The guy there did my girlfriends nails today and she loved them. Her first time going to a nail salon in lansing. Would Recommend them for sure! They were really polite as well:)

I went to this nail salon for the first time about 10 days ago. I got a full set. The nail tech spent the entire appointment time texting on her cell phone or talking to other clients. It took an hour and a half for a full set without nail art or anything fancy. She didn’t even touch my cuticles. After 10 days my nails are starting to fall off and I have a fungus on one nail now. Don’t go here.

I got a full gel set coffin style nail and I always love Sammy work.Ask for Sammy (She and a few others went there from Love Nails on Cedar & Willoughby) and give her creativity control if you are not sure what you want to do.Things to know: Walk in on Saturday.

All i wanted was just tips. Well...he tore my cuticles up and you could see polish from the last time I did them under the ones they did. Poorly. Done so bad I just painted over them myself.

I cannot say enough about this salon, the nail techs are extremely nice and did a wonderful job on my nails and toenails. They keep it very clean and tidy, no worries about that! I’ll be back and I highly recommend!

Took about 1.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left which is great considering I got a full set and a pedi. Very clean and the team members there seemed friendly enough.

I get my nails done by LILLY, she came from LOVE NAILS and I followed her to this nail place. Lilly is so patient and nice and treats customers with respect . Her talent is amazing with nails and does wonderful pedicures. She has astounding skill at nail decor . I recommend only her to go to because she treats you like your friend

Some of the rudest people I have ever met in a nail salon. they do a decent job but it’s not worth it. my nails started breaking a day after getting a full set and when I went back, they charged me to repair them. No nails should be breaking a DAY after meaning the foundation was POOR. I used to recommend this salon but this is no longer my recommendation and if you’re considering coming here, don’t.

The pedicure that I get here is like going to a podiatrist! The tech really knows his stuff!

This is a neat little place to get your nails done, ive also like my set. And the pricing is reasonable. They are always booked, and sometimes they dont answer the phone. So its hard to get in. But there great!

Worst Salon!!! They are super rude!!! I call for an appointment and they tell me no appointments so I get there they tell me it’s a 45 minute wait. They then let someone who comes in after me go ahead of me cause she has an appointment!!!!! Then then tell me well it’s no same day appointments!!! Like really why is this my first time hearing this?!?! I’ll never go back

I started going in April 2017 to get my nails done for my wedding, and I’ve been putting off the red flags because I was new to the Lansing area and didn’t know where else to go. - The only great encounters I’ve had was with Paul and now he’s gone 😩 So I’ve been getting my nails done by the older lady that now works that. (Susan’s mom maybe.) anywho...super impatient and rude. She’s not the only one. There’s a hidden spirit of rage in them that was so unbearable today that I had to pay and walk out with my shellac undried and no clear coat. My loss right!? And Maybe I failed the test, but I’ll take that up with God. Beautiful shop, ugly hearts...and you can not put talent over character.I KNOW that they sit and laugh at bad reviews sometimes, but that’s ok too. You never know who you mistreat! “Touch not my anointed...do my prophets no harm.”Please do not waste your money here.

Its been a couple months since my visit, but I was browsing nail salons in the area and noticed that I had never written a review of this place. I had read the great reviews online so I had really high hopes when I came in. I made an appointment before hand and got there a couple minutes early. I ended up having to wait like 30 mins for a nail tech to finish someone else (which irked me, but I didnt have anywhere else to be that day and there was wifi, so not a huge deal). I asked for a squoval shape which confused the nail tech so I ended up pulling up a photo of the shape. She said she understood and continued to do my nails. This was my initial gel set and it took her only half an hour to put them on, file them, and paint them. If youve ever had gel/acrylics, you know that it usually takes AT LEAST an hour if not more. When I left the salon, my nails were not the shape I wanted (nor even a good shape), they were different lengths, and my cuticles were bleeding really bad. Probably the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive been to some where they did an okay job, but these nails were awful. I will not be back and I always warn people about this place.

Very impressive . Highest rating 4 sanitary, as Ive been to quite a few nail shops in all sides of Lansing & none spray cleaned the bowl as well as used a disposable liner, cudos by me. I absolutely love this place. Its clean and bright. The nail techs do modern designs and are up to date with new nail trends. The price point is a little higher than some of the older salons, but the work is well worth the money. I also believe that the materials used on skin and nails here are up to health standards i.e. they dont use acrylics with mma. Also, I usually wax my own brows/lip b/c Ive had some pretty bad experiences with uneven and painful waxing. Not here, I trusted Susan with my brows and she shaped and waxed them perfectly. I will definitely be back here.
