Loan does my nails every time! I pay usually $60-75 because I get shellac and designs but she does an amazing job each time! I dont go anywhere else. They are not expensive and do an amazing pedicure too!!!

WORST SALON IN LANSING. NEVER GO HERE. RUDE WORKERS, UNSANITARY, NEVER CLEANS EQUIPMENT OR FOOT TUBS, DOESN’T CARE FOR CUSTOMER SAFTEY AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY COMMUNICATE.

So I went in today to get my set taken off (I have had them filled 5 times) and a full set of acrylic put back on. The old guy refused to take the set off, said they didnt need it. Fine, save some money.. even though he completely disregarded what I asked him to do. While he was filing them down he burnt the top of my finger tips several times. Anytime I asked for something, the guy refused to do it. No, no, no, you dont need to do it that way. I do it this way and it will be beautiful dont worry He refused to give me a manicure.. I had black matte on all of my fingers except my ring finger,.. it was a blue sparkle matte. I told him I wanted exactly the same. He ended up painting them all black with sparkles on all of them. The paint job is god awful and when I complained all they did was offer to do them over. Why would I do that? So I can waste more time and money for nails that are going to look like a 5 year old got a hold of fingernail polish?! This place is a joke! He also asked me if I smoke pot and even though I told him I didnt he went on and on about how he cant wait to go home because he was going to smoke.

They slayed my nails. They made them look fabulous thank you I plan on visiting back soon. Also inside was well maintain and staff were super friendly! Made sure every one got in and out in an orderly fashion! I was finished within 45 mins and got these beautiful nails💖💞 Ill be planning a trip back here soon!

Worst salon I have ever been to. Had a broken nail and the lady doing my nails asked if it hurt and I told her yes. She proceeded to dig her finger into the nail that I told her hurt. Had to redo the polish after doing it the first time, and didn’t look any better the second time but didn’t do anything about it. Do not recommend this place at all, save your money or go somewhere else

Great prices and friendly staff that take their time. I came in to get a shellac mani and pedi with regular polish. After only 4 days, my shellac polish is already chipping away. Very disappointed, but you get what you pay for!

This place is usually the go to for a quick fix when you dont got the money but you desperately need your nails done. Theyre products are very cheap quality and the nails will always diminish quicker than anywhere else. The nails will lift quicker letting bacteria up under the nail. So at the end of the day when you think your spending less, eeerrrrrr.... pump your breaks because your gonna come out of pocket for having to get them done quicker than usual and probably have to get full sets everytime than fills. Just something to think about.

Great place, I got in there quick they did my nails exactly how I wanted them ( Stiletto nails with diamond on middle finger) The nails looked perfect, the last place I went to was right down the street -Malibu Nails- they took about 1 hour to get me in a chair when only 3 people were in there and when I sat down the guy was rude he was watching TV (BEHIND HIM!) and doing my nails, he messed them up they werent sharp, I wanted black and he did so but he only did 1 horrible coat! grr. At PRETTY NAILS they did mine and MIND YOU I MESSED A NAIL UP WHILE DRYING AND THE LADY REDID IT FOR FREE! CANT BEAT THAT HUH?!?! AND ITS CHEAP. I RECOMMEND PRETTY NAILS!

Normally I go there with no problem. Today I went and she messed up my nail and said she would just shape it differently. With my job thats unacceptable. Not to mention she didnt get the paint from under my nail from the previous paint I got done there. And last thing last time I was there she tried to double charge me. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but never again will I go there .

I got white tips for $15 they did an amazing job. I was a little worried by the fact that they really dont have good reviews but I love my nails. 5 out 5 stars. I got a little old guy who did them too. The wait time was about 10 mins and they were done quickly. In and out. Only thing negative that I can think of that it was $2 charge for using a debit card.

Always do a great job always busy easy get to know no appointment necessary walk in at any time last minute time to fix your nails or get ready or even false eyelashes there there

If I can give this place no stars, I would. I waited almost 2 hours to get a full set. Every 5 minutes they kept telling me almost ready. I ended up just leaving. Dont go there unless you have a lot of time to waste.

My wife just left there this place is a joke the old man didnt listen to one word messed her nails up bad looked better befor we went there charged my wife 30 dollars done shity work I wouldnt recommend this place to a vet and Im not even jokeing. If I was you Id go to Michelles either in Lansing or Williamston they do great work five stars for Michelles if I could give zero stars for this one they would definitely have a zero theyre rude wouldnt listen to one word she was trying to tell they didnt even know how to do a matte finish definitely find some place else to go they actually need to close this place because they damn sure dont know what theyre doing at all and thats 100

Horrible customer service, had to wait 40min to get acrylics (when no one was even being waited on). Then took over an hour for the old guy to do my nails then he refused to paint them cuz he had already taken the $15.00 from me and said it wasnt included when I know it was! Very rude and very bad customer service and tons of nasty flies in their nail salon!! Well go to KIM nails next time for sure !!!! Dont waste your money here!!

Get the Cuban girl that works theres she is amazing 20 bucks for a full set and 5 for pain they dont even cost extra for shaping. I LOVE MY NAILS

The young lady there rushed me through while watching a movie on her phone. My nails looked bad and my eye lashes even worse. Ask for one of the older ladies and go somewhere else entirely for the lashes!
