I love Aurora Nail Salon. The technicians are all very nice and accommodating. They offer additions to their pedicures that I’ve never had at another salon, such as hot stones, fresh fruit rubs, etc. It really does feel like a pampering session. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. When I arrived after 6 pm for a quick nail refill (they close at 7), I wasn’t made to feel like a nuisance. Highly recommended.

I got there around 5:15 in the evening and I was put at a lady’s station. She was taking forever so I went to the bathroom for a second and came back and a mom and daughter had walked in. She put my nails to soak then went to do the mom and daughter’s nails. It was now around 6:30 and she was still doing their nails so another lady seen I was sitting there forever and came to do my nails. She was nice but in a rush. I didn’t realize until i got home but my pointer fingers were two very very different lengths. I called, they refused a refund but did offer me three days to fix it for free but I work so I couldn’t go in within three days and I didn’t want them touching my nails again after the messed up this bad on the first ones. I ended up not leaving until around 7:30

She cut my toe and it wouldn’t stop bleeding.

Not impressed at all. The lady that did my nails was so rough, that I now have sores on the side of a couple of my nails and I kept telling her it hurt. My daughter got a pedi and everything was ice cold, the water the rocks, the towels. Then she told my daughter to out her feet back in the cold water after she put them in the hot wax. Will not be going back to them.

Hannah and her crew always do a fabulous job!!! Highly Recommend them.

My first time was ok I showed her a picture of my previous she shrugged it off.. yeah wasn’t close to what I said but whatever it was ok just not what I’m used to.... recently went after the hurricane they were open to my delight they said I could walk in no appt. this time she got them exactly how I wanted. The in and out time is 15 minutes most without a wait oror other services. Location is great, interior is beautiful. Did I mention this place is spotless.

Came in asking for something completely different than what I got. I asked for holo shaped hearts under the acrylic of my ring finger. Ended up with something completely different because they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the hearts until it was too late. The guy filing my nails cut me TWICE with the filer (should have left then). Got home and realized one of my ring finger nails is crooked. The polished is smudged under the top coat, meaning she just painted over it. They were very polite just wasn’t happy with the way things were handled. That’s what I get for trying a new shop.
