I love Goju Training Center. They offer many classes that are flexible with work schedules. The staff is great! I have seen a drastic improvement in my health and strength after only a few months.

Goju Training Center is certainly different from any other gym Ive been to. Its not only one of the best and toughest workouts, but the people have become family to each other. The supportive and caring atmosphere makes you want to keep returning and continuing your fitness journey. Love the boxing routines, cardio-kickboxing and weight training. The owner Kenny just won 2 USA gold medals for kickboxing and martial arts - the other trainers are top notch, dedicated and they push you to help you achieve your goals.

This is the best workout ever. I guess I could say it is a cross between working out and a party. There are some great people there, and it is an inspirational experience too! Its all family!
