My favorite thing was the tranquil environment they created. It was quiet and peaceful, not much chatter which really helped me relax. The salon is really pretty and well lit. The environment was perfect for relaxation.My nails look amazing. She created something like a french manicure, but much more artistic and very feminine. I normally am too nervous to get a pedi, but it was the right atmosphere, so I indulged. Though my toe nails are quite short, she did a perfect french on my toes. Both my toes and nails look great.Price wise, not the cheapest, but that is totally not what I’m looking for. I look for a great environment and a tech who is artistic and a master of her trade. Both goals were me. I’m very happy and ready for a fun weekend in Nashville!!!

I discovered ivy nails 1yr ago and let me just tell you I have not stopped going that should tell you something. I am very picky about my nails and nail techs. I can tell you all the nail techs are absolutely amazing. My nail tech Lee Ann specifically is spot on amazing! ivy nails is very accommodating and wants you to leave as happy as they are with their hard work! Over the spring and summer I had to bring my 6 yr old and almost 2 yr old with me and they have just treated me and my kids like family from the very first time. I have nothing bad to say about ivy nails if there was I would speak up and give constructive criticism. My husband hasnt even met these absolutely wonderful welcoming staff, but if he did like men pedicures he would be there as much as I am! My husband is very happy I found a place where I can take my kids and nobody cares if my toddler is screaming his head off they accommodate with the situation! So thank you ivy nails for everything I will forever being a client of yours and so will my family!

Seriously, the best place in town ! You HAVE to ask for Leanne! Mary Ann, the owner, is phenomenal and if you ever are unhappy she will make it right! I’m so happy with the dip manicure I got done here and will be back every 2 weeks. Absolutely perfect nail salon and you just won’t find better!

I am just here to say thank you guys for always doing my nails the way I want them and thank you for always going above and beyond to make me satisfied. This is by far my favorite shop to go to. I have not been to another shop in about a yeah. Ivy nails is a clean place to enjoy yourself and get a nice manicure and pedicure with being able to relax. I love this place. I liked their location and their space is amazing. Its clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My pedicure felt amazing, but in the end my nails dont look very good. I noticed when I got home my toe nails and finger nails were two different colors. I also got a full set, which every finger nail is a different length. Everyone there was super nice and I enjoyed them! For being able to get my nails done day of is pretty great. Id go back here and maybe try different techniques they offer.

I’ve had probably 500 dip manicures in my lifetime and this is by far the absolute worst.1. I guarantee you at least the staff I had was not using proper dip polish with the powder. It literally said “gel coat” on the container being used. I’m assuming they new this as I was asked if this was my first time getting dip at the end while my nails looked awful. Every single grain of powder is visible on the nail.2. Their color selection is poor, unless I only got a small portion of it to choose from. For disclosure, I tried making an appointment and was told to “come right now.”3. The staff seems nice. My technician was not. Even when expressing I wasn’t happy she continued. I had to offer to pay more to get the color changed when it was clearly about 20 shades off from why I had picked. She was clearly inconvenienced.4. They CANNOT work off a picture. Or maybe again, just my technician. I was equipped with a picture when I walked in and was still made to choose for myself, ended up with something horribly far off, picked a new one, then was told they didn’t have what I wanted, and then ended up with a terrible manicure. I was charged extra for this by the way.5. They don’t care about the end product. Mine is uneven. Polish and dip were put on so poorly and without care. She chipped a large portion at the end and slapped some polish on it instead of doing the right thing and fixing it.6. Manicure itself is horrible. Even disregarding the dip she never had me wash my hands before gel, clean up my cuticles, or even file down the sides of the nails.The end result: my nails are ugly, uncomfortable from having not been filed correctly, and a total waste of $45. First time in 20 years of getting manicures I felt the need to write a review

My nails were a little blotchy, I paid 50$ for a full set and there’s nail polish on my nails. Not too happy, got me in fast for a walk-in but my nails aren’t the cutest

Okay, I never leave reviews, but I have to for Ivy Nails! All I can say is amazing… amazing… amazing! Their salon is clean and gorgeous on the inside. My nail tech, Diana, was professional, friendly, and gentle. The receptionists offered great service. I have not had my nails done in forever and I am a horrible nail biter, but Diana was so gentle and was very thorough to make sure my nails looked great! This will be my go to salon from now on! If you’re looking for a great salon that does an awesome job, definitely go to Ivy!

Pros - focused, friendly staff (once you’re being serviced), clean and visually appealing environment, decent or good sets (I’ll include pictures of mine. My cuticles were not fixed so I experienced a little lifting later on. I was pretty happy with the nails aesthetically)Cons - pricing, wait times (even with appointment), lack of attentiveness among staffEach time I’ve made appointments I’ve still waited 30+ minutes (my friend waited an hour with an appointment) before being serviced. Even so if I could’ve taken that time to browse the color swatch or something I would be more understanding, but the workers literally ignore you if you’re waiting in the lobby. I tried to speak with a worker when she was in the lobby after engaging with other customers 3 times on my last visit and she actively ignored me. When I got up to look at a swatch I saw in the lobby I was promptly told to sit back down. I will not be returning here.

I love this place!! All of the ladies here are amazing!! They are so kind and friendly. I am always happy with my nails and toes when I leave. I know if I was ever unsatisfied they would most definitely fix whatever I was unsatisfied with.

Diana was so great and friendly! I got a pedicure and shellac manicure - I love how they turned out and it was such a relaxing experience. The salon is beautiful, bright, and clean. Ill definitely be back!

I have a medical condition and it makes my nerves very sensitive in my feet and I had a pedicure done. It was done very nicely and they were very very careful to make sure that I did not have any pain. They did a wonderful job.

The first time I went I had a pedicure done. Was very please with the results. The second time I went had a manicure done and was pleased as well. Wil be going again yes a little more pricey then some other nail salons but I will pay a little more clean and disinfectant nail tools. The decor is very nice as well.

LOVE this nail salon. My sister and I got manicures. Not only were the staff friendly, but they asked our names, chatted, and made sure we liked our nails every step of the way. Everything was so clean too. They were very proud of their work and products and they should be, because the experience and results were phenomenal. I will definitely be back again, and will be recommending it to my friends in the lansing area.

1st time here, needed a fill. Thought pricing was expensive and asked for regular color (not shellac) was informed by the tech that they didnt have regular color, thought okay that makes more sense for the price to higher if theyre building in shellac. Pricing says $25 fill & $5 almond shape. Cool. Go to pay and charged $40. Reevaluate pricing and farther down the list it says fill + 1 color $35, so thats apparently what I was charged for. Do people get fills and not get color? 🤔 Their pricing needs to be written clearer, or their techs need to not lie if the $25 pricing was in fact a non-shellac option.Pros: my nails do look good and another tech was very friendly and checked in on me just before nail color, but I probably wont be back due to feeling deceived...which is a shame it is a beautiful place.

Love this place every time I go in is very nice and clean. The aesthetic of the salon itself looks very professional and upscale, and the staff are so nice my favorite girl is Diane she does an amazing job! My favorite service is the deluxe manicure!

Im freaking mad. I spent 120$ JUST FOR MY NAILS TO BREAK IN A WEEK . I CALLED and they expect me to drop everything I have going on to come in and do a FILL?. NOT TO MENTION MY NAILS WERE UNEVEN I updated on that part . There unprofessional and ride the Manger cut my feet and it bled and she didnt even clean the utensils.

I made an appointment 5 days before hand and had a confirmation text. When I got there they had me wait 45+ minutes and when I showed them 2 different types of nails they said they couldn’t do them so I had just left. They were nails from previous customers from their website.

Nice decor, higher prices. I was over charged by $5.00, didnt notice until I was reviewing the brochure later, I was given after I paid. Id still go back.

This is a newer salon and it is GORGEOUS compared to other salons I have been to in lansing. The design is beautiful and they are known for their deluxe pedicures.They have beautiful rooms in the back where the permanent makeup specialists work. Eyebrows and eyeliner can be done. Extremely clean and professional! Kayla is an awesome artist and did my permanent eyeliner. She mapped it out until I felt comfortable and she made the procedure a pleasant experience. Would recommend!

I got a full set the other day and I’m not really happy with the way they look. I spent a lot of money for them to not be what they should. I was even there for 2 hours and I tried emailing them to tell them about the way my nails turned out with pictures as well. I’m not one to really leave reviews at all but I’m very dissatisfied with the way my nails turned out and I just want them fixed after I paid what I did. Went back after I talked to the owner, she had called me and texted me saying she wants to fix my nails and to take down the review. She tells me on the phone id have a nice new set with Louis, texted me asking if noon worked and I replied yes and she said to come in at noon and see Louis. I get there, and I’m back with the original girl who did them. As soon as she sits me down, tells me I shouldn’t have left a bad review because it looks bad on them and I should’ve called. I had sent an email, that’s all I could do with my working hours. I worked longer than they were open, no way I can call so I emailed. After she started drilling after I had told her about how we had went over my nails with another color so that they didn’t look dirty, tells me it’s not her original work and there’s nothing she can do about it. No refund, no nothing. I spent $60 on nails that looked dirty, they were all different shapes and all of my cuticles left bleeding and cut up. Do not recommend.

My nails were awful the woman that did them didnt even pant the side of 4 of my nails I got a simple set with 2 colors no design and it cost $60
