Summit Spas has been nothing but phenomenal from day one, when my husband and I were making the decision of purchasing our first spa. Heather was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We did have to wait a long time for our spa due to COVID, but Heather kept us updated throughout that time frame. We FINALLY received our spa yesterday and the delivery crew were top notch. I wish I could personally name each of them, because they should be publicly recognized...my apologies. They were very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Install was seamlessly done. To make the experience EVEN better, Michael emailed and called me to ensure everything was perfect and to provide even more spa details and additional services provided. These guys are amazing. They’ve helped me get two spas up and running, most recently today. I can’t say enough how professional and helpful they are. Not just from fixing spas but also with chemistry and making sure everything is correct. Not to mention they’ve helped with my billiards and dart board needs. We recently bought a hot tub from Summit Spas. Due to COVID and higher than usual demand we had to wait several months for it to be built and delivered. Heather was amazing during the entire process. She always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns I had. I was worried that my backyard was going to be a challenge because of a steep slope which turned out to be a non-issue for the guys delivering the tub. The crew was professional and they were very helpful with helping me get my tub up and running.

Summit Spas saves the day... AGAIN! This wonderful company has kept our 20 year old antique hot tub fully operational. They came out initially when we bought our home (5 years ago) and brought the run down, empty, neglected tub the house came with back to life and into perfect working order. Since then they have only had to come out once (this week) to fix an old part and managed to squeeze us in before a snow storm. This is an honest company who does great work. They are timely, reasonably priced and reliable. Thanks guys!!

We have always had great service from Summit Spas. When we first moved up here, they helped us learn about the hot tub on our property. This summer we redid our deck and decide to replace the old spa. Heather was terrific and helped us pick a great model. With COVID, the spa wasn’t expected to come in until Feb. 2021. Christmas came early and so did the hot tub. The team from Summit Spas was terrific in getting it set up and Marco Crane did an amazing job, flying it over the house, and on to the back deck. We are very happy and can’t wait to enjoy lots of use from our new spa.

As a new customer I was very impressed with their staff and services. They helped me out by fitting me in last minute to fix my spa before the first freeze hit. Super thankful for that! But also, the staff that showed up were on time and had parts ready to go. Made my life super easy!

Jeff, the owner, was not in the office when we went back to purchase the hot tub, but he still took time to personally call us and make sure we were being taken care of before moving forward with the purchase. Moving a 500lb Hot Tub from an upper deck, up over a 38 railing to a lower deck, 80, is not for the faint of heart! But no problem for Jeff & his technicians. Lead tech, Eric managed this process with precision. I purchased a new spa about 3 months ago from Summit. From my first phone call, I received great service. I had hoped to have my current tub repaired, but it became obvious it was no longer viable. Jeff and team found the perfect spa for my current needs, hauled away the old dinosaur, and did this all within about a week and a half! Now I spend 10 minutes or so in my tub every morning and evening. I dont hobble around anymore in the morning, and I sleep much better at night. Thanks so much to all of you at Summit!

My husband and I have had our hot tub for going on 3 weeks now and we are so beyond happy with it! Michael was so polite and patient with answering my boat load of questions (this is our first hot tub). Michael and Jeff have continued to answer any questions I have through email very quickly which is such a peace of mind for someone who knows little to nothing about hot tubs. Very good customer service here. You are always welcomed with a smile. For a small business. They sure do seemingly stock a lot of products for your hot tub. For me.? my interest are way in the back. This place offers pool tables and gaming tables. They also have a gentleman that is a local cue maker. Theyre able to service any of your pool stick needs

Everybody here is always so helpful even though theyre always busy. But, theres a reason that they are busy. Its because they are so great. Theyre very knowledgeable and Jeff takes time for me, and I dont think Im a special case. The techs are up front about problems and issues and the desk workers are personable. Things cost a lot, but thats the burden of owning a hot tub I suppose.

Jeff and his crew are top notch! I was contemplating buying a spa and was fortunate enough to stop in on a day Jeff was running the showroom. I had no clue what to look for in a spa, and Jeff spent a lot of time educating me and ultimately I landed on the model to purchase. I did not feel “upsold” at all; lots of great information and the tub I selected is PERFECT! The installation crew were on time, friendly and did a great job with the install. Great selection and great folks for sure!

These guys really understand customer service. Jeff worked hard to creatively schedule my repairs on my hot tub as to not interfere with my Airbnb guests use on their vacation. Plus, the repair turned out to be much trickier than anticipated due to the age of the tub, but Eric and Gabe worked hard to think outside the box and figure out just exactly how to tackle this tricky repair. Plus, they were personable and gave me other little tips to help maintain my hot tub better. Whenever I come in for supplies, I am usually greeted by name. Jeff cares about making his customers feel valued. These guys are great!

I went in the store today with a bad description of what I needed and a part number. After a short discussion they were able to get the exact parts I needed to fix my hot tub. The most amazing part was it’s an outdated hot tub that is no longer in business and they still were able to help me. I got home and within 5 minutes it was back up and running properly thanks to the team at Summit Spas. I am definitely a customer for life with these guys!
