Got a full set put on. During I asked if they were going to cut my cuticles and she said I had to pay $15 extra, on top of my $45, for that. Didnt cut my real nails so they are long and peeling back. Didnt even push my cuticles back so looked like I needed a fill after like 4 days. One nail broke off on the 6th day. Going somewhere else to take them all off and start again. Very poor quality.The pedicure was ok, but also not great. Got paint on my cuticles so didnt look professional at all. Not sure why I cant add a picture!?

I came here to get my nails done and they were rushing it so bad. Didn’t put my cuticles back so when I left I already looked like I needed a fill. I was given attitude and they kept changing the price on me. Constantly speaking Chinese so customers can’t understand and that doesn’t make us AMERICANS feel welcomed. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT EITHER!

Worst nail experience Ive ever had, I got a fill and my nails stared lifting two days later, the paint started lifting the very next day.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The lady that was doing my nails was rushing, she applied acrylic to the bottom for a fill and refused to fill the sides of the nail, when I pointed it out to her she told me to get out. I was very nice to her and thanked her for her time as I left. When I pay my money for a service I expect the service to be provided to my liking. Don’t waste your money for poor service.

Visited different salons over the course of about 2 months. They did a great job on my nails friendly.

I’ve been going here for about two years now and lately I’ve been getting very frustrated with this place. One of the techs I believe her name is Katie is constantly on her phone WHILE doing my nails. Making it take over an hour just to get a simple fill. I’ve also noticed that they do not clean ANY of their nail equipment. My nails have lifted only a week after getting a full set. I show up this morning at 9:15 and called twice to make sure they were open (they say the open at 9) and no answer. Don’t say you’re open at a certain time if you’re not. Not to mention some of the things I want done to my nails they have informed me they can’t do which is beyond me considering You’re a nail salon!! Very unprofessional place. I’ve pretty much had a bad experience the past 6 months I’ve came here and today I’ve had enough so I’m writing a review. Get it together!!

ASKED 1 OF 2 NAIL TECHS IF SHE COULD DO MY NAILS AS I AM USED TO HER WORK AND NOT THE OTHER ASKED TECH AND WAS TOLD NO AND NOT ONLY WAS I TOLD NO WHEN I ASKED HER WHY SHE JUST TOLD ME SHE JUST DIDNT WANT TO AND CONTINUED PLAYING ON HER PHONE LIKE I WASNT A PAYING CUSTOMER. This is my go to spot for nails. They do great eyebrows too. Always accepting walk ins and the prices are reasonable in my opinion.

Ive been going to this nail salon for many years for my nails and eyebrows. But as of late, the service has gone down hill. The nail tech took a a casual phone call in the middle of doing my manicure and worse because she was on the phone and not paying attention to my nails, she ended up cutting my finger!!! Unfortunately, I will not be going back for my nails ever again!

Horrible customer service from the owner. He got upset beacuse I told him he picked the wrong color. Then he said he did pick the right color and if its wrong I need to find the right color. So I find the right color and he just kept going on and on about how he doesnt do nails the girls only do it and he doesnt know how they catalog the colors and really just wanted to keep arguing with me about the color. Ive been here several times before and the women who work here are great...its unfourtnate that the owner is so unprofessional.

This Salon does adequate work however every other time I go there I get a tech that does not understand or speak English. It would be nice to be able to have some type of dialogue without an interpreter.
