The care that my two seniors (21 year old cat and almost 14 year old dog) receive from the vets and vet techs at this clinic is beyond fantastic. Both pets are under a lot of geriatric care so I am there often. The tender way the staff treats them is just so appreciated. I am also grateful that the medical treatments are a mix of modern and longstanding proven methods. This clinic has provided care to keep my two comfortable and healthy in their golden years.

We have lived in Summerville almost seven years. There is absolutely no one I work trust with my animals other than Dr. Blum. He only does what is best and what is necessary. His bedside manner is amazing, and his eye for what our pets need is always right.

Have been using Dr. Wagner for 30 of her 36 years in practice! Why go any where else when you found the BEST!

I personally have been taking my pets here for many years. The staff is incredible, thorough, and compassionate with our furry family members. I have recently moved about an hour away, but still take my pets here because they are the BEST in the area. When my 18 year old “best friend” of a cat had to be put down in 2011, they were there... understood the emotion and pain, and I felt like they shared that pain and made it a little easier. Same scenario with my wife’s chihuahua about 5 years later. They not only care for the animals they treat, they care for the the well being of the owners as well. They have also been there since the adoption of three more pets, 1 dog and two cats. When our oldest dog Riley had to have a bunch of teeth removed, the vet kept him at their house for overnight observation. When Jake was neutered and declawed, same... they kept him at their own home. Long story short, if I’m 5 minutes away or two hours away, I will not take any pet elsewhere for veterinary care. They are top notch in my opinion, and are the best of the best when it comes to the care of our furry loved ones. Thank you Steven & Sheri Green and staff for all you do and have done for our family. Weve been coming to Knightsville Vet since we moved here 6 years ago. We love Dr. Blume and everyone else in the office are so nice and helpful. They have treated our children with the best care available.

I brought my dog in there 2 weeks ago for the first time. I will never go back. It was like walking into a morgue. The woman who checked us in was as friendly as a porcupine quill. Lauren maybe her name. I’ve run across carrion with nicer expressions on their face. She didn’t care about Rocky. She didn’t even ask how he was. All she asked about was my Benjamin’s $$$$.

Ive had two of my dogs, as well as my sons 3 dogs, (all Boston Terriers) treated here. Ive had both Dr. Blum and Dr. Wagner see our dogs. Theyve always been kind and very professional. At my old vets I felt rushed, and only saw the vets a few minutes at most. They never gave any extra info or explained much to me. Usually dealt with the tech. Here is totally different as they give great quality of care. They both have taken time to listen and answer all of my questions. They never proform test or anything just to get your money...they explain exactly what treatment theyre giving and options and why theyre doing it. All the while showing kindness and attention to your pet. The techs are wonderful as well. Im so thankful to have a Vet that makes our pet care feel like part of their family!

The staff was very attentive and caring. My dog has separation anxiety when she is away from me. She wasnt stressed out once her visit with the Dr. was over. The Dr. was very thorough which I enjoyed. It was my babys first visit and I was extremely happy with the service. Thank you.

A wonderful staff and Doctors, we were so worried about our sick 12 year old husky last week, not only did they see her right away, they diagnosed her quickly after testing and were able to have our girl back to her usual happy, energetic self in a couple days with meds and they also gave us Information about ways to help her with her liver and arthritis because of her age, so very grateful to all of them!!! Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring compassionate Vet office!

Good staff, very thorough and patient Drs. Brought my 2 kittens here and unfortunately while being neutered the male kitten passed away. It was a heart condition from birth and the Vet did absolutely nothing wrong. Unfortunately was just bad luck. Looking into it, it is unfortunately somewhat common if there is that condition for it to present the first time under anesthesia. The Vet called me after it happened and took me through what happened and allowed me to ask any question I had and even chatted for another 15 minutes just to help put me at ease. The thing that stuck out was the vet even offered to personally bury the kitten on his property after I shared I didnt have a place to bury the cat. This was the kittens 3rd visit here and both of them were extremely happy and had obviously been well taken care of by the staff.Looking back so much sticks out about how much they care and felt awful about what happened. Thanks Dr. Wagner, I appreciate the kindness that day and will go here for as long as I am living in the area.

UPDATE:....The manager of this clinic has fired me from being a client because of this review. She didnt want to professionally call me to discuss this matter, but instead sent me an email to cancel my appointment for my pet and stated she would forward my records to where ever I would like. She referenced this review in the email when she cancelled my already scheduled appointment. WHAT A HORRIBLE example of a manager and is exactly why the front desk staff member is allowed to behave as she does. Her manager is just as unprofessional as she is. Dont get me wrong. I would continue on a client here working around getting scheduled without having to work with the one horrible front desk member. But now that the manager has fired me as a client due to a honest poor review of her staff, I am having to look elsewhere for another wonderful vet. That is sad because.....The doctors are wonderful. The clinical staff is compassionate and phenomenal. The reason I am rating so low is the HORRIBLE front desk staff member that you have to deal with. She’s is uneducated and clearly unsupervised. She makes decisions regarding your pets treatment scheduling that will hurt your pet beyond the issues you may already be experiencing. I am changing vets because of the issues and obstacles she creates in getting a pet seen correctly.

I came in today for a 2nd opinion of an ongoing issue with my cat as a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Adam Wagner almost spent 40 minutes on the phone with me during my curbside visit to thoroughly go over his symptoms, possible issues, treatment options, future treatment options if this didnt work, all my questions, and I didnt feel rushed at all. I felt a huge sigh of relief just having more insight on the issue and felt less confused and will definitely be transferring my other cat here as well! We felt cared for and had an extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend!

I brought my Jack Russell terrier, Sandy, to see Dr Adam Wagner this morning. He was great! Very friendly and professional. As well both Amber and Jessica were friendly and took their time with Sandy who is 14 yrs old and a little frightened of people she doesnt know. I would HIGHLY recommend Knightsville Veterinary Clinic.

We moved to Summerville almost three years ago and I dreaded finding a new vet, as our previous vet was so great. We settled in at a nearby clinic but I always felt like a bother and rushed out the door. Then Knightsville was recommended to us, and we started seeing Dr. Adam Wagner. From start to finish, this clinic is the best. The front desk, tech, and Dr. Wagner are always patient, professional, and friendly. Our dog has gut and immune sensitivities, so I usually have multiple questions and Dr. Adam always explains things thoroughly while avoiding unnecessary fluff. Our dog is terrified of the vet and they do so well with her and we never feel like a bother. We pay a little more than we did before, but its worth every penny. If you are particular about your animals care, look no further.

Caring and not pushy! Works with me to make sure my animals are taken care of but mindful with my pocketbook. I highly recommend

I cannot describe into words how wonderful Dr. Green and his staff have been to us and our furry babies. Dani has gone above and beyond helping us export our kittens oversees. She was on top on every detail in a very difficult process filled with red tape. I am so appreciative of all their help and kindness!! I recommend them to anyone looking for the absolute best care for their furry family!!

I just returned from picking up another years worth of Trifexis for our Jack Russell. The total bill came to $326.16 which works out to $27.18 per dose. I thought that seemed high, so I made several phone calls to varies Veterinarys in the area. The prices I received ranged from $18.79 to $24.85 per dose. If your looking for a new Veterinary, take into consideration what they charge for protecting your pups from heart worm, fleas and ticks.

Dr. Blum is amazing! He is very caring and puts the needs of your pet first. He was very honest with me about my options with my much loved fur baby. I’m so grateful to this caring staff.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable. And will always answer any questions you have about your pet . I would recommend anyone with pets to go here . You won’t go wrong.

So grateful to find this Vet. Wonderful first visit and they spent a lot of time discussing concerns we had.

We just took our cat to this clinic and we recieved a very friendly treat. We were offered to renew our cats vaccines and we are glad the prices were reasoneable, having in mind that taking your pet to any vet is expensive. We definitely are coming back. The only down side is that they dont have any payment plan for any expensive treatment. I wish they have it would make an affordable option for we pet lovers.

Our almost 14 year old cat Oz was misdiagnosed on 3/8/17 by Westbury Vet Clinic and we brought him here. Sadly Oz was diagnosed inside of a few minutes (biopsy) with an aggressive form of cancer. The doc took great care in physically examining him and knew right away this was serious. While there is nothing medically we or they can do for him at least they took the time and care to be thorough. Weve taken our dog Henry there since we got him at 6 weeks and he is now 2. Unfortunately, Oz had been treated at this other clinic for years as he is my sons, but I promise our other cat will now, along with Henry only come see these docs. Your professionalism and customer service is outstanding!! Your care for the animals and their owners is appreciated more than you know. Thank you to the young lady that called us back and got him in because if she hadnt, Oz would still be in a lot of pain instead of resting comfortably until we can all say goodbye.

Rude, horrible place to take your dog to. My poor dog has an ulcer in his eye and I didnt have the right amount of money to pay for everything. Instead of making a payment plan and giving me the medicine. They told me to come back when I have the money for his medicine they are TOO expensive and act like they dont want a job. I do not like going here at all but it was the closest place to me and I had no choice my bill was $197.28 o do not recommend this place ever.

While I was away away and my pet sitter was in charge, she called me that my girls were throwing up several times. She tried to take them to my regular clinic but was told they were completely booked. We had been going to this clinic the ten years we have been there. My pet sitter called her clinic, Knnightsville and got them seen almost right away. Dr. Blum called me to tell me the situation. He examined them well and did not do extra lab and fluids which I felt was unecessary as well. Both according to my sitter and Dr. Blum, he cared for them in a very compassionate manner and his staff called on Monday to see how they were doing. I had sort of been thinking about changing and this made up my mind. I will have them as my new clinic for my girtls.

I went here for my dog when he was sick, we had and appointment we made last minute at 4 pm as an emergency, we got there early and they took us in even though we were about 20 minutes early to the appointment (I was expecting more traffic) they carried my dog in on a stretcher because he couldnt walk, got to the room and talked to the nurse for a few minutes. Dr. Blum then came into the room and stayed in there for over an hour, he answered the millions of questions we asked and he was incredibly honest about my dogs health. About 6 years ago I went to Banfield with the same dog and they were trying to force me to put him down and they were furious when I refused, but this vet gave me my options told me that it was 100% my choice. He even wanted to look at the color of the fluid in his stomach so took a syringe and looked at the color for free he also gave us free cans of ensure. It was about $52 for all of this. I called a day later to see about doing a SubQ and made an appointment for that, but I canceled the next day about 30 minutes away from our appointment because he wouldnt be able to take another trip, and I think I was talking to Erin, she was so kind, understanding, and felt so bad told me 1000 times if I needed to talk or anything just to call them, which was shocking because they are always incredibly busy, if youve read this to the end and you want someone to really care about your pet and to be honest and not forceful this is the only veterinary office that I have experienced having patience with their patients, the only vet I will use ever again.
