Mrs.Karina is the best. Office staff and maintenance crew goes above and beyond to satisfy residents needs. Greatly Recommended

This is a very nice place to live. Management is very nice & helpful. The service team is also nice & helpful as well as prompt when you need them!

The manager Carrina(probably spelling it wrong) is one of the most helpful people I have came across. She helped my wife so much when I was displaced. We owe her so much for the year. Covid 19 did not deter her service.

These apartments are the worse apartments Ive ever lived in my entire life! Its roach infested, the appliances are old as dirt. I can tell the fridge is from the 80s. Its disgusting. The toile t was built in 1983. When you flush everything in it pops out all on the floor or even on you! The stove is old. They have never remodeled this place. Its very nasty. I would never ever refer anymore to these apartments.

I been living here for three years and this new administration is horrible.Ive never had problems with the administrators in the past, but this new one is the worst. I always paid my rent with a check and turned it in to the office, but when this administration came they decided to change that. They wont accept actual checks, now you have to pay your rent online OBLIGATED. When you go online to pay, it shows up a different amount and if you wanna pay with a debit/credit card or money gram you get charged extra around 19.00 or 20.00 and if a glitch happens you wont get your money back. Theyll keep it as a credit on your online account; when its your own money and you have the right to have it refunded. It is horrible, and when you do an annual review they want to know everything about your checking/banking/401k account and many other things that are personal and they make things more complicated for you and never tell you clearly why their doing these things. In the past years; the administrators never made us give them personal info like this administration is doing ; plus theres always new management coming, and each year the rent goes up and there are children running around the parking lot leaving their bikes on the street and on places where people walk around without supervision, Trash everywhere even raw food around the floors and walls in apartment buildings breezeways . the apartment building breezeways smells like urine, crimes happen and there are bug infestations, and maintenance takes a long time to come and these apartments are old that they have mold building up in the kitchen and bathroom area and the rug is also old. I have tried to move out, but had no luck because the apt offices told me they are full or its not close to my leasing date for me to move or they wont have one available for me by the time I need to move out. I hope that ill be able to move out this year. Instead of it getting better each year here at Valley Ridge or when new management comes its just getting worse. The office manager named Priscilla and her crew are monsters, they always give you attitude when you walk in the management building to talk to her or make a maintenance request and even if you call them. They dont have patience with people and its not just me that there being like that; its to a lot of people . Overall with this new administration and all the other issues I would not recommend these apartments to nobody.

Office staff is way better now ! But the guys who help fix the houses suck Ive called several times on the same issue and still not resolved still have water coming into my house into my bedroom . But besides that it pretty peaceful no noise .

Has bad roach problem. Gets more pricy by year. New office people are rude. I canceled my lease and host me 2500. I paid a 400 deposit when I moved in and I got nothing back and my apartment was lived in for 6 months. My apartment was in good condition when I left. No picking up the phone either. Just not good at all. Please stay away... the roach problem is TERRIBLE

Moved to this place back in 2015 everything was great and to 2017 when the new owners took over rent jump out the roof for a place that need alot of upgrades done to the property.Notes where left on my door saying I owe rent when I have never been late look out I am a disabled men and they didnt care now they have me without​ a place to stay for a full month because they dont know how to do paperwork

I lived in this community for 3 years! The pros are its a good area to live in, not too much violence, (Ive heard at least one gun shot during the duration of my residency, so I consider that exceptional coming from a place where it was nonstop) when you have work orders they will come out to fix it, in a decent amount of time.... Now for the CONS🤦🏾‍♀️ in the first year, there was young boys breaking into cars, these apartments are INFESTED with roaches, when I first moved In there was a woman that lived in my apartment & broke her lease early because the roaches were so bad, she told me to do the same, & I wish I would have listened! They were soooo bad that I was embarrassed to have company over, especially for dinner! They would come out of the sink, from under the walls, I would wake up to them crawling on me & my bed at night smh... It was disgusting, I tried to get rid of them with boric acid & raid, but that only works for so long, I have been of the office, they said weekly you would have to request pest control (which I didnt understand, why not just send them?, They got so many complaints over the bugs) there is mold in the sink, in the home, the refrigerators are old... DO NOT EAT THE ICE, you could get E.COLI from the dirt backed up, they dont even clean it, DISGUSTING!!! Every year, they with every new company that takes over, they go up on the rent, when I moved in it was 900$ ... I just moved out but in August it would have been $1350... These apartments accept section 8 & the increase ONLY apply to those people! Other recipients pay $1000 for rent! These apartments are worth about $600-$700 monthly (if that) The increase of rent will be exceptional if they were renovating, with new appliances, new floors, rid the bugs!!! But no, they increase the rent as the property decreases!!! I never felt comfortable in these apartments & I am soooo glad I am out of these apartments & now I am somewhere I am paying less & getting more, Overall I gave 2 stars for the little amount of effort but they really deserve -2 stars!

Office ladys are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance are professional and always helpful. We love living here.

Staff is nice, friendly, and professional. The apartment are spacious and clean.

Terrible place to live. The kids run around without any supervison, the kids do bad things that are very Inappropriate for their age and I hate it. There are gangs at night that drug deal and there was 3 drive by shootings :/

It’s not real bad but not real good I only say this because of the amount of rent I pay and I have no access to the laundry room on site I just can’t understand why I can’t wash on premises

These are the worst and unprofessional people I’ve met. The property manager misplaces paperwork, she has people information in the worst location and everyone can see who is getting evicted. The rent is to high and they don’t have a gym nor do they have assigned parking. Also the company that they work under Fairfield Residential they don’t respond to issues. The maintenance men steal things out of your apartment. They are terrible!!!

I lived here for years and it was terrible once the new management came in. The security guard will never do anything so dont even both to call. Drug deals occur all the time at night. Children run around with no supervision and nearly get hit by cars for running around without looking. The apartment has rules that they post around every now and then but they will never enforce them even if you call the office to complain. I wouldnt be suprised if one day I turn on the news to hear a kid died by getting hit by a car in this place. They do not care for safety and if you have an issue in your room you better already know the maintenance people because the front office wont bother to tell them. The place used to be so nice and safe but under this new management it went downhill fast and the price of rent increased every year. I would not recommened this place to anyone.

They dont fix nothing they just want us to pay rent they dont fix anything the droars are faling 4 nonths ago i asked for something to get fix they never came
