I have been here twice and had the guy that works there. He does such a great job. I love this place.

Buffed filed nails very aggressive. Shaved nails too thin and shattered nail bed. Shoutout to Lynny Nails! On Saginaw next to Wild Bills. Way way better quality and service then VIP and cheaper I’m sure. Full pedicure (not the basic) and full dip set with tips for $95. Highly suggest making an appointment there rather than VIP. They were gentle on the injured nail.

Very unprofessional, did everything super quick with no professionalism. Won’t go back.

Teresa did a fantastic job. I was hesitant at first about getting service for men, but she did a great job. I will be there again.

SPEND 125.00 on a full set and 2 deluxe pedi and 1 mani. Horrible! Our feet dont even feel anything has been done . My husbands nails look like they just slapped clear coat on them without doing anything. Never again will.i go here

I went and got my nails done September 4, 2020 and they did a horrible job my nails were supposed to be shellac but they peaked the next dayI asked them to fix them they did in the day after they fix them again they peeled off and when I ask for my refund they told me no refund and they will fix them after I said I didn’t want no more fixtures because the nail polish is not real shellac or the dryer don’t work right. The lady was very disrespectful and said she would not answer the phone for me no more I do not recommend no one to go to this nail shop they have horrible business and do not care at all for the customers

I go and take my little sister there to get our nails done for a Christmas present. Her nails looked okay. But the male that did mine, could care less. My nails are uneven. He never asked me a size or length that I wanted, not painted fully. Everything. I’m so upset...

Never going there again, they messed up my nails made them super thin I can bend them with my teeth. She rushed through my nails so fast they are horrible. The paint well don’t even let me get started with that!!

I went there on Sunday and paid $100 for a pedicure and full set. The Pedicure was fine, but the full set was a horrible experience. The man that did my nails was not listening to what I wanted. He then did the powder on my nails and it was way too thick, bumpy and crooked. I was there two hours and now I am paying more money to get them fixed. How are you going to argue with a paying customer about what they want and are paying for? Never again!!!!

It was not the cleanest in there, but the lady I had did a wonderful job and asked me several times throughout the process if my nails were the way I wanted. My nails turned out perfect and it was cheaper than other places I have been!

The man was very nice. Clean salon with great pedicure options but the lady who did my Pedicure was rude and very rough. She tried to peel off my shellac polish with the cuticle pusher... ouch. Cut me with the nippers & Also ignored me every time I talked to her. She did whatever she wanted and put her headphones in.

My second time here, the gentleman that did my pink to white ombre nails did a wonderful job. The place is very inviting and clean.

I Go and have a day off thinking I can feel good for once during this pregnancy and this happed... NEVER again will I go to VIP nail &spa in Lansing mall again.. I told the lady I wanted tips bc my nails are so short ... she did this and ignored what I said.. so I pointed so she could understand... and she flipped and was talking her language all I could catch was something about white Americans so we asked the guy a question and he was straight rude! I have pictures but wont let me upload 🙄

I gave 2 stars because the gentlemen that works there does amazing but today is the second time i could not get what i asked for because they didnt have ppl to do my nails. And i wasnt informed until after my toes where already done and my nails were prepped to be finished that i would have have to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done. I have been going here for a while since tony was here but its become so unprofessional.

Very rude everytime we asked for something they would just laugh would never go there again and you can tell they sit there and talk about you

The lady who did my nails was very rude, didn’t care about how my nails looked, seemed like she was in a rush and my nails are uneven. You could tell the were talking about me. Never again am I going back.

My nails are in even af, I asked for snowflakes and it looks like a hold did them and the guy said it don’t gotta be perfect !
