already taken a shower. #4 Just like they force the residence to pay for cable they do not want, they are trying to force their residence to pay our rent ONLINE ONLY. I will never be comfortable with that. How you going to tell me you cant accept my RENT money because its a money order? ESPECIALLY during COVID-19. They give me a speech about paying my rent with money orders then threaten to not accept it the next time I try to pay my rent that way. Money is money right? So many ppl not paying their rent @ all & they give their residence a hard time about how they are comfortable paying, did I mention theres extra fees to pay online. My rent would have to be under $500 to get me to pay online or set up recurring payments. Ive had bad experiences wit paying apt. Online & bad experiences with recurring paymentsIm only comfortable paying my rent with money orders & that should not be a problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It doesnt matter how nice the manager & staff are when a corporate apt. Complex keeps finding ways to extract money from you. This review does not reflect on the staff @ all I think they are just trying to inforce what corporate tells them to inforce. Keeping money in my pocket trumps a friendly staff any day tell that to corporate. If you where in my shoes would you give the vines more then 1 star?

The worst! Havent been able to use the Washer the water comes right out of the wall into the dining room . Ive called about 3 times and they always say they are going to submit another service maintenance online, but going into 3 weeks without getting anything solved, or even coming to take a look at it .

Overall things are better, I understand a lot of these reviews but I’d suggest try to be patient and for the ones that have been I’d contact corporate ASAP! Nice to us and will probably go back cause we have a standing relationship. But they douldn’t be bothered with service, never answer phone and always give 30 minute notices when anything is being brought up. Like “we will be entering your house today at 10:30am” and you don’t get it till you wake up and realize you have 30 minutes to get ready and clean.

Within the next couple of months we will be on our way to Nashville. Sadly we can’t take this apartment complex with us or we would. Lore, Maddie, Monica and the friendly head of maintenance dude (can’t remember his name) are all great and make a great team! Before coming to the vines we were staying at Oak Forest which I would NOT recommend to ANYONE! Do yourselves a favor and come to The Vines, they are so much friendlier and so much more professional!

Place is under new management, and theyve been great! Remodeling the whole complex. Staff is professional, and always available. They made my son and I feel welcome, and comfortable with my decision to live here. From my understanding, the old management wasnt so great. I feel bad for those who had to deal with poor management and not getting their needs met. Its much different now! The property manager, Kitty is awesome! Id highly recommend The Vines apartments to anyone!

Worse place to rent the upgrade they show you is not what you get, water shut down nearly every day, maintenance takes 3 to 5 to respond to your need. Don’t even think of filling an application that my advise

Ms. Kitty the office manager was extremely helpful! Im moving from a different city and she was more than willing to work with my budget. She showed me the exact apartment I will be getting, and was very personable. Everything from the carpet to the ceiling was all brand new!

Ive lived here for 3+ years & dealt with all the changes with management. Its been a good apartment complex overall. The grounds tend to be kept up, and neighborhood is better than most.Monica and her staff have been willing to work with me the few times I have needed or listened to my frustrations with the maintenance staff. Quickly addressing the issues when they come up, if possible.The only issue I do have is the weed smell from my neighbors. Unfortunately due to not being able to pinpoint which one, I have had to just deal with it. Only reason for the 4/5 star.

Just helped my friend move in last week. Really loved her apartment, the pool by the office is beautiful and they have a new fitness center. The office people were really nice and maintenance even helped us take all the empty boxes to the trash. Went above and beyond...very friendly.

Horrible place to live the manager doesnt care about the residents and when you confront her about stuff not being done she calls you a C--NT and still gets to keep her job. Amazing that the home office Melonie the SVP doesnt care when u file a complaint against the office manager the SVP Melanie just send the email and complaint right back to the office manager who was the problem to begin with. Never stay here you will regret it. Trash everywhere pool green during summer

I am a resident and I was 2 months with the damaged ac and every week I was going to notify them that my ac did not work and after 2 months it was that they fixed the ac but it only lasted 1 week working well, at this moment it does not work as it should work, it freezes every time and I think it is essential that my ac function properly in these hot times. I think the units are very old and should replace them.

I’ve lived here for about a year. The model apartment they show you is not what you are going to get, When I moved in my apartment was not ready It was filled with people working,garbage,tools,the old refrigerator and the old stove. I had to unpack my refrigerator my self, I had to tear platic up off the floor from where they painted in the rooms, the toilets don’t work, they are infested with roaches and they done nothing about it. I’ve fix more than they have this recently happen. “ In November 2018 I put a working a work order to fix the things for a third time and nobody came by but I got charge extra that month, for some reason but nobody came until January 2019 to look at the stuff I did a work order on now here it goes into February and they still have not been back to fix anything and now my microwave just broke I can’t wait to move and if anybody wants pictures I can post those to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was so impressed by this place when Kitty showed it to me in March. She is no longer there and its been downhill. The office staff do nothing but make excuses. It took FIVE months for my dishwasher to be fixed and it still doesnt work properly. The property manager is a coward. She will tell her assistant that she is unavailable for irritated renters and then early before closing. These people make excuse after excuse for things. I will not be renewing my lease and I would not reccomend this place for anyone to live.

Wrote a review a year ago because I was asked by staff to do that before receiving my keys or viewing mine and my pregnant sister first apartment. So I wouldn’t trust any good reviews. Upon leaving they will not work with you and will do whatever they can to just get money, they aren’t in it to help you, but more so to take from you. Don’t forget this is a business.

Its not the best, but not the worst. The new management says they are updating the apartments but mine is still the old one. The appliances are really old but work fine. My main complaint is that they said my rent would be $610 until I signed the lease, then they said it would be $610 plus $50 for cable, $18 for trash $5 for pest and then whatever your water is. So I went in thinking $610 and its actually closer to $720. I also dont like that you pay a fee for thier online service (to pay rent and such). Also, there is only one dumpster, which I live close to, but if youre on the other side of the complex, that can be annoying. The staff so far have been nice but they seem to change often and I havent had any major repairs that needed to be done. I feel relatively safe for the area but do wish Id spent just a little more for a gated community. One other issue thats not the managements fault: there are A LOT of children who play in the parking lot and leave toys everywhere. Ive almost run over several big wheels and bikes. And the older kids will just stand around your car, even when youre trying to back out. My number one good thing is no bugs...Ive lived in some roach infested apartments but have only seen the occasional spider here. Thats definitely a plus.

Since Dayrise has taken over there have been many improvements. The new management staff are very attentive especially Monica Briones. She has made my transition to a new apartment very pleasant. I like her energy and friendliness. She is genuine and caring to the residents. Super excited to move to a new apt.K Davis

I would like start by saying the customer experience from the onset of walking into the vines office is everything that you would want in a place that youre going to live along with the ambiance the great smells you have a manager who is the utmost professional and all aspects not once was there an upsell I pressured negotiation it was friendly civil and overall the best experience Ive had she did have the perfect assistant who also shared a bunch of the similar traits and waited very patiently with me until my issue was fully resolved

If you are in the market for an apartment, definitely dont waste your time here. Starting from the first day, things were pretty sketchy. Even after my roommate and I had already put the down payment on our apartment, they wouldnt let us actually see it. Something about how the cleaning and painting crews were still working in there. So moving day comes and we finally get our keys, and we certainly were surprised by the condition of the apartment. It definitely was not ready to be lived in. The A/C was broken; the patio blinds were missing a few slats and the rest of them were broken; in the kitchen, there were no socket covers of ANY of the outlets; doors had holes in them; the master bathroom toilet was not in working condition; and one of the window panes was missing glass. A couple of the maintenance guys made an offhanded comment that they knew these problems existed, and management let us move in anyway. That was just day one. They comped us our first months bill a bit, but it felt like pulling teeth from the management. Over the next few months, the water would be shut off about every other Thursday for them to fix one problem or another. It was such a hassle to get anything fixed, and the new management certainly did not make things any easier. She was extremely rude and condescending anytime I would go into the leasing office. All in all, I couldnt wait till my lease was up. This was one of the worst experiences I have had since I lived in student housing.

Worst apartments ever dont listen dont fix and let the trash get piled up every weekend. Not to mention squatters constantly roaming the complex looking for empty apartments to live which is really fun the day you move in and have to chase people out of your apartment. Wont comminucate anything to you. Waste of space and time hardly felt safe living here the short time I did.

I have lived at this property not quite a year and its been quite an experience from day 1. I wont go into those issues because management has changed since then, however based on these previous reviews listed, doesnt seem like much has changed since Dayrise Residential took over. Maintenance requests take forever to be responded to, the grounds arent kept (especially in the back of the property), and the building I live in has been without outside lighting for the 2nd time for about a month now. BIG SAFETY ISSUE! Especially since its a high traffic area. Police have been dispatched out on several occasions due to neighbors, staff has been notified multiple times and still continues to do nothing. Im sure building 1 stays lit though because its the front of the property and perception is everything, right?! Parking is horrible. If youre not home by 8pm (weekends included)...be prepared to hike it home. We even have parking stickers.. for what, I dont know because towing is NOT enforced in this property. It took at least 3 months for a vehicle with no tags and on flat to be moved. Good for that resident, I suppose. My A/C has been fixed multiple times just within the last 2 months and of course its broken AGAIN. Instead of replacing the unit, they would rather just keep adding Freon. Sure it cools the apartment for about a week, then were back at square 1. Im just really fed up at this point. No resident or potential resident should ever have to go through this. People want a place to call home, be comfortable, and feel safe and you cant even provide this much.

Stayed here for about a year, decent in the beginning... but over the course of the year seems they moved any and everyone into the apartments with loud kids and people that have multiple BIG dogs in 1 apartment that bark at annoying hours of the night or anytime you walk into your own apartment. Told the office about this matter 3 times and nothing was done or said to fix the issue, which they even said no one can have 3 big dogs in 1 apt but STILL nothing was done. Now fast forward to now, moved into a much nicer apartment complex with no loud noises at all, and the VINES state I owe them $300 in damages??? mind you, I didnt have nothing damaged in the apt what so EVER. This place do not care for the tenant reviews are fixing the issues or matters ppl are concerned with.
