Reasonable towing and storage prices. You dont get a whole lot for the vehicle you bought for a friend and he had it a whole week then did this to it. See pics. Luckily no one was killed. A lesson in drunk driving-just dont do it!

It was only my second time there and let me tell you... it was a blast. I found tons of stuff for my truck and then some. The guys up front were helpful and curtious. Didnt cost me a dollar to get in even. Cant wait till the rain subsides for a min to get back in there. ♡♡♡♡I think Im in love♡♡♡♡♡♡

Theyve got a lot of cars and mostly everything you need, youre just gonna have to look for it. The only thing is is that the cars are so abundant that theyre stacked so its a little sketchy climbing up on one to look for a part. Plus the organization of the cars wasnt really a thing. It took me a while to find the car I needed and it wasnt in the section it should have been in. Other than that though its a pretty cool place to go and look around for stuff you need.

The owner isnt bad but his crew that sits up at front is rude as hell, if you ask owner for a price when you get to the front to pay they want to tack on 10-15$ to whatever the owner told you. The yard is very disorganized different brands and models scattered everywhere its hard to even find what youre looking for and some areas appears to be dangerous to the point of avoiding the area all together reguadless of what you need.

Worth checking out, depends on what you are searching or looking for.

Had fun looking around and getting fun pictures, hoping to slowly get enough items to build my go cart this year. Items get pricey every where but at least this is a great opportunity to see what theyre made of lol.

They have tons of different cars and trucks. They have always had exactly what I was looking for. Also the nicest people in the world. Prices very fair.

So me and a couple of my friends went here looking for some interior and a few exterior parts for a civic and some of those parts could be universal. As were looking around a worker comes over and asks what we are looking for, we tell him that were looking for some parts for a civic and he proceeds to tell us that we should stop messing with other cars and go to the area with all civics or hell kick us out. However, we werent messing with any random cars, we were checking them to see if they had any air intakes/aftermarket items that were compatible with a civic. Besides that, good selection.

Largest salvage in the DSM area I think, and probably the oldest. They have it all! They don’t provide much help; barely noticed me walking past them and into the yard. But nice enough I suppose when I left, and very decent prices.

These guys were super helpful. I snapped a tool while getting a part. They let me borrow one of theirs so I could finish up.

Biggest junkyard Ive been to. Nice guys and reasonable prices if you pull your own parts. Definitely wear boots. Dont be afraid to haggle if you know the price is too high.Ignore the people whining about them not going out and walking through thousands upon thousands of cars to find one little piece for you. That is NOT how junkyards work. Common, larger parts such as doors, hoods, batteries, and tailgates are usually kept up front and they can generally tell you if they have it. The reason why junkyards are so cheap for parts and so great is because of the fact that you GO FIND WHAT YOU NEED. Entitled brats that dont want to do any legwork need to go pay the premium for new OEM parts or cheap eBay parts that generally break in 6 months to a year.

Its an extensive salvage lot. Vehicles are mostly arranged by make. They had the wheels I needed and were helpful after I found them. Once I got the lug nuts loose, they came and lifted the vehicle while I took the wheels off. Be prepared to do the looking and the work.

Contracted Yaws multiple times to set up a salvage tow away. Yaws implied strongly that is was my fault that they never made it out. Dont was your time, call Rons auto salvage instead. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.Below you will find Yaws auto making further attempts to excuse their poor business practices.Not a humble group.

Went there to look around for exhaust part and asked a few questions about their selection and everyone was very rude and unhelpful. They got pretty hostile and place was littered with beer cans and cigarettes which added to the scenery. Dont waste your time going here. Also i read some people had a racist experience and they werent wrong. Extremely racist.

Unreliable and rude service. Called to junk my old car and for a tow. Old man confirmed a mid afternoon pick up the next day. No one came and I never got a call why, which really sucks when you take the afternoon off from work to meet them. When I called them, the old man said they were busy and never apologized for breaking appointment. After a few more attempts to get a tow, I just gave up. Im sure if I called a few more times, theyd realize that theyre a salvage yard and may need to conduct business with people, but I dont have years to wait.

This is real junkyard where you bring your own tools and remove the parts you need. If you dont know what the parts are dont go. Prices are very reasonable.

The man I talked to about buying my car for parts was rude and tried to give me lower price than was estimated to a family member the day before. Two days later and they still havent picked up my car after being told they would come that same day. I found another salvage company that offered me $100 more than Yaws. I would not recommend selling your totaled car to this company.

They dont allow you to take enough tools to get the part off

Place has really went to hell since the last time I was here. Was assured they had specified parts via phone before driving almost an hour to get there, but upon scouring the yard, which is a disaster by the way, discovered they didnt have part I was told they had. Staff had no knowledge of where cars are and yard is super disorganized and a safety hazard in general. Go to Wrench And Go.

Told me two different prices over the phone 25 the first time and then 35 the second time because I asked them to take it off for me. When I got there they asked me how much I was told I told them the higher amount of 35 because they were nice enough to take the wheel off for me . However they charged me like $4 more than that... I guess thats why they saying girls are supposed to take guys with them to the junkyard

Twice now Ive tried to ask price on a part and they have no idea what Im talking about. If you ask to many questions they just hang up on you.the workers are rude and ignorant they told me if I want a rear axle Id have to take the drums off if I want it at the price he said. 👎👎wrench in go leads the way

Poor customer service. If you need help to find something do not come here.I have been here a few times and no one has really been helpful at all. One time I needed a vehicle lifted up to take off a part no one really wanted to help me out. The guy sitting in the chair said well are there any others you can get the part off? Finally he got up and walked away with out saying anything. So I just followed him assuming he was going to help me. He did finally help me out.At a more recent visit I was looking for a fan for a radiator I start to walk in and four guys are at the front desk. No one says hello or what do you need help with. So I just keep walking, then about when I reach the door to the yard one guy speaks up and says hay what are you looking for, you just done walk in with an attitude like I did something wrong. I tell them what I am looking for and they say they dont have it. I did have a few other thing I was looking to get but decided to leave based on the customer service I received.

Traveling home to Arkansas, I called ahead from Minnesota to verify if they had the right vehicle. Upon arriving 40 minutes before closing, I was told it was too close to closing to go on the yard. It would have taken just a few minutes to cut a few wires. VERY disappointing experience.

I went twice the first time since I arrived I was approached by an older person asking me with a strong voice that what I wanted was to explain that I was looking for a piece for my car, which I insisted was what I wanted that brand that model very rudely, I understand that they ask you that but not in that way, in the end approached another person who was more friendly and told me where to find the vehicles of the brand that unfortunately looked for that day closed early so I could only get certain pieces, when I returned the second time I could not even enter because I was approached by another person who was very rude by the way (even more so than the previous one) asking what I was looking for and saying that he was just told me he did not have it, I I told him that I had already gone and that he did not manage to take what I needed for the time, but he only told me no and did not want explanations, totally angry better I told my friend that we left, I did not want to be rude with the gentleman that is worth mentioning that he deserved it, another thing that I must say I am Latin and possibly the gentleman only speaks to me so to see me Latin (I only speculate since as I comment again I am Latin and my English is not perfect)
